Women's Emerging Nations Trophy 2026 Squads: All Teams Named So Far, Pakistan in Group B
Women's Emerging Nations Trophy 2026 squads for Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland and Netherlands, plus groups, format and Pakistan's games.

Six of the ten teams at the ICC Women's Emerging Nations Trophy 2026 have named their squads: Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, Ireland and Scotland. Muneeba Ali captains Pakistan, who play in Group B. Papua New Guinea, the UAE, Thailand and Zimbabwe had not named theirs when the ICC published its squad list on 4 November 2026.
The tournament runs from 12 to 25 November in Ajman, UAE, at two grounds. Below is every squad name the ICC has printed, the two groups, the format, and which captain leads each side. Pakistan's first match is against Bangladesh on Thursday 12 November.
Ten teams play in two groups of five
The Women's Emerging Nations Trophy 2026 has ten teams split into two groups of five. Pakistan are in Group B with Bangladesh, Thailand, the Netherlands and Zimbabwe. Group A has Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Papua New Guinea and the hosts, the UAE.
| Group A | Group B |
|---|---|
| Sri Lanka | Pakistan |
| Ireland | Bangladesh |
| Scotland | Thailand |
| Papua New Guinea | Netherlands |

Thailand are the defending champions. They won the first edition at home in 2025, the ICC said when it released the fixtures.

The format sends six teams to a Super Six
The top three from each group go into a Super Six. The top two from the Super Six play the final. That means Pakistan need to finish in the top three of five in Group B to stay alive after 18 November.
- Group stage, 12 to 18 November. Each team plays the other four in its group once.
- Super Six, 20, 22 and 23 November. The three survivors from each group play the three from the other group.
- Final, 25 November. The top two from the Super Six meet at Karwan Sports Club Cricket Ground.
The two grounds are Karwan Sports Club Cricket Ground and Seven Districts Sports Club, both in Ajman. Our full schedule in Pakistan time has every match and start time.
