Infinix and Tecno Service Center in Pakistan: Carlcare Cities, Helpline 042-111-999-666 and Repair Status
Infinix, Tecno and itel phones are fixed at Carlcare. See its repair center cities by province, hotline 042-111-999-666, warranty check and repair status steps.
Infinix, Tecno and itel phones are repaired in Pakistan by Carlcare, their official service network, which lists centers in 30 named cities plus Islamabad and runs the hotline 042-111-999-666. Below are the cities by province, how to check your warranty and track a repair online, and the one contact on Carlcare's Pakistan page we would not use.
We read Carlcare's Pakistan service center page, its repair status, warranty check and phone repair pages, and its FAQ on 28 October 2026. Carlcare describes itself as the official service provider for Infinix, Tecno and itel, so a repair there keeps your warranty valid.
Carlcare is the official service center for Infinix, Tecno and itel
Carlcare handles repairs, warranty claims and spare parts for all three brands. Carlcare's Pakistan page covers phone repair, warranty check, repair status, spare part prices, screen repair and a phone unlocking appeal.
So one network serves three of the most common phone brands in Pakistan. If your phone says Infinix Hot, Note, Smart or Zero, or Tecno Spark, Camon or Pova, Carlcare is the place to go. Do not let a market repair shop open it while the warranty runs.
Carlcare lists centers in 30 named cities plus Islamabad
Carlcare's center finder groups Pakistan into five regions. It names 18 cities in Punjab, 8 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3 in Sindh and Quetta in Balochistan, and lists Islamabad as its own region. Pick your province and city on the page to see the address.
| Region | Cities in Carlcare's finder | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Punjab | Attock, Bahawalpur, Burewala, Chakwal, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Haroonabad, Jhelum, Kasur, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Samundri, Sargodha, Sialkot, Taxila, Toba Tek Singh | 18 |
| Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | Abbottabad, Charsadda, Dera Ismail Khan, Mansehra, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Swat | 8 |
| Sindh | Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur | 3 |
| Balochistan | Quetta | 1 |
| Islamabad | Listed as a separate region in the finder | 1 |
Two things stand out. Punjab is well covered, down to towns like Haroonabad and Samundri. Sindh is thin, with only three cities, so someone in Larkana or Mirpurkhas faces a long trip. Call the hotline before you go.
Call 042-111-999-666, not the WhatsApp number
Carlcare's Pakistan page lists the hotline 042-111-999-666 and the email service@carlcare.com. Its office address is 115/P, M.M. Alam Road, Gulberg II, Lahore. Carlcare also runs a Pakistan Facebook page, CarlcareServicePK.
The WhatsApp link on the same page points to a number starting +254, which is Kenya's country code. It may be a shared regional desk, but nothing on the page says so. We would stick to the 042 hotline or email for anything involving your IMEI or receipt, and never send card or wallet details over a chat.
Check warranty and repair status online with IMEI or job number
Carlcare's warranty check asks for your IMEI, and its repair status page asks for the work order number from your repair slip. Both work on the Carlcare website and in the Carlcare app, so you need not call or visit to get an answer.
Carlcare's FAQ gives these app paths:
- Warranty: open the Carlcare app, tap Warranty and enter your IMEI. Dial *#06# to see it.
- Repair status: open the app, tap Process, enter the work order number and tap Check.
- Book a visit: open the app, tap Repair Phone, enter your details and submit.
- Part prices: open the app, tap Price and pick your phone model.
- Center address: open the app and tap Location.
The spare parts price is the step people skip. Check the official price of a screen or battery for your model before you agree to a paid repair. Our view: a quote far above the listed part price needs an explanation in writing.
For a side-by-side look at other brands, you can check phone warranty by IMEI for Samsung, vivo, OPPO, Xiaomi and realme too.
Prepare your phone before a Carlcare visit
Back up your data, note the IMEI, remove your SIM and memory card, and carry the purchase receipt. Ask for a repair slip with a work order number, because the online tracker needs it and it proves when you handed the phone in.
Carlcare's screen repair page says it takes extra care with data during repairs. Still, assume the phone may be reset. If you have forgotten your lock pattern, sort that first, since a center may ask you to unlock the phone for testing. The steps to unlock a phone after a forgotten pattern cover Infinix and Tecno too.
A phone that shows a blocked IMEI after a repair is a different problem. That goes to PTA, not Carlcare, and the fix is in the steps for a duplicate or cloned IMEI.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 28 October 2026. We read Carlcare's Pakistan service center, repair status, warranty check, phone repair, screen repair and FAQ pages at carlcare.com/pk. The city list comes from the finder's menu data; Islamabad appears as a region but we could not read its city entry, and the finder did not give us individual addresses outside a browser. We did not test the tracker with a real work order number. The note on the +254 WhatsApp number is our reading of the country code, not a statement from Carlcare.
