Hyundai Free Service Schedule in Pakistan: 3 Free Services, Full Maintenance Chart and Extended Warranty From Rs 55,000
Hyundai gives 3 free services in Pakistan at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 km. See the oil and filter chart for each model and the Rs 55,000 extended warranty window.

Hyundai gives three free services in Pakistan: the first at 1,000 km or 1 month, the second at 5,000 km or 3 months, and the third at 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first each time. Labour is free, but you pay for any parts, oil and accessories used. After that, Hyundai's own chart sets an oil change every 5,000 km on petrol and hybrid models, and an extended warranty to 5 years starts from Rs 55,000.
Most owners know the first free service and forget the rest of the chart. We read Hyundai Nishat's free services page, its periodic maintenance chart and its extended warranty page on 31 October 2026. Hyundai Nishat Motor is the company that assembles and sells Hyundai cars in Pakistan.
Hyundai's three free services come at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 km
Each free service is due at a distance or a time, whichever comes first: 1,000 km or one month, 5,000 km or three months, and 10,000 km or six months. You take the car to an authorised Hyundai dealership, and the work follows the owner's manual.
| Free service | Due at | What you still pay for |
|---|---|---|
| First | 1,000 km or 1 month | Parts, lubricants, accessories used |
| Second | 5,000 km or 3 months | Parts, lubricants, accessories used |
| Third | 10,000 km or 6 months | Parts, lubricants, accessories used |
"Free" means no labour charge. Hyundai's page says there are no charges except any parts, lubricants and accessories consumed. So expect a bill for engine oil and a filter at most visits. Ask for the estimate before work starts.

The second free service is also the deadline for the extended warranty
Hyundai's extended warranty can only be bought when the car is sold, or up to the second free service or 3 months from the sale date, whichever comes first. Miss that window and the page gives no other way to buy it.
The extended warranty costs "as low as" Rs 55,000, Hyundai says, and offers cover of up to 125,000 km or 5 years. Hyundai describes it as protection from unexpected repair costs, including authorised service charges, with terms and conditions applying.
We could not read Hyundai's basic warranty terms. Its warranty conditions page returned "not found" when we checked, so we do not state the standard term here. Ask the dealer for the warranty booklet at delivery and read it before the second service. Toyota and Kia publish their versions in the Toyota extended warranty and the Kia warranty in Pakistan.
Change the oil every 5,000 km on petrol and hybrid Hyundais
Hyundai's chart sets engine oil and filter at every 5,000 km for the Elantra, Sonata, Tucson, Santa Fe and Staria, including hybrids. The air cleaner is due every 20,000 km on most models, and the AC filter every 10,000 to 20,000 km.
| Model | Engine oil and filter | Air cleaner | AC filter | Brake fluid |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Elantra | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 15,000 km | 60,000 km |
| Elantra Hybrid | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 20,000 km | 40,000 km |
| Sonata | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 15,000 km | 60,000 km |
| Tucson | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 15,000 km | 60,000 km |
| Tucson Hybrid | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 20,000 km | 40,000 km |
| Santa Fe Hybrid | 5,000 km | 20,000 km | 10,000 km | 40,000 km |
| Staria, petrol | 5,000 km | 10,000 km | 20,000 km | 60,000 km |
The hybrids carry two extra items: an HSG belt at 30,000 km and a fuel additive every 10,000 km. The Sonata facelift also lists the fuel additive at 10,000 km. Spark plugs run to 100,000 km on most models, but only 60,000 km on the Santa Fe Hybrid.

The Porter needs oil every 3,000 km and the IONIQ needs no oil at all
Hyundai's diesel Porter H-100 pickup is the exception: engine oil every 3,000 km, the fuel filter every 20,000 km and transmission oil every 40,000 km. The electric IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 have no engine oil, only a cabin filter every 15,000 km.
| Model | Item | Interval |
|---|---|---|
| Porter H-100, diesel | Engine oil and filter | 3,000 km |
| Porter H-100, diesel | Fuel filter | 20,000 km |
| Staria, diesel | Engine oil and filter | 5,000 km |
| IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 | Cabin air filter | 15,000 km |
| IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 | Low conductivity coolant | 60,000 km |
| IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 | Reduction gear fluid | 120,000 km |
A Porter used for daily deliveries can pass 3,000 km in a month. Plan its oil changes by the odometer, not the calendar.
How to book a Hyundai service
Hyundai Nishat's After Sales menu has a Service Appointment form, and every dealer takes bookings by phone. Book before the free service falls due, because the distance and time limits are fixed.
- Check your odometer and delivery date against the free service table.
- Find your nearest dealer in the list of Hyundai dealers in Pakistan.
- Book through the Service Appointment form on hyundai-nishat.com or call the dealer.
- Take the service booklet, so the visit is stamped.
- Ask for a written estimate of parts and oil before work starts.
- Keep the invoice with your other car papers.
Those stamped visits and invoices are your proof if a warranty claim is ever disputed. Suzuki owners have a similar schedule, set out in Suzuki free service and warranty.

Who to contact when a Hyundai service goes wrong
Raise it with the dealer's service manager first, in writing. If that fails, Hyundai Nishat lists UAN 042-111-111-466 and customercare@hyundai-nishat.com, and its contact form lets you file a complaint with your registration number.
Attach the job card, the invoice and photos. A complaint with the paperwork attached is far harder to brush aside than a phone call.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 31 October 2026. We read Hyundai Nishat's free services page, periodic maintenance chart, extended warranty page and contact page at hyundai-nishat.com on 31 October 2026. Every interval, the free service terms, the Rs 55,000 extended warranty price and the purchase window come from those pages. Hyundai's warranty conditions page returned not found, so the basic warranty term is not stated. The chart also lists spark plugs on the diesel Porter, which we have left out because diesel engines do not use them. We did not service a car ourselves.
