Punjab Government Helplines: The Official List of 37 Numbers and What Each One Is For
Punjab's own portal lists 37 active helplines. See the numbers for complaints, corruption, garbage, aid cards and business, and how to check one before calling.

Short answer: The Punjab government's own helplines page lists 37 numbers, all marked "Active" when we read it on 12 October 2026. The most used are 0800-02345 for the Chief Minister Complaint Center, 1350 for corruption complaints, 1139 for Suthra Punjab, 1000 for Maryam ko Batayn and 1284 for eBiz Punjab.
Every week someone shares a "Punjab government helpline" on WhatsApp that turns out to be a private agent or a dead line. The only list worth trusting is the one the province publishes itself. We opened it, copied it and sorted it by what you need to get done.
One warning first. "Active" on that page means the department lists the number. It does not promise that someone picks up at once. Call in office hours first, and keep the date and time of the call.
The official list has 37 numbers, grouped here by need
The Punjab Portal page "Helplines" shows a name, a number and a status for each line. We read it on 12 October 2026. The table below keeps the numbers exactly as printed and groups them by the problem you are trying to solve.
| You need | Line on the official list | Number |
|---|---|---|
| Complain about any department | Chief Minister Complaint Center | 0800-02345 |
| Report a bribe | Corruption Complaints | 1350 |
| Report uncollected garbage | Suthra Punjab | 1139 |
| Ask for emergency cash help | Maryam ko Batayn | 1000 |
| Ask about the Rahmat Card | Rahmat Card Program | 1077 |
| Ask about the ration card | PESSI, Maryam Nawaz Ration Card | 1105 |
| Ask about Apni Chhat or Apni Zameen | Citizen Facilitation Center | 0800-09100 and 1317 |
| Ask about the free solar scheme | Free Solar Panel Scheme | 042-99030204 |
| Start or run a business | eBiz Punjab and Asaan Karobar | 1284 and 1786 |
| Ask for a document at home | Dastak | 1202 |
| Vehicle tax and registration | Excise and Taxation | 0800-08786 |

Other lines on the list serve narrower needs

The Chief Minister Complaint Center is the catch-all line
If you do not know which department owns your problem, 0800-02345 is the starting point. It is a toll-free number, so it costs nothing from a mobile. Ask for a complaint number before you hang up and write it down with the date.
It is also the number we give readers for shops that overcharge. Our overcharging complaint steps show what to say and which proof helps.
For police, do not use this line first. Punjab Police has its own 1787 centre, which we cover in how to complain against Punjab Police on 1787. It is not on the Punjab Portal list.
Check a number before you act on it
A number you got from a message, a banner or a stranger is not an official number until you match it to the list. Match the digits one by one, not just the first few.
- Open the Helplines page on the Punjab Portal (punjab.gov.pk/helplines) yourself. Do not follow a link from a message.
- Find the department name in the list and compare every digit of the number you were given.
- Call the number and ask only for information. Never give a PIN or an OTP to anyone on the phone, and never pay anyone to "release" aid.
- If the department also has its own website, find the same number there as a second check.
- Save the official number in your phone under the department's name.

Some numbers on the list overlap or look different from what we published
Two things on the page are worth knowing. They are small, but they cause wasted calls. We list them so you can call the right line the first time.
First, the list shows 0800-1737 for the Women Protection Authority. We have also covered the Punjab women's helpline 1043. The Portal does not print 1043, so try 0800-1737 first and ask the operator to confirm which line handles your case.
Second, 1312 appears under Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal. That is also the line we found for free wheelchairs and hearing aids, so the two are consistent.
| What we checked | Result on 12 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Entries on the official page | 37, each marked Active |
| Police complaint line 1787 | Not on the page |
| Women's helpline 1043 | Not on the page, 0800-1737 printed for the authority |
| We placed test calls | No. We read the list only |

Common questions
Is 0800-02345 free to call?
It is a toll-free 0800 number, so it should cost nothing from a mobile. If your operator charges you, see how to check that 0800 calls are free on your SIM.
Which number do I call about a bribe?
Call 1350, the Corruption Complaints line on the official list. It belongs to the Anti-Corruption Establishment, which also takes written complaints at its offices.
Where do I report garbage that was not collected?
Call 1139, the Suthra Punjab line. Give your street, town and the day the collection was missed.
Does "Active" mean the line is staffed all day?
No. The page only shows a status and does not print hours. The organ transplant authority states its own hours on its website, but we did not find hours for the other lines.
Can I get a number the list does not show?
Yes, from the department's own website. Police, for example, run 1787, which this page does not carry. Always find the number on a government domain.
Does the helpline list include federal departments?
It is a provincial page, so federal lines such as NADRA or the FBR are not on it. Use the federal lists for those.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the Helplines page on the Punjab Portal on 12 October 2026 and copied the numbers as printed. We did not call the lines. The list can change without notice, so check it again before you act.
