Hajj Directorate Offices in Pakistan: Haji Camp Address and Phone for All 7 Cities (2026 List)
Every Hajj directorate in Pakistan with address, phone and email: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sukkur, plus the MoRA Hajj helpline.

Pakistan has seven Hajj directorates, also called Haji Camps, in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Sukkur. Each one sits under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA), and the ministry's own Hajj inquiry line is 051-9205696. Below is every address, phone, fax and email the ministry publishes, which airport each camp serves, and who to call in Saudi Arabia.
We read the seven directorate pages and the ministry's telephone and contact list on mora.gov.pk on 1 November 2026. Where the two disagree, we say so in the table notes, because a wrong number wastes a morning.
Every Hajj directorate address and phone in one table
The seven Hajj directorates are in Islamabad (Sector I-14), Karachi (Sultan Abad), Lahore (near the railway station), Peshawar (Hayatabad), Quetta (Western Bypass), Multan (Qasim Bagh) and Sukkur (Airport Road). Call the one for the airport you fly from.
| City | Address | Phone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Islamabad | Madina-tul-Hujjaj, Sector I-14, near Kohi Noor Mills | 051-9247521, 9247574, 9247577 (fax 9247572) | directorisb@mora.gov.pk |
| Karachi | New Haji Camp, Sultan Abad, M.T. Khan Road | 021-35688307, 99204761, 35684656 (fax 99206132) | directorkhi@mora.gov.pk |
| Lahore | Dar-ul-Hujjaj, near Railway Station, Nicholson Road | 042-99205085, 99205087, 99205088 (fax 99205086) | directorlhr@mora.gov.pk |
| Peshawar | Hajj Complex, Plot 25-A, Sector E-8, Phase VII, Hayatabad | 091-9219012, 9219050 (fax 9219027) | directorpwr@mora.gov.pk |
| Quetta | Western Bypass, near Rural Development Academy | 081-9213021 (fax 9213327) | directorqta@mora.gov.pk |
| Multan | Zakria Zaireen Complex, Qila Kohna, Qasim Bagh | 061-9330058, 9330059 | directormlt@mora.gov.pk |
| Sukkur | Hajj Complex, near Arain Stop, Arain Airport Road | 071-5816078, 5816052 (fax 5816062) | adsukkur@mora.gov.pk |
Two small conflicts showed up. The ministry's contact list adds 091-9217730 for Peshawar, which is not on the Peshawar page. It also prints 35684656 and fax 99206132 under Lahore, but those are the Karachi numbers. For Lahore, use the numbers on the Lahore page, which we give above.

Each Haji Camp serves its own airports
A Haji Camp looks after pilgrims flying from its region. Lahore also handles Faisalabad and Sialkot flights. Islamabad was built for pilgrims from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Azad Kashmir and the north, and Sukkur serves interior Sindh outside Karachi.
The directorate pages give a short history for each camp, and it explains a lot about where you will go on the day.
- Islamabad: the Hajj Complex in I-14 started direct Hajj flights in 1986. Spare buildings are now used by a university and the madrassah education board, so ask for the Hajj Directorate block at the gate.
- Karachi: the Sultan Abad camp covers 14.85 acres. Its G Block can house 350 intending pilgrims at a time, and a temporary dispensary gives flu and meningitis shots during the season.
- Lahore: the camp has run from Majitha Hostel near the railway station since 1999, and it has handled Faisalabad flights for 21 years and Sialkot for 11.
- Peshawar: the permanent camp in Hayatabad started flight operations in Hajj 2003.
- Sukkur: the Airport Road complex opened in 2001 for interior Sindh.
Quetta serves Balochistan from Quetta airport, and Multan has run from the Zakria Zaireen Complex since 1995. If you have not been told your flight city yet, the result of the Hajj 2027 ballot and your bank slip show which point of departure you chose.
The ministry's Hajj helpline and WhatsApp numbers
The Ministry of Religious Affairs lists four Hajj inquiry lines in Islamabad: 051-9205696, 9216980, 9216981 and 9216982. Its email is hajjinfo@mora.gov.pk. For complaints, the ministry's menu links a WhatsApp number, 0306-3332555, so you can send a message and keep a record.
Use the helpline for general questions about the scheme, dues and dates. Use your directorate for anything about your own camp, training session or flight day. The ministry's head office is on the first floor of Kohsar Complex, T.U.V. Blocks, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, and its general number is 051-9207161.
The ministry also splits its Hajj control desks by departure airport. Knowing yours saves a transfer.
| Ministry desk | Departure airports | Phone (051) |
|---|---|---|
| HCC-I | Karachi, Sukkur, Sialkot | 9205827 |
| HCC-II | Lahore, Faisalabad | 9203910 |
| HCC-III | Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Quetta | 9201564 |
| HCC-IV | Islamabad, Peshawar | 9207134 |

Pakistan's Hajj offices in Saudi Arabia have their own numbers
The Directorate General of Hajj in Jeddah is on +966 12 550 0426, which the ministry also lists for its Makkah director. The Madinah director is on +966 14 825 0782. These are for pilgrims already in Saudi Arabia.
The Jeddah emails are dg@opapsa.info and opap@opapsa.info. During the season the ministry also sends welfare staff and a medical mission to Saudi Arabia. Save the Jeddah number in your phone before you leave Pakistan.
How to reach the right Hajj office quickly
Start with the directorate for your flight city, then the ministry desk for your airport, then the Islamabad helpline. Keep your CNIC number and application or tracking ID ready, because every office asks for them first.
- Find your departure airport on your Hajj application or bank receipt.
- Call the directorate for that region from the first table, between 9 am and 5 pm on a working day.
- If the line is busy, try the ministry's control desk for your airport from the second table.
- For general questions, call 051-9205696 or email hajjinfo@mora.gov.pk with your CNIC and tracking number.
- For a complaint, send it to the ministry's WhatsApp number 0306-3332555 and keep the reply.

Office hours on the ministry site read Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Camps run longer hours during the flight season, but the pages do not give those hours. Our honest advice: visit in person only after a call, since several camps share their compounds with other offices.
Safety: pay only through official channels
A Haji Camp is a help and departure office, not a payment counter. The ministry's private scheme notices of 25 August and 10 September 2026 say pay only through the official Pak Hajj portal. Government scheme dues go through the banks the ministry names.
That applies to every instalment, including the Hajj 2027 second instalment.
If someone calls claiming to be from a directorate and asks for money or an OTP, hang up and call the number in the table yourself. If the problem is with a private company, you can complain about the Hajj or Umrah operator to the ministry.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. We read the seven directorate pages and the telephone and contact list on the Ministry of Religious Affairs website on 1 November 2026, along with its Hajj helpline page. We did not call the numbers, so we cannot confirm which lines answer on a given day. Season hours for each camp are not published.
