Suzuki Free Service and Warranty in Pakistan: Alto, Cultus, Swift, Every and Fronx (Full Schedule)
Suzuki's first free service is due at 1,000 km and the warranty is 3 years or 60,000 km. See the second service, oil intervals and extended cover by model.

Suzuki's first free service is due at 1,000 km or 1.5 months, whichever comes first, on every new Alto, Cultus, Swift, Every and Fronx, and Pak Suzuki lets you take it up to 1,500 km or 3 months. The standard warranty is 3 years or 60,000 km. The second free service, the oil change interval and the extended warranty differ by model, and that is where owners lose money. We read Suzuki's own customer care page and maintenance sheets on 24 October 2026; every figure below comes from them.
Miss the first free service at an authorised dealer and you lose the second one as well. Suzuki says so on the page. That single rule is worth knowing before you collect the car.
Every new Suzuki car has a 3 year or 60,000 km warranty
Pak Suzuki lists the same standard warranty for the Cultus, Alto, Swift, Every and Fronx: 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first. The hybrid parts of the hybrid Fronx get longer cover, 60 months or 100,000 km.
| Model | Standard warranty | Extended warranty | Extra cover |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alto | 3 years or 60,000 km | 4 years or 80,000 km | None |
| Cultus | 3 years or 60,000 km | 4 years or 80,000 km | None |
| Swift | 3 years or 60,000 km | 4 years or 80,000 km | None |
| Every | 3 years or 60,000 km | 4 years or 80,000 km | None |
| Fronx | 3 years or 60,000 km | 4 years or 80,000 km | Hybrid parts 60 months or 100,000 km |
The extended warranty has a time limit of its own. Suzuki says it can be bought only while the car is within 20,000 km or 1 year. After that window closes, you cannot add it. Suzuki's page does not print the price of the extension, so ask the dealer in writing before the first year ends.

The second free service comes at 3,000 km or 10,000 km, by model
The Swift, Every and Fronx get their second free service at 3,000 km or 3 months. The Cultus and Alto get it later, at 10,000 km or 6 months. It covers a free inspection and free labour, and only cars that had the first free service at an authorised dealer qualify.
| Service | Alto and Cultus | Swift, Every and Fronx |
|---|---|---|
| First free service due | 1,000 km or 1.5 months | 1,000 km or 1.5 months |
| Latest you can take it | 1,500 km or 3 months | 1,500 km or 3 months |
| Second free service | 10,000 km or 6 months | 3,000 km or 3 months |
| What it includes | Free inspection and labour | Free inspection and labour |
"Labour free" means you still pay for oil, filters and any parts. Suzuki's page does not say the first service is parts free either, so budget for the oil.

Oil changes run every 5,000 km on the Alto, 10,000 km on the Cultus
Suzuki's own maintenance sheets set different oil change intervals. The Alto needs engine oil and an oil filter every 5,000 km or 3 months. The Swift and Fronx go 7,500 km or 6 months. The Cultus goes 10,000 km or 6 months.
| Item | Alto | Cultus | Swift and Fronx |
|---|---|---|---|
| Engine oil and filter | Every 5,000 km or 3 months | Every 10,000 km or 6 months | Every 7,500 km or 6 months |
| Air filter | Inspect every 2,500 km, replace at 30,000 km or 18 months | Inspect every 2,500 km, replace at 30,000 km or 18 months | Inspect every 2,500 km, replace at 30,000 km or 24 months |
| Spark plugs (nickel) | Replace at 30,000 km | Replace at 30,000 km | Replace every 10,000 km or 8 months |
| Fuel filter | Replace every 45,000 km | Replace every 80,000 km | Replace every 105,000 km |
| Manual gear oil | Inspect at 15,000 km, replace at 30,000 km or 24 months | Inspect at 15,000 km, replace at 30,000 km or 24 months | Swift: inspect at 30,000 km, replace at 60,000 km or 48 months |
Read the oil row twice if you drive an Alto. It is the shortest interval on Suzuki's list, half the Cultus figure. Many Alto owners copy the gap a friend uses on a different car and stretch it, and the sheet does not allow that.
The sheets also set tyre rotation every 10,000 km on the Alto and Cultus, and brake fluid replacement at 40,000 km on those two cars and at 30,000 km on the Swift and Fronx. Suzuki adds that the air filter should be checked more often on dusty roads. The Every sheet is a PDF that we could not read as text, so we have left it out of the table.

How to keep your Suzuki warranty valid
Do every free and paid service at a Pak Suzuki authorised dealer, on time, and keep the stamped record. Suzuki's motorcycle terms say a missed scheduled service voids the warranty, and its car page makes the second free service depend on the first.
- Book the first free service before 1,000 km or 1.5 months.
- Take the car to an authorised dealer from Suzuki's dealer finder.
- Get the service entered in your service booklet with a stamp.
- Follow the oil interval for your model from the table above.
- Decide on the extended warranty before 20,000 km or 1 year.
Use genuine parts and the oil grade in your owner's manual. A cheaper filter fitted by a roadside shop is a common reason a dealer later refuses a claim. If you are still choosing a car, the car price list for October 2026 shows Suzuki's prices next to the other makers, and the Fronx variant prices show which versions carry the hybrid parts with the longer cover.
When a dealer refuses a warranty claim
Ask for the refusal in writing, with the reason. Then call Pak Suzuki's call centre on 021-111-789-854 or email customercentre@paksuzuki.com.pk with your chassis number, service booklet pages and the dealer's reply.
Keep the tone factual and attach photos. If the company does not resolve it, the dealer's written refusal and your service record become the evidence for a consumer court complaint in your province. Do not pay for a repair you think is covered without first getting the refusal on paper.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Pak Suzuki's customer care page for automobiles, the maintenance sheets for the Alto, Cultus, Swift and Fronx linked from it, and the contact page on 24 October 2026. The Every sheet would not open as text. Suzuki does not publish service labour rates, parts prices for these services or the price of the extended warranty, so none appear here.
