Jazz Complaint Number and Tracking in Pakistan: Register on 111, SIMOSA or Online, Then Check Status
Register a Jazz complaint on 111, 777, SIMOSA or the online form, then track it by complaint number. See all 30 complaint types and when to go to PTA instead.

To register a Jazz complaint, call 111 from a prepaid Jazz number, 777 from postpay, or 051-111-300-300 from any phone, or file it in the SIMOSA app or on Jazz's online complaint form; then track it at jazz.com.pk/complaint-tracking with your complaint number. Jazz says SIMOSA queries are answered within 12 hours.
The tracking page only works if you have the complaint number, so the first job is getting one in writing. Below are all five routes, the 30 complaint types on Jazz's form, how tracking works, and when to take it to PTA. We read Jazz's contact page and complaint tracking page on 28 October 2026.
Jazz takes complaints on five routes
Jazz lists five ways to complain: the 111 and 777 helplines, the 051-111-300-300 number, the SIMOSA app, the online form on its website, and Jazz WhatsApp on 0300-3008000 for self-service. For deductions, bundles and signal problems Jazz points you to SIMOSA first.
| Route | Number or place | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Prepaid helpline | 111 from your Jazz number | Any prepaid problem, blocking a stolen SIM |
| Postpay helpline | 777 from your Jazz number | Bills, credit limit, postpay services |
| Landline or other network | 051-111-300-300 | When your Jazz SIM is not working |
| SIMOSA app | Support, then Submit a complaint | Deductions, packages, signal; answer within 12 hours |
| Online form | jazz.com.pk/contact-us | Complaints with a screenshot or document |
| Jazz WhatsApp | 0300-3008000 | Balance, bill and usage checks |

File a Jazz complaint in SIMOSA and get the ID by SMS
SIMOSA is Jazz's self-service app. Jazz says a complaint filed there gets a complaint ID by SMS, and the relevant team then contacts you. That SMS is your proof, so do not delete it.
- Open the SIMOSA app and log in with your Jazz number.
- Tap Support.
- Tap Submit a complaint.
- Select your issue from the list.
- Fill in the details, including dates and amounts, and press Submit.
- Save the complaint ID that arrives by SMS.
Write the details plainly. "Rs 15 deducted on 26 October at 3 am, I did not subscribe to anything" gets a faster answer than "balance problem". If the issue is a mystery deduction, first dial *6611#, which Jazz says lists your active services free, and include what it shows.
Jazz's online form has 30 complaint types
The form on jazz.com.pk asks for the nature of query (complaint, inquiry, suggestion or other), the product (prepaid, postpay or handsets), your city, and a complaint type. You can attach a JPG, PNG or PDF of up to 2 MB.
The 30 complaint types follow PTA's own categories, which helps if you later escalate. The ones people use most are:
- Billing related issue (overcharging or tariff)
- Change of package without user consent
- Value added services or package issues
- Quality of service (poor network, noise, call drop)
- Coverage issues relating to 3G, 4G or LTE
- Illegal issuance of a duplicate SIM, or illegal use of CNIC
- Illegal transfer of connection or ownership
- MNP related issues
- Refund related issue
- Fraudulent, obnoxious or unsolicited calls and SMS
- BISP related complaint
- Restoration of a number suspended for spamming
Pick the closest type rather than "Miscellaneous". A complaint filed under the right type goes to the team that can fix it.

Track a Jazz complaint with the complaint number
Jazz's complaint tracking page has one box: Complaint Number. Type the number from your SMS or call, pass the security check, and press Submit to see the status. There is no search by CNIC or mobile number on that page.
- Open jazz.com.pk/complaint-tracking.
- Enter the complaint number exactly as Jazz gave it.
- Complete the security check and press Submit.
- If you lost the number, call 111 or 777 and ask for it from your Jazz SIM.
Ask for the complaint number every time you call. Agents do not always read it out unless you ask, and without it you cannot track or escalate.
Take it to PTA if Jazz does not resolve it
When Jazz closes a complaint without fixing it, or does not respond, you can complain to PTA. Jazz's own help page gives PTA's complaint site, complaint.pta.gov.pk, and PTA's toll-free number 0800-55055, open 9 am to 9 pm seven days a week.
PTA expects you to have complained to the operator first, so quote your Jazz complaint number. The steps are in how to complain about your mobile network to PTA, and what PTA will and will not take saves a wasted complaint. For context, Jazz drew more PTA complaints than any other operator in 2024-25, as set out in PTA's complaint figures by operator.

JazzCash and fraud complaints go to a different line
JazzCash is a separate service with its own helpline. Jazz's help page says to report JazzCash fraud by calling 4444 from a Jazz number, or 111-124-444 from any other phone. Do not file a wallet problem on the network complaint form.
The full wallet route is in JazzCash complaint options. If your problem is a package you never asked for, read PTA's rule on services activated without consent before you complain, so you can quote it.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Jazz's contact page and complaint form, its complaint tracking page and its Process Help Center on jazz.com.pk on 28 October 2026. We did not file or track a complaint ourselves, so we have not seen what the status page shows. Jazz does not publish response times for calls, the form or WhatsApp. PTA's own site did not open from our connection that day, so the PTA contact details are as Jazz prints them.
