Check the Real PSEB Website: pseb.org.pk Now Opens techdestination.com
pseb.org.pk redirected us to techdestination.com on 12 October 2026. See the portal address and helpline we read, and how freelancers can check the real site.

Short answer: When we opened pseb.org.pk on 12 October 2026, it sent us on to techdestination.com, which names itself the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and "Tech Destination". The registration login sits at portal.techdestination.com. The page lists a helpline, 0800-01010, and a freelancer benefit of 0.25 per cent income tax on IT exports.
Picture a freelancer who types pseb.org.pk into her browser to renew her registration. The address changes before her eyes and a different name appears. She wonders if she has landed on a copy. This is the check she needs.
We tested the address with a plain web request and read the pages it led to on 12 October 2026. We did not log in, because that needs a real account. We cannot say when the redirect started, because the page carries no date for it.
pseb.org.pk now redirects to techdestination.com
Our request to pseb.org.pk returned a permanent redirect, code 301, to techdestination.com. The www version did the same. The destination answered normally. A permanent redirect means the old address now points to the new one on purpose.
The destination site identifies Faisal Jeddy as Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Software Export Board and uses the line "Think Tech, Think Pakistan". It also lists PSEB programmes, events and a freelance programme.
| What we checked | What we saw on 12 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| pseb.org.pk | Permanent redirect (301) to techdestination.com |
| www.pseb.org.pk | Ended at techdestination.com |
| Site name | Pakistan Software Export Board, branded Tech Destination |
| Login page | portal.techdestination.com/auth/login |
| Helpline on the page | 0800-01010, listed as 24/7 for login and registration issues |

The login page and helpline we saw
The portal login page is titled PSEB, Pakistan Software Export Board, with "Tech Destination" branding. It has an email box, a password box, a Create account link and a Forgot password link. It lists the toll free number 0800-01010 and an email on the pseb.org.pk domain.
The email domain is worth noting. The support address on the login page still ends in pseb.org.pk, even though the website address now redirects. So the old name is still in use for mail.
The site does not split freelancer and company sign up on the login screen. New users go through the general Create account link.
What the Freelancers box lists
The Tech Destination home page has a Freelance Program section. It lists membership benefits for freelancers, including 0.25 per cent reduced income tax on IT exports, 50 per cent retention on ESFCA, visa facilitation and subsidised international IT events. We read this as a list of benefits, not as a rule.
The page did not state a registration fee, a processing time or the conditions behind the 0.25 per cent rate. We did not find a fee on the home page, so we do not give one. Our earlier note on PSEB registration and the 0.25% freelancer tax rate explains the tax condition that the page itself does not.
ESFCA means Exporters' Special Foreign Currency Account. Our guide to opening a freelancer digital account shows how that kind of account works for dollar earnings.
How to check you are on the real PSEB site
Type the address yourself, do not follow a link from a message, and look at where you end. If you end at techdestination.com or portal.techdestination.com and the page names the Pakistan Software Export Board, you are where our check ended. Anything else needs a second look.
- Close any link that came by SMS, WhatsApp or a social media post.
- Type pseb.org.pk or techdestination.com into your browser yourself.
- Read the address bar after the page loads. The part before the first single slash should be techdestination.com or portal.techdestination.com.
- Look for the Pakistan Software Export Board name and the CEO name on the home page.
- Use the login only at the portal address. Never share your password with a caller or a chat contact.
- Bookmark the address you checked.

This site and its login are the ones our check reached. We have not verified every other address that uses "PSEB" in its name. Lookalike sites are common around any scheme that offers a tax benefit.
What to do if you already paid a stranger
Contact your bank or wallet at once, keep every message and receipt, and report the case. The Federal Investigation Agency takes online complaints, and our steps for an FIA online complaint show the route. PSEB's own helpline is the place to confirm whether a payment was ever needed.
Do not pay anyone who says they can "speed up" a registration. We saw no such service on the site.
Common questions
Is techdestination.com the official PSEB website?
It names itself the Pakistan Software Export Board and pseb.org.pk redirects to it. We saw both on 12 October 2026. We have no written statement from PSEB about the change, so we describe what we saw.
Why does pseb.org.pk open a different address?
It returns a permanent redirect to techdestination.com. We cannot say when the redirect began, because the page shows no date for it.
What is the PSEB helpline number?
The site and login page list 0800-01010. Both describe it as available 24/7 for login and registration problems.
What is the PSEB registration fee for freelancers?
We did not find a fee on the pages we read. Check the portal on the day you apply, because fees can change.
Does PSEB registration give a 0.25 per cent tax rate?
The Freelancers box lists "Reduced Income Tax at 0.25% on IT exports" as a membership benefit. The conditions are not on that page, so confirm them before you plan your tax.
Can I trust a link that asks me to renew PSEB registration?
No, not without checking. Open the portal yourself by typing the address. A link in a message can lead to a copy.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We requested pseb.org.pk and www.pseb.org.pk and read the Tech Destination home page and the portal login page on 12 October 2026. We did not log in, did not read a fee schedule and did not find an official notice announcing the address change. Treat this as an observation from that day.
