Lahore Sialkot Motorway M-11 Toll Rates, Route and Helplines

NHA has not published a current toll table for the M-11 Lahore-Sialkot Motorway. Its toll notification of 6 July 2026 lists six other motorways but leaves M-11 out. So any M-11 rate you see online is unconfirmed. The toll plaza receipt, or the NHMP helpline 130, is the only reliable answer.

Plenty of pages print a neat M-11 toll table anyway. We looked for the source behind those numbers and could not find one. We would rather tell you that than copy a figure nobody can check.

What we can confirm is the road itself. The motorway police log M-11 as a single sector running 91 km, from Mehmood Booti on the Lahore Ring Road to the Sambrial main toll plaza near Sialkot. Below is the route, the helplines, and how to find out what you will pay.

Lahore Sialkot Motorway M-11 toll rates in 2026

NHA's revised toll notification, effective 10 July 2026, covers M-1, M-3, M-4, M-5, M-14 and E-35. M-11 is not in it, and we found no separate M-11 notice on NHA's website. So there is no official M-11 rate table to quote.

The M-1 and M-3 figures are for a car over the whole motorway. They are there to show what NHA did publish, not to estimate M-11. M-2 has its own notice because it runs under a separate agreement, and it is listed on M-2 toll plazas from Islamabad to Lahore.

Our guess is that M-11 has a separate arrangement too. But that is a guess, and we have not seen a document that confirms it.

How to find out the M-11 toll you will pay

Ask the people who collect it. Call the NHMP helpline 130 or the M-11 sector office on 052-6228130 before you leave. After the trip, your toll receipt or your M-Tag deduction message shows the exact amount charged.

1. Call 130 or 052-6228130 and ask the current toll for your vehicle class.
2. Keep enough cash or M-Tag balance to cover it, with a margin.
3. Take the receipt at the toll plaza if you pay cash.
4. If you use M-Tag, check the deduction in your statement or SMS.
5. Compare the receipt with what you were told, and ask at the booth if it differs.

A receipt is worth keeping. It is the only record you have if you think you were overcharged. Before you set off, check your M-Tag balance so the barrier does not stop you.

M-11 route from Mehmood Booti to Sambrial

The motorway police count M-11 from kilometre 0 at Mehmood Booti, on the Lahore Ring Road, to kilometre 91 at the Sambrial main toll plaza near Sialkot. The road is reported to run east of the GT Road, past Muridke, Gujranwala and Daska.

The interchanges below are the ones reported for M-11, from the Lahore end. NHA does not publish a list we could read, so treat the order as reported.

The 91 km figure is the motorway police's own sector length. Other sources give about 103 km. The gap may come from how the Lahore end is counted.

M-11 helplines and who runs the road

The National Highways and Motorway Police patrol M-11. The national helpline is 130. The M-11 sector office is 052-6228130, and it sits under the Motorway Central-I zone, 042-99333319. NHMP's main office number is 051-9320294-5.

For M-Tag problems, use the separate M-Tag helpline, 1313. Keep that number apart from 130, which is for the road and emergencies.

Fog, road work and M-11 closures

M-11 can close for fog in winter, like the other Punjab motorways. The NHMP travel advisory board lists closures, lane closures and weather for M-11 by kilometre marker, with the time of the last update. Check it before leaving.

When we checked the NHMP travel advisory board on 28 September 2026, M-11 showed "Cloudy from Mehmood Booti (KM 00) to Sambrial Main Toll Plaza (KM 91)". There was no closure, and the entry had last been updated at 08:14 that morning.

From late November, fog closures are the usual reason M-11 shuts at night. A clear forecast does not mean an open road. Only the motorway police decide that.

M-Tag and paying the M-11 toll

We could not confirm on an official page whether M-Tag is compulsory on M-11 or which plazas take cash. So carry both: a funded M-Tag and some cash. That covers either case.

The 50 per cent extra toll for driving without an M-Tag was reported suspended by the Islamabad High Court in July 2026. If your tag is running low, recharge your M-Tag online before you reach Mehmood Booti. For every other motorway, the notified motorway toll rates are in one table.
