Zong's postpaid plans run from Bronze at Rs 800 a month (10 GB) to Titanium at Rs 4,000 (400 GB), and you check your bill by sending BL to 567 and your credit limit by sending CL to 567. Your credit limit starts equal to your security deposit. Zong lets you raise it by 5 percent for Rs 5 when you reach 80 percent of it.

We read Zong's postpaid page, its postpaid FAQs and its postpaid payment methods page on 22 October 2026. The prices are Zong's consumer prices, and the page does not say whether tax is added.

Six monthly postpaid plans run from Rs 800 to Rs 4,000

Zong's six monthly postpaid tariffs are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Titanium. Each one bundles data, Zong minutes and off-net minutes. The big jump in data comes at Platinum, where Rs 2,000 buys 200 GB.

Zong's FAQ says to activate a package by calling 310 or visiting a customer service centre or franchise. For how the cheapest plans of all networks compare, see the cheapest postpaid package in Pakistan.

Platinum and Titanium give the best value per GB, Bronze the worst

Bronze costs Rs 80 a GB. Silver is about Rs 67 and Gold Rs 65. Diamond drops to Rs 30. Platinum and Titanium are both Rs 10 a GB. If you need data, skip the three cheapest plans and look at Platinum.

These are our sums from the prices on Zong's page, ignoring minutes. A light user who needs only calls may still pick Bronze, because it has the lowest monthly bill. The extra GB at Platinum are wasted if you never use them.

Your credit limit equals your security deposit, and a Rs 5 SMS can raise it 5 percent

When you activate a package, Zong sends an SMS with your credit limit, which equals your initial security deposit. At 80 percent use you get an SMS offering a 5 percent increase for Rs 5, deducted from your next bill. For a bigger rise, visit a service centre or call 310.

Zong adds that after you recharge by Miniload, online or scratch card, you can call 310 and ask for an increase. You will get an SMS after any change. Send CL to 567 any time to see the current monthly limit.

Zong postpaid SMS codes to check bill and credit limit

Zong postpaid has no call set-up fee and one billing cycle a month

Zong says postpaid has no extra call set-up, SMS or data charges, unlike prepaid. There is one billing cycle, from the 1st to the 30th or 31st of the month. A number dormant for 90 days that has hit its limit can have its bill taken from your deposit.

That last rule matters if you leave a postpaid SIM unused. Zong reserves the right to adjust an unpaid bill against your security deposit when the line has been dormant for 90 days or more and the credit limit has been reached.

You can pay your bill through a Zong Load retailer, scratch cards, direct debit, cash or card at a franchise or service centre, a bank ATM or online banking, and Zong's online recharge page. Zong lists these for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

Switching between prepaid and postpaid has a 90 day limit and a Rs 200 fee

Zong says postpaid to prepaid conversion costs Rs 200 plus tax. A second conversion from prepaid to postpaid must wait 90 days, and postpaid to prepaid has the 90 day limit even the first time. The steps for moving to postpaid are in Zong prepaid to postpaid conversion.

  1. Compare your monthly use with the cost per GB above.
  2. Call 310 or visit a service centre to activate the plan.
  3. Note the credit limit in the SMS Zong sends.
  4. Send BL to 567 mid-month to see your bill so far.
  5. Pay before the due date to avoid the limit blocking the line.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 22 October 2026. The plan prices, resources, SMS codes, credit limit rules, conversion fee and payment methods come from Zong's postpaid page, postpaid FAQs and postpaid payment methods page at zong.com.pk, which we read on 22 October 2026. The cost per GB figures are our own arithmetic. We did not activate a plan or send the codes, so we could not confirm tax or the exact reply text. Zong can change its plans and codes at any time.
