Bank of Khyber Profit Rates 2026: Savings 10.50% From 1 November, Every Term Deposit and Scheme (Full List)
Bank of Khyber pays 10.50% on savings from 1 November 2026, but term deposits pay 5.25% to 6.75%. See every scheme, May vs November and profit on Rs 10 lakh.

Bank of Khyber pays 10.50% a year on PLS savings for individuals with up to Rs 10 million, from 1 November 2026, up from 10.00%. Its term deposits pay much less, 5.25% to 6.75%, and its best scheme rate is 8.00% in the fifth year of the senior citizens' Khyber Friendly Deposit. All figures are from the bank's revised rate sheet effective 1 November 2026.
That gap is the main thing to know about BOK's rates right now. For an eligible saver, the plain savings account pays more than any fixed deposit on the sheet. Below is every account and scheme, the change from the May 2026 sheet, the monthly profit on Rs 10 lakh, and how to check your own rate.
Bank of Khyber savings pay 10.50% to eligible individuals
BOK's sheet effective 1 November 2026 pays 10.50% to customers eligible for the minimum deposit rate, meaning natural persons with a monthly average balance of up to Rs 10 million. Everyone else, including companies and balances above that limit, gets 6.50%.
| Savings deposits | From 1 November 2026 | From 1 May 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Individuals eligible for the minimum deposit rate, up to Rs 10m average balance | 10.50% | 10.00% (PLS Saving Account) |
| Customers not eligible for the minimum rate | 6.50% | 7.00% for financial institutions, public sector bodies and listed companies |
| Special Deposits Account | Not listed separately | 10.00% |

The rise to 10.50% follows the State Bank of Pakistan's minimum profit rule, which moved up from 1 November after the policy rate went to 12%. The other banks that have posted new sheets are listed in the November savings rate rise.
BOK term deposits pay 5.25% to 6.75%, unchanged since May
Bank of Khyber's plain PLS term deposits did not change on the November sheet. A 1 year deposit pays 6.50% and a 2 year or 5 year deposit 6.75%. Notice deposits pay 5.25% for 7 to 29 days and 5.75% for 30 days.
| Term deposit | Rate from 1 November 2026 |
|---|---|
| PLS notice deposit, 7 to 29 days | 5.25% |
| PLS notice deposit, 30 days | 5.75% |
| 3 months and 6 months | 6.25% |
| 1 year | 6.50% |
| 2 years | 6.75% |
| 3 years and 4 years | 6.25% |
| 5 years | 6.75% |
Every one of these is below the 10.50% savings rate for an eligible individual. Unless you need a fixed term for another reason, a BOK term deposit pays an individual saver less than leaving the money in savings, on the bank's own sheet. Companies and large balances face a different sum, because their savings rate is 6.50%.
Be-Baha, Khyber Friendly and Bemisal schemes pay 7.00% to 8.00%
BOK's named schemes pay more than its plain term deposits. Be-Baha Mahana Amdani pays 7.50% to 7.75%. The 5 year Khyber Friendly Deposit steps up each year, from 7.00% to 7.50% for general clients and 7.50% to 8.00% for senior citizens. Bemisal pays 7.25% for 5 years.
| Scheme | From 1 November 2026 | From 1 May 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Be-Baha Mahana Amdani, 3 months / 6 months / 1 year | 7.50% / 7.60% / 7.75% | 7.25% for all three |
| Khyber Friendly Deposit, general, years 1 to 5 | 7.00%, 7.10%, 7.20%, 7.25%, 7.50% | 6.75% for years 1 to 4, 7.00% in year 5 |
| Khyber Friendly Deposit, senior citizens, years 1 to 5 | 7.50%, 7.60%, 7.75%, 7.90%, 8.00% | 7.75%, 8.25%, 7.25%, 7.25%, 7.25% |
| Bemisal Term Deposit, 5 years | 7.25% | 6.75% |

Most scheme rates went up in November. The exception is the first two years of the senior Khyber Friendly Deposit, which fell from 7.75% and 8.25% to 7.50% and 7.60%, as the two sheets print them. Over five years, the senior scheme now averages 7.75% a year and the general one about 7.21%, on our own sums.
Rs 10 lakh earns about Rs 8,750 a month in BOK savings
At 10.50% a year, Rs 1,000,000 in BOK savings earns about Rs 8,750 a month before tax. The same amount in Be-Baha Mahana Amdani for 1 year, at 7.75%, gives about Rs 6,458. A 1 year term deposit at 6.50% gives about Rs 5,417.
These are our own sums, before withholding tax of 15% for filers and more for non-filers. National Savings pays more again on its monthly schemes, with Behbood at 12.96% and Regular Income at 12.12% on its rates from 21 October 2026, though Behbood is open only to certain groups of savers. How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the Bank of Khyber profit rates page, its revised rate sheet effective 1 November 2026 and the previous sheet effective 1 May 2026, on 2 November 2026. Changes, averages and monthly profit figures are our own arithmetic. We could not read BOK's Islamic rate page in a form that labels each figure, so Islamic accounts are left out.
