BPSC Jobs 2026: Apply Online in Balochistan by 14 October

BPSC jobs are applied for online only, at bpsc.gob.pk. The open advertisement is Consolidated Advertisement No. 07/2026, and it closes on Wednesday 14 October 2026. The fee is Rs 800 for BPS-16 and BPS-17 posts, paid with a PSID through any 1Link bank channel.

The Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) recruits for provincial government posts in BPS-16 and above. It runs the written test, the interview and the final result. We read its jobs, exams and results pages, the full advertisement and its fee guidelines on 30 September 2026.

The advertisement has 11 posts across 7 departments. The biggest is 105 posts of Agriculture Officer or Research Officer (B-17). If you have a Balochistan domicile and a degree, check it before the last week, when the portal slows down.

BPSC Advertisement 07/2026 is open until 14 October

Advertisement No. 07/2026 is dated 8 September 2026 and closes on 14 October 2026. It covers 11 posts in 7 departments, from 1 Legal Officer to 105 Agriculture Officers. Age is counted on the closing date, and every application goes online.

Seats are split by zone: Merit (All Balochistan), Kalat, Zhob, Nasirabad, Mekran, Quetta, Sibi and Quetta City. The 105 agriculture posts also carry a quota of 5 for women, 5 for people with disabilities and 6 for minorities. Some posts are for men only and one is for women only, so read the gender line under each post.

Age limits differ by post, for example 21 to 28 years for the Legal Officer and 25 to 35 for the Senior Registrar. The advertisement adds a general age relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan, and up to 50 years for government servants with 2 years of regular service. The scan is hard to read on the exact relaxation figure, so confirm it in the advertisement itself before you rely on it.

How to apply for BPSC jobs online, step by step

Make one account on bpsc.gob.pk with your CNIC, fill in your profile once, then apply against each post. Every post you apply for makes its own PSID, and the application is only submitted when that PSID is paid. No paper copy goes to BPSC.

1. Open bpsc.gob.pk and click "Apply Online".
2. If you are new, click "Create Account" and register. Sign in with your CNIC (with dashes) or email and your password.
3. Fill the Personal Information tab and save. That tab saves only once, so check your name, father's name and domicile first.
4. Add each degree under Education, then any job under Experience, then certificates.
5. Click "Available Jobs", then "Show Advertisement", then "Apply Now" against the post you qualify for.
6. The portal gives you a challan with a unique PSID. Pay it before the closing date.

Be careful with the domicile field. A BPSC press release of 9 September 2026 says that from Advertisement 07/2026 onwards, the local or domicile you apply on is final. No change is allowed after the closing date. If you are unsure how your district is recorded, sort out your domicile certificate before you apply.

BPSC application fee and how to pay the PSID

The fee is Rs 800 for BPS-16 and BPS-17 posts, Rs 1,200 for BPS-18 and Rs 2,500 for BPS-19. You pay it against a PSID through a 1Link channel: ATM, a mobile banking app, internet banking or a bank counter. The fee is not refundable.

In any payment app, choose "1Link 1Bill Invoice/Voucher", enter the PSID, and the amount fills itself. Keep the receipt or a screenshot. Easypaisa and JazzCash both work, and so does a counter at any 1Link member bank. Watch the wallet charges if you pay from a small balance.

Four cautions from BPSC's fee guideline, dated 20 April 2026, matter most:

• Each post gets a separate PSID. Your CNIC stays the same.
• A PSID works only until the advertisement's closing date.
• Paying the fee is what submits your application. Check every detail before you pay.
• The old green treasury challan (32-A), cheques, drafts and pay orders are not accepted.

One conflict to know about. The FAQ page on the BPSC website still talks about the green treasury challan, post and the reception desk. The newer April notice and the advertisement both say online only, and they are the ones to follow.

BPSC test, interview and roll number slip

Most posts start with an MCQ screening test in the subject, and those who pass sit a viva voce interview. The Legal Officer post has a written paper instead. Roll number slips go on bpsc.gob.pk and candidates are also told by SMS.

The viva covers four areas, according to the advertisement: current affairs of the last one or two months, general knowledge about Balochistan, Pakistan and the world, Islamic studies (or your own religion), and Pakistan studies from 1857 onwards.

Bring your original CNIC and the downloaded admission certificate to the test. BPSC's Exams page lists a written examination schedule running from 19 October to 3 November 2026. The homepage has a "Find Roll No" box that searches by CNIC with dashes, and it shows the post, date and centre.

Eligibility is checked after the test, not before. The advertisement warns that if scrutiny finds you ineligible, your candidature is cancelled even if you passed. So apply only for posts you meet in full: degree, division, age, gender, domicile and experience.

BPSC results are posted as press releases

Final results appear on the Result page of bpsc.gob.pk as dated press releases, one per post or group of posts. BPSC posted results on 29 September 2026, including Principal Midwifery School (B-18), so the page is active and current.

Open the Result page and look for your post name, then open the PDF. Results list roll numbers and names by zone. BPSC has also posted separate notices when an appointment is suspended or a single candidate's result is issued, so read the full list, not only the latest line.

Posts can also be withdrawn. On 25 September 2026 BPSC listed a press release cancelling three PGMI posts: Assistant Professor (Emergency), Senior Registrar (Oncology) and Assistant Professor (Pulmonology), all B-18. Check the Jobs page for such notices before you pay a fee.

Serving officers have a separate route. Advertisement No. 08/2026 is for departmental exams, such as BCS and PAS officers, Tehsildars and Excise and Taxation officers, with papers from 30 November to 10 December 2026 in Quetta. Fresh candidates cannot apply to it.

What is the last date for BPSC Advertisement 07/2026?

14 October 2026, a Wednesday. The PSID also stops working on that date, so pay before it.

What is the BPSC fee for a BPS-17 post?

Rs 800. The same fee applies to BPS-16. BPS-18 posts cost Rs 1,200 and BPS-19 posts Rs 2,500.

Do I send a hard copy of my BPSC application?

No. The advertisement says no hard copy is needed. Paying the PSID submits the application.

Can I apply for two BPSC posts?

Yes, but each post needs its own application and its own PSID, and each fee is paid separately.

Can I change my domicile after applying?

No. From Advertisement 07/2026, the domicile you apply on is final and no change is accepted after the closing date.

Can I get my BPSC fee back?
