Check Your BPSC Exam Date: 17 Balochistan Posts Tested Between 19 October and 3 November

Short answer: BPSC will hold 17 MCQ and written tests between Monday 19 October and Tuesday 3 November 2026, all at 10:00 am at the commission in Quetta. Find your post in the table below. Bring your original CNIC and your own clipboard, and reach the hall one hour before the paper.

A candidate who applied in the spring may have forgotten which post carries which date. The commission has now put 17 posts on one press release, from an Assistant Sub-Inspector paper on 19 October to two lecturer papers at Bolan Medical College on 3 November.

We downloaded the BPSC Examination Branch press release, dated 29 September 2026, from the commission's exams page on 12 October 2026 and read both pages. It is the only official schedule we found for these posts.

Seventeen posts sit on eight exam days

The schedule covers posts from advertisements 01/2026 to 04/2026 and one from 19/2024. Every paper starts at 10:00 am. Sixteen are MCQ tests. The Assistant Sub-Inspector paper for the women quota is subjective, which means written answers.

The roll number and centre come by website and SMS

BPSC says the exam centre and roll number are being uploaded to its website and sent by SMS. If you get neither, the release tells you to confirm with the Examination Branch by phone or in person on any working day.

The home page has a roll number search that asks for your CNIC with dashes. The release gives three Examination Branch numbers: 081-9202418, 081-9201764 and 081-9203264. Use only these, and treat any roll number slip that reaches you by chat message with care. Our note on fake job offers lists the signs of a fake notice.

Five rules apply on exam day

The press release states five rules. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. Entry needs the original computerized national identity card. You must bring your own examination clipboard. You must reach the hall one hour before the paper. There is no parking for vehicles or bikes.

The "original CNIC" rule is the one that stops people at the gate. A photocopy or a phone photo will not do. If your CNIC is lost or expired, renew it through NADRA before 19 October.

1. Find your post and date in the table above.
2. Check your roll number and centre on bpsc.gob.pk or in your SMS.
3. Pack the original CNIC and your own clipboard.
4. Leave your phone and any gadgets at home.
5. Reach the commission in Quetta one hour before 10:00 am.

Plan your journey and your morning

Every paper starts at 10:00 am, so you must be at the gate by 9:00 am. If you live outside Quetta, plan to arrive the evening before. Roads and weather in Balochistan can delay a bus by hours, and a late candidate is not let in.

Leave your phone, earphones and smart watch at home or with a relative. The release says there is no parking for cars or bikes, so come by taxi, rickshaw or on foot if you can.

Where the test is held and what comes next

The release says the tests will be held at the Balochistan Public Service Commission, which is on Samungli Road, Quetta Cantt, as printed on its documents. Use the centre named in your SMS if it differs.

A pass in the MCQ test leads to an interview call, and the commission posts results on its result page. If you applied through the BPSC portal, the steps in applying for BPSC jobs online show how the account works. The syllabus for each post is on the commission's website, under the advertisement.
