Nayatel Packages and Prices by City in Pakistan, 2026

Nayatel's cheapest home fibre package is Home Unlimited 30 Mbps at Rs 1,900 a month plus tax, and its fastest is Triple Play 500 Mbps at Rs 30,850. On 29 September 2026 the list was the same in all 13 cities Nayatel serves, with two exceptions: the 30 Mbps plan is not offered in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila or Wah Cantt, and Peshawar charges Rs 2,200 for it.

We read these Nayatel packages and prices from the package list that nayatel.com loads for each city, city by city, on 29 September 2026. Prices on the site are shown "per month plus tax", so your bill will be higher than the numbers below. The one-time setup cost is separate too, and it is bigger than most people expect.

Nayatel Home Unlimited internet prices in 2026

Home Unlimited is the internet-only plan. Prices start at Rs 1,900 for 30 Mbps and rise to Rs 25,550 for 400 Mbps. Each plan has a monthly data cap, called a fair usage policy (FUP), from 2.5 TB to 10 TB.

"Unlimited" does not mean no limit. Nayatel's terms say that once you use the cap, your speed drops to 1 Mbps until you buy extra GBs from the customer portal. The cap resets every month. For most homes, 2.5 TB is a lot. A family that streams in 4K on several screens every evening can still get close on the smaller plans.

Honestly, 40 Mbps at Rs 2,350 is the plan most homes should start with. The jump to 60 Mbps costs Rs 1,300 more a month, which only pays off if several people stream or game at once.

Nayatel Triple Play packages with TV and phone

Triple Play adds Naya TV and a phone line to the same fibre connection. It costs Rs 300 more than the matching internet-only plan at every speed, and it is the only range with a 500 Mbps option.

The data caps are the same as the internet-only plans, and the 500 Mbps plan gets 11 TB. Nayatel's terms say there is no line rent for the phone, but you must bring your own phone set. If you already pay for cable TV, Rs 300 for TV and a phone line is a fair deal.

Nayatel prices by city

Nayatel lists 13 cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Attock, Taxila, Wah Cantt and Muzaffargarh. We pulled the list for each one. The monthly prices matched everywhere except the entry plan.

• Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila and Wah Cantt: plans start at 40 Mbps. The 30 Mbps plan is not listed.
• Peshawar: Home Unlimited 30 Mbps is Rs 2,200, not Rs 1,900. The Triple Play 30 Mbps plan is also Rs 2,200 there.
• Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Attock and Muzaffargarh: the full list, from 30 Mbps at Rs 1,900.

A city on the list does not mean your street is covered. Fibre reaches sectors and societies one at a time. Check your exact area before you pay anything, as the next section explains.

Nayatel installation charges and hardware

A new connection costs Rs 3,000 for installation plus Rs 12,000 for the fibre modem (ONT) without cable TV, or Rs 15,000 with it. You can spread the ONT over 20 or 30 months instead, but you pay more in total.

So the cheapest way in is Rs 15,000 upfront for installation and an ONT without TV. The instalment route costs Rs 4,000 upfront but Rs 18,000 over time. If you can pay once, pay once.

One more cost to plan for. Nayatel's terms recommend an extra 5 GHz access point to get full speed over Wi-Fi on 50 Mbps and above. A 100 Mbps plan on a weak router in a back bedroom will feel slow, and that is a router problem, not a line problem. Switching bands helps, and switching between 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz works the same way on most routers.

How to apply for a Nayatel connection

Check coverage for your area first, then sign up online or through the sales team on 1441, extension 2. Nayatel's city pages say signing up online gets an extra Rs 1,000 discount.

1. Open nayatel.com, choose Coverage Areas, and pick your city and area.
2. If your area is listed, choose a package on your city's internet page.
3. Click Sign up and fill in the online form. This is the route with the Rs 1,000 discount.
4. Or call 1441 and press 2 for sales, or email sales@nayatel.com.
5. Pay the installation and ONT charges, and agree a date for the fibre to be laid.

Sales lines are open 9 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a break from 1 pm to 2 pm on Friday, and 10:30 am to 6 pm on Sunday, according to Nayatel's contact page.

Paying the bill is simpler than fixing a fault. Nayatel lists its payment options on its site, and the same banking apps you use for a StormFiber bill payment usually carry Nayatel too.
