Breakout Size Chart in Pakistan: Men's and Women's Sizes in Inches, Jeans 30 to 38 and Shoes

Breakout's own size chart puts a men's M top at a 16 inch collar and a 25.5 inch full sleeve, and a women's M top at a 33.5 to 36.7 inch chest. Men's jeans run from size 30 (waist 29 to 30 inches) to size 38 (waist 37 to 38), all with a 32 inch inseam. We copied every figure below from the size chart page on breakout.com.pk on 5 November 2026, so you can pick a size before you order online.

Breakout is a Pakistani western wear brand with men's, women's and kids' ranges. Its chart is printed as two images, one for men and one for women, and the two are built differently. The men's chart lists garment measurements. The women's chart says it is based on body measurements. That difference matters more than the letters on the tag.

Breakout men's size chart for tops, XS to XL

Breakout men's tops go from XS to XL, and each size adds one inch to the collar and the chest row. The chart covers collar, chest, short sleeve, full sleeve, T-shirt and polo length, and woven shirt length, all in inches.

Look closely at the chest row. A chest of 18 to 22 inches is too small to be a body measurement for an adult man, so it can only be the width of the garment laid flat, from armpit to armpit. The chart does not say this in words. It is our reading of the numbers, and it changes how you should use them.

So do not measure your own chest for a Breakout top. Take a T-shirt that fits you well, lay it flat on a bed, and measure straight across just below the armholes. If that comes to 20 inches, start with M. If it falls between two sizes, the length rows help you decide: a 29 inch tee is an L, and many shorter men find it too long.

The chart also carries a line at the top: "All sizes are in inches. Some variation in size is expected." Expect half an inch either way between two shirts of the same size.

Breakout men's jeans, shoes, underwear and socks

Breakout men's bottoms use waist sizes 30 to 38, and each covers a two inch band of real waist, with the same 32 inch inseam. Shoes run in EU and UK pairs from 40/6.5 to 45/11.

A 32 inch inseam is long for many Pakistani men. If you are below about five feet eight, plan on a hem alteration at a tailor, which is usually cheaper than ordering twice. • Shoes: 40/6.5, 41/7, 42/8, 43/9, 44/10 and 45/11 (EU first, then UK).
• Underwear: S fits a 30 to 32 inch waist, M 33 to 34, L 35 to 36, XL 37 to 38.
• Belts: S/M is 43 inches long, L/XL is 45 inches.
• Socks: S/M fits shoe sizes 40 to 42, L/XL fits 43 to 45.

An "A" in a box on the chart means one size fits all.

Breakout women's size chart for tops and bottoms

Breakout's women's chart is based on body measurements, so here you do measure yourself. An M top fits a 33.5 to 36.7 inch chest and a 25.7 to 30 inch waist. Bottoms come in both number sizes (28 to 34) and letters (S to XL).

The tops row covers shirts, T-shirts, jerseys, jackets, coats and blazers.

The ranges overlap at the edges. A 33.5 inch chest appears in both S and M. When you sit on a boundary, choose the bigger size for jackets and coats, because you will wear a sweater under them in December. Eastern wear is cut differently, so a kameez size chart in inches is the better guide for a shalwar kameez.

For trousers, Bermudas, shorts, skirts, denim and palazzos, the number sizes read like this:

Women's footwear goes by foot length: 36 is 8.5 inches, 37 is 9, 38 is 10.2, 39 is 10.5, 40 is 11.2 and 41 is 11.5. The jump from 37 to 38 is much bigger than the others, which looks like a printing slip on the chart. How to measure yourself for a Breakout order

Use a soft cloth tape, stand straight, and measure over thin clothes. Men compare a flat T-shirt with the chest row. Women measure chest, waist and hips on the body and match all three, then take the size that fits the largest one.

1. Chest (women): run the tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, keeping it level at the back.
2. Waist: measure where your trousers actually sit. For jeans that is usually lower than the natural waist.
3. Hips: measure around the widest part, with feet together.
4. Collar (men): measure around the neck at the base, with one finger under the tape.
5. Sleeve (men): from the shoulder seam point to the wrist bone, arm slightly bent.
6. Inseam: lay a pair of well-fitting trousers flat and measure from the crotch seam to the hem.

Write the numbers down in inches. Breakout's chart has no centimetre column, and converting in your head is where most wrong orders start. One inch is 2.54 centimetres.

Breakout exchange rules if the size is wrong

Breakout does not give cash refunds. Its refund policy page allows an exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, on unworn, unwashed items with tags. Online orders cannot be exchanged at Breakout shops, and you pay the courier to send the item back.

• Sale items can be exchanged for a different size only, if stock is there.
• Never exchanged: fragrances, undergarments, jewellery and accessories.
• Defective or wrong item: contact support within 15 days with photos of the fault.
• Cancelling: an order can be cancelled up to 5 hours after checkout, but not after it is dispatched.
• International orders get no returns, exchanges or refunds.

Support is on +92-311-1100439 and support@breakout.com.pk. The refund page gives hours of 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, while the footer on the same site says 10 am to 3 pm. Call before 3 pm to be safe.

Common questions

Is Breakout's men's chest measurement a body size?

No. The 18 to 22 inch chest row can only be the garment width laid flat, armpit to armpit. Compare it with a T-shirt that fits you, laid flat.

What size is a 32 waist in Breakout men's jeans?

Size 32 fits a 31 to 32 inch waist. A 33 inch waist moves you to size 34.

Does Breakout give a refund on online orders?

No. Its policy says all sales are final, with no cash refunds. You can exchange within 7 days if the item is unworn and tagged.
