Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia: 24/7 Emergency Numbers for Workers and Pilgrims
Pakistan Embassy Riyadh and Consulate Jeddah emergency numbers, checked on their own sites on 9 October 2026, plus what to do during an attack alert in Saudi.

If you are a Pakistani in Saudi Arabia and need help in an emergency, the Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah lists four numbers it says stay open 24/7: +966 56 387 0732, +966 54 209 9349, +966 12 668 9149 and +966 12 669 2371. The Embassy in Riyadh's main line is +966 11 488 7272.
We took these numbers from the embassy's and the consulate's own websites on 9 October 2026, not from forwarded messages. That matters, and the reason is further down: one number doing the rounds online is a digit off.
Saudi Arabia has faced drone attacks in recent weeks, including one on a power station in Madinah on 29 September. Pakistan's Foreign Office has condemned them. So whether you work in Riyadh or are on Umrah in Makkah, keep these numbers saved before you need them.
Save these Pakistan mission numbers in Saudi Arabia now
Pakistan has two missions in Saudi Arabia: the Embassy in Riyadh and the Consulate General in Jeddah. The Jeddah consulate publishes four round-the-clock numbers for the western region, which covers Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. The Riyadh embassy publishes its main lines, a UAN and an email address.

| Mission | Number or email | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Consulate Jeddah | +966 56 387 0732 | Mobile, listed as open 24/7 |
| Consulate Jeddah | +966 54 209 9349 | Mobile, listed as open 24/7 |
| Consulate Jeddah | +966 12 668 9149 | Landline, listed as open 24/7 |
| Consulate Jeddah | +966 12 669 2371 | Landline, listed as open 24/7 |
| Consulate Jeddah | +966 12 669 1046, parepjeddah1@mofa.gov.pk | Main office line and email |
| Embassy Riyadh | +966 11 488 7272 | Main line |
| Embassy Riyadh | 920051444 | UAN, the single access number |
| Embassy Riyadh | info-parepriyadh@mofa.gov.pk |
The Riyadh embassy's Community Welfare Wing page also lists +966 11 488 4111, +966 11 488 4222 and +966 11 488 4666. Community welfare is the section that helps workers with problems such as unpaid wages, a held passport or a death.
We have not called these numbers. The consulate's own notice says its four lines "remain open 24/7", and we are repeating that, not testing it.
What to do during an attack alert in Saudi Arabia
Follow the instructions of the Saudi authorities first, because they control the ground. Stay indoors, keep away from windows and do not go to look at a site that has been hit. Then tell your family you are safe and contact the Pakistan mission if you are hurt, stranded or have lost documents.
- Move indoors and stay away from glass until the authorities say it is safe.
- Do not go near, film or share pictures of any damaged site.
- Message one person in Pakistan to say you are safe, so your family does not panic.
- If you are injured or stuck, call the consulate's 24/7 numbers in the western region, or the Riyadh embassy elsewhere.
- If you are on Umrah, also tell your group leader or tour operator, who is responsible for your transport and stay.

As of 9 October 2026 we found no Pakistani travel advisory against Saudi Arabia on the Foreign Office's press release list, and no Umrah notice on the Riyadh embassy's news page. Check both before you fly, because that can change fast.
Keep your passport, Iqama and visa copies ready
The mission can help you much faster if you can prove who you are. Keep a photo of your passport, your Iqama (the Saudi residence permit) or your Umrah visa, and your CNIC or NICOP on your phone and in an email to yourself.
If you lose your passport, the consulate or embassy can issue an emergency travel document so you can fly home. The steps to get a Pakistani emergency travel document in Jeddah include the police report you will need first.
Register your stay with the mission too. The Jeddah consulate has a "Register With Consulate" page on its website, which asks you to log in or create an account first. Registration means staff know you are there if they need to reach Pakistanis in an emergency.
If a number does not answer, try another route
Lines can be busy in a crisis. If one number does not pick up, try the next on the list, then the landline, then email. Write a short message with your full name, passport number, city, phone number and what help you need.
- No answer on a mobile: try the two Jeddah landlines, which are listed as 24/7 too.
- Outside the western region: use the Riyadh embassy's main line or UAN.
- Non-urgent problem: email the mission and keep the sent message as a record.
- Theft or harassment in Makkah: report harassment or theft in Makkah to the Saudi police first, then tell the consulate.
For a family in Pakistan trying to reach a relative, the same numbers work from Pakistan. Dial 00 966 and then the rest of the number as shown in the table.
Check any helpline number against the official site
Forwarded lists of embassy numbers are common in a crisis, and some are wrong. One list we saw online gives the second Jeddah mobile as ending in 348. The consulate's own website lists it as ending in 349. A single wrong digit can cost you time when it matters.

Fraudsters also use emergencies. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for money or your bank details in the name of the embassy. Hang up and call back on a number from pakistaninksa.com or parepjeddah.org yourself.
If a worker dies abroad, the family has separate routes for the body and for compensation. The process to bring a dead body home to Pakistan from abroad starts with an embassy NOC, and the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) runs a free ambulance at the other end.
