To stop a Zong game subscription, send UnsubGA to 5580 for Game Arena, Unsub to 4763 for Gaming Royale, or UnsubKido to 4433 for Kido. Kido also stops on *6611#, and SecureTeen stops from the *5996# menu. Below are the prices, the free trial catch that drains balance after a recharge, and what to do when you cannot tell which service is charging you.

Children tap game banners, and Zong's game portals subscribe a number in under a minute with a one time PIN. Most of these services renew daily or weekly until someone stops them. We read Zong's game, kids and VAS pages on 24 October 2026 and list every stop code they give.

Zong's game services each have their own stop code

Zong runs four game services for prepaid users: Game Arena, Gaming Royale, the Forest Games portals and Gameloft. Each one stops differently, by SMS, website or the My Zong App. There is no single code that ends all of them at once.

ServiceDailyWeeklyMonthlyHow to stop it
Game ArenaRs 10 + taxRs 30 + taxRs 50 + taxSend UnsubGA to 5580
Gaming RoyaleRs 10 + taxRs 49 + taxRs 99 + taxSend Unsub to 4763
Forest Games portalsNoneRs 15 + taxNoneUnsubscribe button in the portal, or My Zong App
GameloftPay per download, no subscriptionNothing to stop

Game Arena's page says the daily and weekly plans renew by themselves, while the monthly plan does not. Zong also says activation and deactivation take about 15 minutes, so do not panic if a charge lands right after you send the message.

Gaming Royale's free trial keeps trying to charge you

Gaming Royale lets a number subscribe even with zero balance and calls this a free trial. Zong's page says it then attempts to charge three times a day. So the fee can be taken the moment you recharge, unless you send Unsub to 4763 first.

This is the usual story behind "I loaded Rs 100 and Rs 12 vanished." The trial started weeks ago, and the first successful charge only happened when balance arrived. Zong adds that a number is suspended from the service only after 40 days without a successful charge.

The web route also works. Open z.gamingroyale.club, go to Profile and choose Unsubscribe. Zong says deactivation is instant on this service.

Kido and SecureTeen are the kids services to check

Kido is Zong's video, story and games service for children, and SecureTeen is a parental control app. Both renew automatically. Kido stops with UnsubKido to 4433 or on *6611#, and SecureTeen stops through its *5996# menu or the My Zong App.

SecureTeenRs 5Rs 25Rs 96Dial *5996# and pick Unsubscription

SecureTeen's prices on Zong's page include tax, while Kido's add it. Kido's page says the daily and weekly plans repeat. Kido can also be cancelled inside its website or Android app, under Subscription Details.

How to find and stop a Zong service you do not recognise

Start with the confirmation SMS, because each service sends one with its short code and stop word. If it is gone, the My Zong App shows active services, and Zong's helpline 310 can remove them. Do both in one sitting.

  1. Search your inbox for 5580, 4763, 4433 or the word "subscribed".
  2. Send the stop word from the table above to that short code.
  3. Open the My Zong App and check the active services list.
  4. If something is still running, call 310 from your Zong number, or 051-111-222-111 from another phone.
  5. After a day, dial *102# to check your bundle usage and confirm nothing new was taken.

Zong's FAQ gives *102# for bundle usage, at 10 paisa plus tax per check. For the free methods, see how to check remaining Zong MBs and minutes.

Tunes, alerts and status services stop with other codes

If the charge is not a game, it may be a caller tune, Missed Call Alerts or My Status. Missed Call Alerts stops with UNSUB to 6226, and My Status with UNSUB to 6009. Caller tunes have their own codes.

Zong lists My Status at Rs 1.5 plus tax a day and Missed Call Alerts at Rs 1.78 plus tax a day. Those are small amounts, but three or four of them together add up to more than a daily data bundle. The stop codes for caller tunes, Caller Name and bundles are collected under the Zong unsubscribe code list.

Data that keeps leaking from balance is a different problem. Zong's balance save code, *4004#, stops internet charges from your main balance once a bundle runs out.

Taxes make every listed price a little higher

Most Zong service prices are shown before tax. Zong's pages say 19.5 per cent sales tax applies on usage, and 15 per cent advance income tax is taken on every recharge. So a Rs 10 daily game costs more than Rs 10.

On the Rs 10 plus tax daily plan, 19.5 per cent sales tax adds about Rs 1.95, which is our arithmetic. Over 30 days that is close to Rs 359 for one game service. A parent who checks the inbox once a week can save that.

Common questions

What is the Zong Game Arena unsubscribe code?

Send UnsubGA to 5580. You can also unsubscribe on the Game Arena website under Subscription Details, or in the My Zong App.

How do I stop Gaming Royale on Zong?

Send Unsub to 4763, or open z.gamingroyale.club, go to Profile and choose Unsubscribe. Zong says it ends instantly.

Why did Zong take money for a game right after my recharge?

Gaming Royale allows a free trial at zero balance and then tries to charge three times a day. The charge lands when balance arrives.

How do I unsubscribe Kido on Zong?

Send UnsubKido to 4433 or dial *6611#. The Kido website and Android app also have an Unsubscribe option.

Is there one code to stop all Zong games?

No. Zong lists a separate stop route for each service. The helpline 310 can remove several in one call.

Do I need to cancel Gameloft games?

No. Zong says Gameloft games are pay per download, so each purchase is a one time charge with nothing to renew. Buying Free Fire diamonds or other in-game currency is also a single payment, not a subscription.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 24 October 2026. We read Zong's Game Arena page, its Gaming Royale, Forest Games, Gameloft, Kido, SecureTeen, Missed Call Alerts and My Status pages, its FAQ and its contact page, all on 24 October 2026. Sales tax on the Rs 10 game is our arithmetic. We could not see the steps inside SecureTeen's *5996# menu, which Zong shows only as images, and we did not subscribe to or cancel any service.
