To check a Jubilee Life policy online, sign up on the Jubilee Life Customer Portal at customersportal.jubileelife.com with your policy number and CNIC or NICOP, then log in to see the policy. If you would rather not use a website, message Jubilee on WhatsApp or call the contact centre on 021-111-111-554. Below are both routes, every way to pay the premium, and what to do when the policy has lapsed.

Jubilee Life sells most of its policies through agents and banks, so many customers never learn the self service options. We read Jubilee's Manage Your Policy page, its e-payment list, claims page, unclaimed benefits page and the Customer Portal sign up form on 31 October 2026.

The Customer Portal shows your policy after a one time sign up

The portal sign up form asks for the life assured's details exactly as they appear in the policy document, the CNIC or NICOP number, and the policy number. After that you log in with your own email and password.

  1. Open customersportal.jubileelife.com and choose Signup.
  2. Enter the life assured's name and details as printed on the policy.
  3. Pick CNIC or NICOP and type the number.
  4. Type the policy number from the policy schedule.
  5. Finish sign up, then log in to see the policy.

The portal menu also has Application Status for a new proposal, Lodge a Claim, and Online Payment. If the details you type do not match the policy record, the sign up fails. That usually means a spelling difference in the name, or a CNIC that was never updated on the policy.

WhatsApp and the contact centre answer on 021-111-111-554

Jubilee lists one number for both: call the contact centre on 021-111-111-554, or send "Hi" on WhatsApp to the same number. It also gives a separate health emergency hotline, 021-111-111-544, for health policy holders.

Jubilee Life contact centre, WhatsApp and health hotline numbers

Jubilee offers e-payment for its unit linked individual life customers through five channels. Not all of them take every kind of premium, so match the channel to your payment.

Bank Alfalah cash deposit machines, 150 nationwideNew, renewal and top up, in cash

One rule catches people out. Jubilee says renewal premium can be paid online up to 30 days before the due date. After the due date, it says you must visit a Jubilee Life office to pay. So pay early, not on the last day.

Easypaisa USSD is meant for policyholders without internet, and Jubilee says you get an SMS confirming the payment. Keep that SMS until the premium shows on the portal. If you are moving money through a wallet, the guide to money deducted but a transaction failed explains how to recover a stuck payment.

A lapsed policy needs a reinstatement form after the 30 day grace

Jubilee gives 30 days of grace after the premium due date. Pay inside that time and the policy renews with nothing extra. After 30 days you need the Reinstatement Form and a Declaration of Health and Occupation, called the DHO.

If the premium is paid more than 90 days late, a reinstatement fee is also charged. Jubilee says it can only renew policies where no more than 3 years of annualised premiums are due. Where more than one year is due, a full Reinstatement Form is needed besides the DHO and fee.

Send the signed forms with the premium cheque to the Customer Experience Department. If your health and work meet Jubilee's underwriting rules, a renewal letter, final receipt and unit report come by courier about a week later.

Surrender is possible after two policy years

You can surrender a Jubilee policy after two policy years, if two full years of premium are paid. The payout is the cash value in your unit account minus any surrender charges. Early surrender usually returns less than you paid.

The surrender form needs your signature, your bank account verified by the bank, a CNIC copy, a zakat exemption form if it applies, and the original policy documents. Submit it at your branch. A surrender in the first years can also be taxed, as explained in tax on a life insurance surrender.

Check Jubilee's unclaimed benefits list

Jubilee publishes two PDF lists: unclaimed insurance benefits as of 30 June 2026, and uncashed payment instruments, meaning cheques never cashed, as of 30 September 2026. If you or a relative held a Jubilee policy, look there first. A Policy Request Form sits on the same page.

To find policies with any insurer on a CNIC, use the SMS 99833 policy finder. If Jubilee refuses or delays a valid claim, complain to Jubilee first, then to the Federal Insurance Ombudsman.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 31 October 2026. We read Jubilee Life's Manage Your Policy page, its E-Payment Solutions List, the claims and unclaimed benefits pages and the Customer Portal sign up form, all on 31 October 2026. We did not sign up with a real policy or make a payment, so the screens after login are not shown. The reinstatement fee amount is not published on the page.
