SCOM Call Packages in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, SMS and All-in-One Codes (2026 List)
Every SCOM call, SMS and all-in-one package with its code, from Rs 20 a day on *181# to Monthly Ultra on *200#, plus postpaid plans and the family minute rule.

SCOM call packages start at Rs 20 a day on *181# for 250 SCOM minutes, and the biggest bundle, Monthly Ultra, gives 20,000 SCOM minutes, 2,000 minutes to other networks and 200 GB for Rs 1,699 on *200#. Below is every prepaid SCOM call, SMS and all-in-one package with its code, plus the five postpaid plans and the rules that catch people out.
SCOM is the mobile network of the Special Communications Organization (SCO) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. We read every offer on SCO's packages page on 25 October 2026, along with the terms attached to each one.
SCOM minutes mean SCOM family numbers, not every network
Most SCOM call packages give "SCOM family minutes". SCO's terms say family numbers include S Phone and SCOM only. Calls to Jazz, Zong, Ufone or Telenor use the separate off-net minutes, which are much fewer in every package.
So check who you call most before you pick. If your family is on Zong or Jazz, Daily Freedom or Weekly Freedom suit you better than the larger family bundles. All SCOM offer calls are billed in whole minutes, and SCO says there is no call setup fee on these offers.
SCOM prepaid call packages: daily, weekly and monthly codes
SCO lists seven prepaid voice offers, from Rs 20 for one day to Rs 330 for 30 days. Each has its own dial code. Weekly Freedom is the only one with all-network minutes, 170 of them, which you can use on any network.
| Package | Price | Minutes | SMS | Validity | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Call | Rs 20 | 250 SCOM | 250 | 1 day | *181# |
| Daily Plus | Rs 30 | 500 SCOM | 500 | 1 day | *182# |
| Daily Freedom | Rs 40 | 100 SCOM + 30 other networks | None | 1 day | *183# |
| Weekly Call | Rs 80 | 1,100 SCOM | 1,100 | 7 days | *781# |
| Weekly Call Plus | Rs 115 | 1,250 SCOM + 65 other networks | 1,250 | 7 days | *782# |
| Weekly Freedom | Rs 200 | 170 all networks | 1,500 | 7 days | *783# |
| Monthly Call Plus | Rs 330 | 1,500 SCOM + 180 other networks | 5,000 | 30 days | *3081# |
SCO's page does not say whether these prices include tax. Minutes are posted when you subscribe and end at 11:59:59 pm on the last day.

SCOM all-in-one bundles give calls, SMS and data together
Seven SCOM all-in-one bundles mix minutes, SMS and internet. They run from Mega Weekly at Rs 260 to Monthly Ultra at Rs 1,699. Five share the *549# menu, so the code ends in a different number for each bundle.
| Bundle | Price | SCOM / other minutes | SMS | Data | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Weekly Offer (7 days) | Rs 260 | 1,200 / 150 | 3,500 | 3 GB + 3 GB night | *549*3# |
| Super Load Mini (15 days) | Rs 350 | 1,600 / 100 | 4,000 | 2 GB + 2 GB night | *549*4# |
| Weekly Premium | Rs 499 | 7,500 / 750 | 7,500 | 75 GB | *75# |
| Super Load Gold (30 days) | Rs 749 | 4,000 / 200 | 5,000 | 5 GB + 5 GB night | *549*1# |
| Mega Monthly Offer (30 days) | Rs 849 | 5,000 / 300 | 5,000 | 10 GB + 5 GB night | *549*5# |
| Super Load Max (30 days) | Rs 1,099 | 7,500 / 400 | 5,000 | 15 GB + 10 GB night | *549*6# |
| Monthly Ultra | Rs 1,699 | 20,000 / 2,000 | 2,000 | 200 GB | *200# |
Weekly Premium stands out. It gives 75 GB in a week for Rs 499, with no night split shown. Night data on the other bundles works only from 12 am to 7 am, according to SCO's terms.

SCOM SMS packages cost Rs 15 to Rs 90
SCO lists three prepaid SMS offers. The Weekly SMS Offer gives 1,500 SMS for Rs 15 on *1500#. The two Texter packages add WhatsApp data, which SCO says works on WhatsApp only. Other apps are charged at Rs 6.86 per MB.
- Weekly SMS Offer: Rs 15, 1,500 SMS, 7 days, *1500#.
- Weekly Texter: Rs 35, 2,000 SMS and 200 MB of WhatsApp, 7 days, *2000#.
- Monthly Texter: Rs 90, 5,000 SMS and 1,024 MB of WhatsApp, 30 days, *5000#.
SCO's SMS terms say the offers are for domestic use. International SMS is charged at the normal tariff.
How to subscribe and check what is left
Dial the package code from your SCOM prepaid SIM, confirm, and wait for the SMS. SCO's terms say offers do not renew on their own, so you must dial again after expiry. SCO lists *125# for remaining minutes, SMS and MBs.
- Check your balance covers the package price.
- Dial the code, for example *783# for Weekly Freedom.
- Confirm on the reply screen.
- Keep the confirmation SMS as proof.
- Dial *125# to see your remaining resources.
SCO says that when you hold several packages, each has its own charging priority. If you are unsure which one a call will use, SCO's terms point to the helpline on 111-726-726. Without any voice offer, standard calling charges apply.

SCOM postpaid plans run from Rs 500 to Rs 2,000
SCO lists five postpaid plans, all monthly, with all-network minutes. Essential costs Rs 500, Royal Rs 2,000. You buy one at an SCO service centre or franchise with biometric checks. Plan resources refresh on the 2nd of each month.
SCO's terms are not consistent on the billing date. One line says customers are billed on the 2nd of every month, and another says billing is done on the 20th. Ask at the service centre which applies to your plan.
| Plan | Monthly price | All-network minutes | SMS | Data |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Rs 500 | 500 | 1,500 | 7.5 GB |
| Advanced | Rs 750 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 10 GB |
| Premium | Rs 1,000 | 1,200 | 7,500 | 15 GB |
| Elite | Rs 1,500 | 2,000 | 10,000 | 75 GB |
| Royal | Rs 2,000 | 3,000 | 20,000 | 200 GB |
The postpaid terms add a few rules worth knowing. A printed bill costs Rs 100, while an e-bill is free. You can move from prepaid to postpaid at any time, but back to prepaid only after 90 days. Once plan resources run out, you cannot use the service until you buy an add-on, and SCO says 345 is free for postpaid users. SCOM offers work in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan only
SCO's terms say its voice offers are valid for use in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. When you are in the rest of Pakistan, calls run on Ufone and Zong and roaming charges apply. Data is different and can use Ufone 3G free.
That matters if you study or work in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for months. A local SIM may cost less than paying SCOM roaming on every call. For signal quality at home, PTA's tests show the best mobile network in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. If a wrong charge is not fixed by SCO, use the PTA telecom complaint route.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 25 October 2026. We read SCO's prepaid packages page at sco.gov.pk and the package records it loads, with each offer's terms, on 25 October 2026. Prices, minutes, SMS, data, validity, codes, the family number rule, billing rules and helplines come from there. SCO does not say whether prices include tax, and it gives no validity for Weekly Premium and Monthly Ultra beyond their weekly and monthly labels, so we could not confirm those. We did not subscribe to a package or test a call.
