The MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix 2026 starts at 12:00 pm PKT on Sunday 1 November, and the Sprint is at 12:00 pm PKT on Saturday 31 October. Both are lunchtime races in Pakistan. Below you will find every MotoGP session at Sepang in Pakistan time, the official way to watch in Pakistan, and why this weekend could swing a title fight that has only 10 points in it.

Malaysia is the fourth-last round of the 2026 MotoGP season. We read the session times in MotoGP's own event data on 31 October 2026. MotoGP lists Sepang times in Malaysian time, which is three hours ahead of Pakistan, and we took three hours off each one.

The Sepang Sprint and Grand Prix both start at noon in Pakistan

The Tissot Sprint runs at 12:00 pm PKT on Saturday 31 October over 10 laps. The Grand Prix runs at 12:00 pm PKT on Sunday 1 November over 20 laps. Qualifying is early on Saturday morning, at 7:50 am and 8:15 am PKT.

Marc Marquez leads Jorge Martin by only 10 points before Sepang

Marc Marquez of the Ducati Lenovo Team had 365 points when we read MotoGP's standings on 31 October. Jorge Martin of Aprilia Racing was 10 points behind on 355, and Marco Bezzecchi, also on an Aprilia, was third on 315. That makes Sepang a big weekend.

Each weekend is worth up to 37 points to one rider: 12 for winning the Sprint and 25 for winning the Grand Prix. With four weekends left including Malaysia, our sum puts 148 points on the table. So a 10-point lead is nothing. One crash on Saturday and the lead can change hands before Sunday's race.

Martin is the rider to watch on Saturday. He has won 4 Sprints but only 1 Grand Prix, so the short race suits him. Marquez has the most wins of anyone in both races.

MotoGP names Begin as its broadcaster for Pakistan

MotoGP's 2026 broadcasters page lists Begin, the streaming service at begin.watch, against Pakistan. That makes the Begin app the official way to watch the Sepang Sprint and Grand Prix live in Pakistan, rather than an IPTV link or a pirate stream.

Begin already carries other sports for Pakistani viewers, including the Spanish league, and its prices and payment steps are set out in our page on watching LaLiga in Pakistan on the Begin app. We did not see a separate MotoGP price on Begin's home page, so check what your plan includes before Saturday.

  1. Install the Begin app or open begin.watch in a browser.
  2. Sign up and check that MotoGP appears in the sports list for your plan.
  3. Pay with the methods the app offers to Pakistani users, and keep the receipt.
  4. Open the app at 11:45 am PKT on Saturday so the stream is ready for the noon Sprint.
  5. If the stream fails, restart the app once, then contact Begin support from inside the app.

MotoGP also sells VideoPass, its own streaming pass, on motogp.com. We did not confirm a Pakistan price or whether VideoPass is blocked where a local broadcaster holds rights.

Steps to watch MotoGP Malaysia live in Pakistan on the Begin app

Sepang is a long, hot circuit where tyres decide the race

The Petronas Sepang International Circuit is near Kuala Lumpur, and heat and sudden rain are normal in the afternoon. The 20-lap Grand Prix is a test of tyre life in the heat, which is why riders save tyres early and attack late.

Rain is the wild card. Afternoon storms are common in Malaysia at this time of year. If one arrives at 3 pm local time, which is noon in Pakistan, the race can be delayed or restarted, so do not plan anything tight around the noon start.

Three more rounds follow Malaysia before the season ends

After Sepang, MotoGP goes to Qatar on 6 to 8 November, Portugal on 20 to 22 November and Valencia on 27 to 29 November. The Qatar race on Sunday 8 November starts at 9:00 pm PKT, one hour before Formula 1's Sao Paulo Grand Prix.

All the session times for those three weekends are in our MotoGP 2026 schedule for Qatar, Portugal and Valencia in Pakistan time. Formula 1 fans can find the clash night in the Sao Paulo Grand Prix times in Pakistan.
