KWSC Water Bill Check Online in Karachi: Download It and Pay by JazzCash
Check your Karachi water bill on kwsc.gos.pk with the 12-character consumer number, then download it or pay by JazzCash. What each line means and who to call.
To check your Karachi water bill online, open kwsc.gos.pk, click "Get Your Bill", and enter the 12-character consumer number printed on your old bill, such as H0020635000A. The bill opens on screen. You can download it, print it, or pay it through a JazzCash account.
The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC, also written KW&SC) supplies piped water and sewerage to Karachi. For a long time its website had no bill page at all. That has changed. KWSC's own FAQ, updated on 16 September 2026, now says a duplicate bill is on the website under "Get Your Bill".
We tested the bill check on 29 September 2026. The portal answered, checked the number we entered, and returned KWSC's own error message for a number that does not exist. We did not have a real consumer number, so we could not view or pay a live bill.
How to check your KWSC water bill online
Go to kwsc.gos.pk, press the "Get Your Bill" button on the home page, and type your consumer number. The site opens the full bill, with the due date, charges, arrears and a payment history, on a new page you can save.
- Open kwsc.gos.pk on your phone or computer.
- Press "Get Your Bill". It sits with "Book Tanker" and "Track Complaint" near the top.
- Enter your consumer number exactly as printed, letter first, with no spaces.
- Press submit. The bill page loads with your name, town and billing period.
- Press "Download Bill" or "Print" to keep a copy.
If you get "Please check your consumer ID", the number is wrong or has a typo. That is the exact message we saw with a test number. Check each character against a paper bill before you try again.
The same bill is in the KWSC Unified app, which KWSC names in its FAQ. The app is also how Karachi residents book an official KWSC water tanker, so one install covers both.
Your KWSC consumer number has 12 characters
A KWSC consumer number is 12 characters long and starts with a letter, followed by letters or digits. KWSC's own form gives H0020635000A as the example. The website rejects anything shorter, longer or starting with a number.
You will find it on any old paper bill. Look for "Consumer #" or "Consumer No". If you have never had a bill, or you lost them all, the number is still on KWSC's record for your property.
- Tenants: ask the landlord for any old bill. The number belongs to the property, not to you.
- New buyers: ask the seller. A clear water bill is worth getting before you hand over the final payment.
- No bill at all: visit a KWSC customer centre with your property papers and CNIC.
KWSC's website lists its head office at 9th Mile Karsaz, Shahrah-e-Faisal, open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on 021 111 597 200. It also lists a North Karachi customer centre in Sector 11-A, near the Power House, open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, on 021 992 60001.
What the online KWSC bill shows
The online bill splits your charges into water, sewerage, conservancy and fire, each with a current amount and arrears. It then shows the surcharge, bank charges, the amount payable before the due date and the larger amount payable after it.

The bill also shows your plot size and plot type, town and zone. Check those lines against your property papers. A wrong plot size or plot type on the bill is worth raising with KWSC before it builds into arrears.
The billing history is the most useful part. It proves whether a past payment reached KWSC, which settles most arguments about arrears.
How to pay the KWSC bill with JazzCash
On the online bill, press "Pay Via JazzCash", then enter the 11-digit mobile number and the CNIC registered with your JazzCash account. The site says the CNIC must match that account, or the payment fails. A paid bill then shows "Bill already paid".
- Open your bill through "Get Your Bill".
- Press "Pay Via JazzCash" at the top of the bill.
- Enter your 11-digit JazzCash mobile number.
- Enter the CNIC registered to that JazzCash account.
- Press "Pay Now" and approve the payment on your phone.
We did not make a payment, so we cannot confirm how the approval step looks on the phone or whether JazzCash adds a fee. The bill has its own "Bank Charges" line. Check the total on the confirmation screen before you approve.
No JazzCash account? You can make a JazzCash account on your phone with your CNIC. Otherwise, download the bill and pay in person.
KWSC's site has a "Payment Locations" tab, but when we checked it held no actual list of banks or counters. So look at the payment details on your printed bill, or ask a customer centre, before you go.
KWSC bill complaints and helplines
For a wrong bill, file a complaint at complain.kwsc.gos.pk or call 1334, KWSC's complaint line. For billing disputes that need papers, visit a KWSC customer centre with your bill, CNIC and proof of past payments from the billing history.
KWSC's home page says its complaint system covers water supply, sewerage, billing problems and illegal connections. The complaint site loaded when we checked it. KWSC's FAQ also gives complaint@kwsc.gos.pk for reports of water theft.
Three bill problems come up most:
- Arrears you already paid: compare the billing history with your receipt. Take both to the customer centre.
- Wrong plot size: bring property papers that show the real size.
- Bill in a previous owner's name: ask KWSC to change the name on the connection, with your ownership papers.
Water bills in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and other Punjab cities come from WASA, a different body with its own website and account numbers.

The "Get Your Bill" route, the Unified app, the 1334 complaint line, complain.kwsc.gos.pk and the water theft email are read in KWSC's FAQs on its website, with the billing answer updated on 16 September 2026. The 12-character consumer number rule, the example number, the bill's charge lines, the billing history, the JazzCash payment form and its CNIC warning are read in the kwsc.gos.pk bill pages themselves. Office addresses, hours and phone numbers are read in KWSC's own location list. We tested the bill search with a made-up number and got KWSC's "Please check your consumer ID" reply. We did not view a real bill or make a payment, and KWSC does not publish its water tariff on the website.
