Four phones under Rs 30,000 on official Pakistan sites
The table lists every phone we found under Rs 30,000 on a brand's own Pakistan site, cheapest first. "From" means the lowest variant the brand prices.

| realme Note 60x | Rs 20,999 | Up to 64 GB | IP54 | Lowest price |
| realme Note 50 | From Rs 24,999 | Up to 128 GB | IP54 | Storage for the money |

The realme Note 60 is the best phone under Rs 30,000
The Note 60 costs Rs 6,000 more than the Note 60x but gives the most for the money in this range. realme's page lists these points:
- IP64 dust and water resistance, the best rating in this group.
- A die-cast aluminium top frame and a metal inner frame.
- A 32 MP main camera.
- A 90 Hz screen and a slim 7.84 mm body.
- Up to 128 GB of storage and up to 12 GB of "dynamic RAM".
Dynamic RAM means the phone borrows part of its storage to act as extra memory. It helps keep apps open, but it is slower than real RAM. So read the real RAM figure on the box, not the dynamic number. realme's page gives the total, not the split.
The realme Note 60x is the cheapest at Rs 20,999
The Note 60x is the cheapest phone from a major brand on any official Pakistan site we checked. realme lists a Unisoc T612 chip, a 5,000 mAh battery, a 6.74 inch 90 Hz screen with 560 nits brightness, and IP54 splash protection.
Its limit is storage. realme lists up to 64 GB, and WhatsApp photos fill that fast. It does take a microSD card up to 2 TB, so add a card if you keep many photos. For a parent's phone or a second phone for calls and WhatsApp, it is a sound choice.
The cheapest phone from every brand, including the ones above Rs 30,000, is in the cheapest phone in Pakistan from each brand.
Why we do not pick the ZTE Blade A35e
The Blade A35e costs Rs 25,999 on nubia's Pakistan site. That is Rs 1,000 more than the realme Note 50, and nubia lists it with 2 GB of real RAM and 64 GB of storage. Two gigabytes is very little for current apps. Expect slow switching between WhatsApp, the camera and the browser.
The realme Note 50 at Rs 24,999 has a 6.74 inch 90 Hz screen, IP54 and up to 128 GB of storage. It is the better buy for less money. Other nubia and ZTE prices are in the nubia and ZTE price list in Pakistan.
If you can stretch past Rs 30,000
A few thousand rupees more opens two useful choices. The nubia A36 with 4 GB and 64 GB costs Rs 32,999 on nubia's site. The vivo Y05e with 4 GB and 64 GB costs Rs 39,999 on vivo's site, with IP64 and a 5,150 mAh battery.
Above Rs 40,000 the choice widens to Samsung, vivo and realme's C series. Those phones are compared in the best phones under Rs 50,000 in Pakistan.
Check these five things before you buy a cheap phone
Cheap phones are where grey stock hides. Grey stock means phones imported outside the brand's official channel, often without a PTA approval or a local warranty.
- Compare the shop price with the brand's own site.
- Read the real RAM and storage on the box, not the dynamic RAM figure.
- Dial *#06# and match both IMEI numbers with the box.
- Send the IMEI to 8484 to confirm PTA approval.
- Ask for the warranty card and a stamped invoice with the IMEI.
More checks for the counter are in what to check before buying a phone in Pakistan.
