How to Register a Football Club on Pakistan Football Connect and Get a FIFA ID
Register a football club in Pakistan on the PFF Connect system: the four documents, the officials you must name, where to post the form and what happens next.

Short answer: Fill in the Pakistan Football Connect organisation form, attach four papers, and post the set to the PFF head office in Lahore. The PFF team then calls you to verify. After that it registers the club and emails a login and a temporary password. Every registered person gets a FIFA ID.
A club that is not on the national system cannot easily enter a PFF competition, move a player or show who its officials are. Pakistan Football Connect, or PFC, is the registry that the Pakistan Football Federation now uses to fix this. It replaces paper registers with one online record.
We read the PFF's Connect page, its competition page and the four-page organisation registration form on 14 October 2026. The form is for clubs, academies and other organisations. We did not submit one, and the PFF page notes some items on its site date from earlier years, so check the PFF before you post anything.
PFC is the national football registry
The PFF describes Pakistan Football Connect as the official national registry for football organisations, powered by the FIFA Connect platform. It brings clubs, academies and departments into one digital system. Each registered organisation, player, coach and official is given a unique FIFA ID.
The PFF compares the ID to a digital football passport. It keeps the history of the person or club, and anyone can look up a registered person's record through the Connect system using that ID. The platform also handles transfers and loans, so a player's move leaves a record.

PFC also runs the Match Center, built on FIFA's competition management system. The PFF says it helps plan and schedule competitions, assign venues, and appoint match commissioners and referees. It records results and standings from grassroots to flagship tournaments.
Four documents must come with the form
The form lists four attachments. A financial stability affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper, attested and signed by the club president. A copy of the club constitution stamped and signed on every page. A list of office bearers on letterhead. A bank account maintenance certificate in the club's name.
| Document | What the form requires |
|---|---|
| Financial stability certificate | Affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper, attested, signed by the president |
| Club constitution | Club stamp and president's signature on every page |
| List of office bearers | Letterhead with names, designations, CNIC numbers, signatures and stamp |
| Bank certificate | Issued, signed and stamped by the bank, account in the club's name |
Section 1 of the form asks for the organisation name, city, district, region and email. It also asks you to tick the type: club, academy, company, university, school, community association or other. A separate tick box lists football, futsal, beach soccer, recreational football and e-sports football.
That list is useful for schools and universities. A school team that wants a FIFA ID for its pupils is a valid type on the form, so a club is not the only route in.
Name three officials and one operator
Section 2 asks for the president, general secretary and treasurer. For each it needs a name, CNIC number, phone number, email and a valid CNIC copy. Section 3 names a Connect operator, who runs the platform for the organisation.

- Download the organisation registration form from the PFF Connect page.
- Write all data in English, in block letters.
- Fill in sections 1 to 3 and attach the four documents and the CNIC copies.
- Post the set to the PFF head office in Lahore and send the tracking number by message.
- Answer the verification call, then wait for the login email.
The operator must read and write English or Urdu, know how to use a phone or computer, and be authorised by the club to manage its data. The form also says the operator must be an adult with a valid Pakistani CNIC, a WhatsApp or mobile number and an active email address.
Post the form and wait for a call
The form says to send the papers by post to Pakistan Football Connect, PFF Secretariat, Football House, opposite Punjab Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore 54000. Send the tracking number to 0319-2411103. The PFC team then calls to verify, and for help you can call 021-36492013 from 10 am to 6 pm.
The PFF's page repeats the order of events. Once the form is filled and submitted by post, the PFF reviews it and calls the applicant for a general verification. After verification it registers the club on the platform and emails a login ID and a temporary password to the address you gave.

We did not find a fee, a turnaround time or a deadline on either document. Do not assume there is none. Ask when the PFC team phones, and keep the courier receipt.
Registration also helps at match time. On the competition page, the PFF explains that at its district championship a PFC representative sat on site to help clubs register players and officials so their records went into the database. The same method is meant for future tournaments and leagues.
Why registering matters for Pakistan football
Pakistan's national team sits in the FIFA list at 198th, as our ranking guide explains, and the pipeline starts with clubs and age groups. A national registry lets selectors, referees and organisers see who is eligible and where they play.
It also gives families a safer route. A player with a FIFA ID can show a history. A club with a PFF login can enter official fixtures. For young players hoping to reach national camps such as the U-15 side or a SAFF squad, a registered record is a basic first step.
If you want a public programme instead of starting a club, the PSB runs a football academy in Islamabad with its own form and fee.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 14 October 2026, Pakistan time. We read the PFF Pakistan Football Connect page, its competitions page and the organisation registration form it links. We did not log in to the platform, submit a form or call the numbers on it. The form carries no date, so confirm the address and numbers with the PFF first.
