Onic SIM Pickup Points in Pakistan: 547 Shops in 106 Cities, With Addresses (2026 List)
Onic lists 547 SIM pickup points in 106 cities: 86 in Karachi, 80 in Lahore, 56 in Rawalpindi. See addresses, what to bring, and how to activate the SIM after.
Onic lists 547 SIM pickup points in 106 cities and towns, where you collect a new or replacement Onic SIM after ordering it in the app and completing biometric verification at the counter. Karachi has the most with 86, then Lahore with 80, Rawalpindi 56, Faisalabad 40 and Islamabad 34. Quetta has 4, and we found none in AJK or Gilgit-Baltistan.
Onic does not post SIMs to your door. You pick the shop when you order, then go there with your CNIC. So the real question before ordering is simple: is there a pickup point near you? We read Onic's full pickup list on 1 November 2026, counted it by city, and pulled out the shops in the main cities below.
Onic SIMs are collected from a pickup point, not delivered
Onic's FAQ sets out three steps: order in the app, choose a plan and a number, then collect the SIM from your chosen pickup point, where staff complete your biometric verification. You then activate the SIM in the app by scanning the ICCID printed on it.
- Install the Onic app, or open onic.pk, and sign up with your email.
- Choose a plan, and either pick a new number or choose to transfer your current one.
- Enter your personal details and select a pickup location near you.
- Pay, and wait for the order to be processed.
- Go to the pickup point with your original CNIC and complete biometric verification.
- In the app, open "Activate Your SIM" and scan the ICCID on the card, or type it in.
Onic also runs a "Sim Now, Pay Later" offer. Its page says you can order the SIM for Rs 0, start with 500 MB of free data and choose a plan later. The pickup and biometric steps stay the same.
Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi have the most pickup points
By our count of Onic's list, five cities hold 296 of the 547 pickup points: Karachi 86, Lahore 80, Rawalpindi 56, Faisalabad 40 and Islamabad 34. Gujranwala has 26, Multan 22, Hyderabad 15 and Peshawar 10. Most other towns have one to seven.

The list mixes three kinds of outlet. By our count, 123 are PTCL and Ufone shops, 40 are branded "Onic Spot", and 47 are M&P outlets. The rest are local mobile shops, a few general stores and some shopping malls. Onic is a brand of Pak Telecom Mobile Limited, the company behind Ufone, which explains the PTCL and Ufone counters.
Pickup addresses in the main cities
Each city has a mix of shops, so these are a few that are easy to find, mostly PTCL and Ufone shops and Onic Spots. Pick the closest one in the app, because the SIM goes only to the shop you choose when ordering.
- Karachi: PTCL and Ufone Shop Clifton, Ameer Khusro Park, Hatim Ali Alvi Road; PTCL and Ufone Shop DHA Phase II, 2-B Link Avenue; PTCL and Ufone Shop Azizabad, F.B. Area.
- Lahore: Onic Spot Samanabad, Bashir Complex, Lyric Stop, Main Multan Road; Onic Spot Shahadra, Main GT Road near the Metro stop; PTCL and Ufone Shop, 21-C Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town.
- Islamabad: Onic Spot I-8 Markaz, near Madina Cash and Carry; Onic Spot Barakahu, Al-Karam Center, Murree Road.
- Rawalpindi: Onic Spot, Akhtar Plaza near the police station, Saddar; Onic Spot, Minhas Market, Muslimabad, Dhoke Khabba Road.
- Faisalabad: Onic Spot, Saddar, Jhang Road; Onic Spot, Jamia Chishtia Chowk near Lari Adda.
- Multan: Onic Spot, Office 9, second floor, Pace and Pace Shopping Center, Bosan Road; PTCL and Ufone Shop, Gulgasht exchange.
- Peshawar: PTCL and Ufone Shop, Civic Center Phase II, Hayatabad; PTCL and Ufone Shop, Khyber Bazaar, opposite Lady Reading Hospital.
- Hyderabad: PTCL and Ufone Shop, CTO Compound opposite NBP main branch; PTCL and Ufone Shop, Unit 7, Latifabad.
- Quetta: Onic Spot, Central Electronics, Art School Road; PTCL Smart Shop, Jaffar Khan Jamali Road.
Shops open and close often. Before travelling, confirm the shop on Onic's live map or call 051-111-339-111.
Large parts of Sindh, Balochistan and all of AJK and GB have none
By our count, Punjab and Islamabad hold about 407 of the 547 points, Sindh 102 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 34. In Sindh, only Karachi, Hyderabad and Larkana appear. In Balochistan, only Quetta. We found no pickup point in AJK or Gilgit-Baltistan.
So in Sukkur, Nawabshah, Gwadar, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur or Gilgit, you would have to travel to collect an Onic SIM. Onic's FAQ also says customers from AJK cannot port their number to Onic. Check PTA's order on Onic before you order a new SIM
In September 2026, PTA ordered Pak Telecom Mobile Limited to stop new Onic sales and move existing users to PTML within three months. PTML has challenged the order in court, as reported. Onic's site was still taking orders and listing pickup points on 1 November 2026.
For an existing Onic user who needs a replacement SIM, the pickup list is still useful: Onic says the points handle new and replacement SIMs. For a new customer, weigh the uncertainty first, especially before paying for a long plan.
