Ufone Postpaid Call and SMS Buckets in Pakistan: PrimeCall Rs 225, PrimeTalk Rs 275, 10,000 SMS Rs 150
Ufone postpaid buckets: PrimeCall 1500 is Rs 225 on *2525#, Unlimited Rs 525 on *2500#, PrimeTalk Rs 275 on *4848#, and 10,000 SMS Rs 150. Prices before tax.

Ufone postpaid users can add a PrimeCall bucket for Ufone, Telenor and PTCL calls (1,500 minutes for Rs 225 on *2525#, or 10,000 minutes for Rs 525 on *2500#), a PrimeTalk bucket for other networks (Rs 275 or Rs 525), and 10,000 SMS for Rs 150. Ufone lists these prices without taxes. Ufone says every postpaid product renews on its own unless stated otherwise.
We read Ufone's Voice and SMS buckets page and its Postpay Prime page on 22 October 2026. The buckets are for postpaid customers. Prepaid users need the prepaid offers covered in Ufone weekly bundles compared.
Five postpaid buckets cover Ufone calls, other-network calls and SMS
Ufone sells two kinds of call bucket and one SMS bucket on its postpaid side. PrimeCall is for on-net minutes. PrimeTalk is for off-net minutes. The SMS bucket is a flat 10,000 SMS. Each has its own subscription code.
| Bucket | Price (before tax) | What you get | Subscribe |
|---|---|---|---|
| PrimeCall 1500 | Rs 225 | 1,500 on-net minutes | *2525# |
| PrimeCall Unlimited | Rs 525 | 10,000 on-net minutes | *2500# |
| PrimeTalk 250 | Rs 275 | 250 off-net minutes | *4848# |
| PrimeTalk 500 | Rs 525 | 500 off-net minutes | *5656# |
| Unlimited SMS bucket | Rs 150 | 10,000 SMS | Send SUB to 610 |
On-net here means calls to Ufone, Telenor and PTCL numbers. Ufone's note says PrimeCall buckets cover Ufone to Ufone, Telenor and PTCL minutes. Off-net means the other networks, such as Jazz and Zong.

PrimeCall Unlimited works out to about 5 paisa a minute, PrimeTalk to about Rs 1
PrimeCall 1500 works out to 15 paisa a minute and PrimeCall Unlimited to about 5 paisa a minute if you use all 10,000 minutes. PrimeTalk 250 is Rs 1.10 a minute and PrimeTalk 500 is Rs 1.05. These are before tax.
Those rates are our arithmetic from Ufone's prices, and they assume you use every minute. A caller who uses only 300 on-net minutes pays 75 paisa a minute on PrimeCall 1500. So pick the size you will really use, not the biggest one.

Check what is left on *4545# or in the U ptcl app
Ufone says you can check the remaining resources of Prime buckets by dialling *4545# or through the U ptcl app. Ufone also says that when you hold more than one package, each has its own charging priority, which you can ask about on 333.
That charging order matters. If you hold a plan and a bucket, minutes may be used from one before the other. Ask Ufone which comes first before you buy a second bucket, so you do not pay for minutes that sit unused.
Postpay Prime plans start at Rs 1,000, but the page lists only prices
Ufone's Postpay Prime page shows five plans: Prime 1000 at Rs 1,000, Prime Max at Rs 1,300, Prime 1600 at Rs 1,600, Prime Mega at Rs 1,700 and Prime 2400 at Rs 2,400, all including tax. It does not show what each one holds.
The page says to activate them by calling the Ufone helpline or visiting a service centre. The data, minutes and deposit for each plan are not on the page we read. For a comparison across networks, see the cheapest postpaid package in Pakistan.
| Postpay Prime plan | Monthly price (tax included) |
|---|---|
| Prime 1000 | Rs 1,000 |
| Prime Max | Rs 1,300 |
| Prime 1600 | Rs 1,600 |
| Prime Mega | Rs 1,700 |
| Prime 2400 | Rs 2,400 |
The buckets renew on their own, so unsubscribe before you want out
Ufone says all postpay products are auto-recursive unless stated otherwise. That means they renew every month by themselves. If you do not want a bucket next month, ask Ufone on 333 how to stop it before the renewal date.
- Count the minutes you really use in a month.
- Pick PrimeCall for Ufone, Telenor and PTCL calls, or PrimeTalk for other networks.
- Dial the bucket's code and read the reply.
- Dial *4545# after a week to see what is used.
- Call 333 before month end if you want to stop it.

If you are on prepaid and want these buckets, you need to switch first. The steps are in how to convert Ufone prepaid to postpaid.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 22 October 2026. The bucket prices, codes, terms and the Prime plan prices come from Ufone's Voice and SMS buckets page and Postpay Prime page at ufone.com, which we read on 22 October 2026. The per-minute figures are our own arithmetic. We did not subscribe to a bucket, so we could not confirm the reply text, tax, or how the buckets rank against your plan. Ufone can change prices at any time.
