Transworld Bill Payment Online in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, KuickPay, Bank, Card and Bill Download
Pay your Transworld bill on JazzCash, Easypaisa, KuickPay, 19 banks or card, download bills and the tax certificate, and restore service free for 24 hours.
You can pay a Transworld Home bill in the My Transworld app, on the self-care portal, by debit or credit card, through JazzCash, Easypaisa or KuickPay, or through internet banking at 19 banks. Every route needs your Transworld customer ID. On KuickPay you must add 83700 in front of that ID, a detail people miss.
Transworld bills in advance, so a late payment means the internet stops, not a reminder letter. We read Transworld's payment options page and its FAQ on 24 October 2026. Below is every payment route with its steps, how to download a bill or tax certificate, and the free 24 hour restore that gets you back online while a payment clears.
Every way to pay a Transworld bill
Transworld lists six payment routes: the My Transworld app, the self-care portal, debit or credit card on its payment page, Easypaisa, JazzCash and KuickPay, plus internet banking at 19 banks. Cheques are for corporate customers only and take up to 72 working hours to clear.

The 19 banks Transworld names are Askari, Bank Al Habib, BankIslami, Bank of Punjab, Bank Alfalah, Dubai Islamic, Faysal, HBL, Habib Metro, JS Bank, MCB, Soneri, Summit, Standard Chartered, Silk Bank, NBP, Meezan, UBL and Allied Bank.
Pay a Transworld bill with JazzCash or Easypaisa
Both wallets list Transworld Home under internet bills. In Easypaisa go to Bill Payment, Internet, Transworld Home. In JazzCash go to Utility Bills, Internet, Transworld Home. Enter your customer ID, check the amount, then confirm. No prefix is needed on either wallet.
- Log in to the JazzCash or Easypaisa app.
- Open Utility Bills (JazzCash) or Bill Payment (Easypaisa).
- Choose Internet, then Transworld Home.
- Type your customer ID exactly as it appears on your bill.
- Check the name and amount shown, then tap Confirm or Pay Now.
- Save the receipt screenshot until the connection shows as paid.
Check the amount before you confirm. If the wallet shows a different name or no amount, the ID is probably wrong. Stop there rather than paying into the wrong account.
KuickPay needs the 83700 prefix
On KuickPay, choose Internet Services, then Transworld, and enter your customer ID with 83700 in front of it. Transworld's payment page flags this specifically. Without the prefix, the bill will not be found.
So a customer ID of 123456 becomes 83700123456 on KuickPay. The same prefix rule does not appear in Transworld's steps for JazzCash or Easypaisa, so do not add it there. Download a Transworld bill or tax certificate
In the My Transworld app, open My Bills and choose to download the current month's invoice; Transworld emails it to your registered address. On the self-care portal, go to My Bills, then Action, then Download. The portal keeps the last three months.
The tax certificate works the same way:
- App: My Tax Certificate, then Receive via Email. It goes to your registered email.
- Self-care portal: My Tax Certificate, select the tax year, then Submit.
The certificate shows the advance income tax Transworld collected on your internet bills. Transworld's tax notice says active taxpayers are charged 15 per cent, and people named in FBR's general order are charged 75 per cent. Filers can claim this tax when they file an income tax return, so download the certificate before July.
Restore a suspended Transworld connection free for 24 hours
If your connection is suspended for non-payment, Transworld lets you restore it free for 24 hours. Use the My Transworld app, or call 1837, choose your language, enter your customer ID and press 3. Then pay the bill to restore service fully.
- Call 1837.
- Select your language.
- Enter your customer ID.
- Press 3 for account restoration.
- Pay the bill within the 24 hours.
This is useful when a payment has gone through but not yet reached Transworld, or when you need the internet for one evening before payday. It does not pay the bill for you. If the 24 hours run out with the bill still unpaid, the connection goes back to suspended.
Freeze, change ownership or move a Transworld connection
Transworld lets you freeze a connection for up to 60 days at Rs 250 plus tax a month, after clearing any dues. Ownership changes and relocations go through csd@tes.com.pk from your registered email. Relocation costs Rs 2,000 plus tax within the coverage area.

We read Transworld Home's payment options page, its FAQ on payment, bill download, tax certificates, restoration, freezing, ownership and relocation, and its tax notification. We did not make a test payment, and Transworld does not say how long each wallet or bank takes to update your account, so keep receipts until the payment shows. The 123456 customer ID is an example, not a real account.
