The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority, known as PEIMA, has six senior contract jobs open in Lahore: four Directors, one Chief Audit Officer and one Assistant Director. The last date is 26 October 2026. Pay is a lump sum, shown as up to Rs 750,000 a month for the Directors, and you apply on the Punjab Job Portal.

Six senior contract posts at PEIMA in Lahore

Qualification and experience for each post
Every post asks for at least 16 years of education from a university recognised by the Higher Education Commission, national or foreign. For the four Director posts, the pages say preference goes to those with an MPhil or PhD in the listed subjects.
The Director (HR and Admin) needs a degree in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, Social Sciences or Arts and Humanities. The page asks for 10 years of verifiable experience, with at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organisation. The work named includes HR policies, service rules, restructuring, court cases, performance systems and procurement.
The Director (Academics and Research) needs a degree in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences or Social Sciences. The experience asked is in curriculum design, educational research, teacher training and academic quality.
The Director (Monitoring and Evaluation) needs Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences, MIS or Mathematics. The work is to design monitoring frameworks, set indicators and run central data systems.
The Director (Partnership and Collaboration) needs Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences. The page asks for experience in raising funds from donors and the corporate sector, and in managing partnerships and agreements.
The Chief Audit Officer needs ACCA, ICMA or CA, or at least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting or Commerce. Five years in internal audit, risk management and compliance are asked for, and the page names liaison with the Auditor General's office.
The Assistant Director (Training and QAT) needs a degree in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences or Business Administration, with three years of experience organising training workshops and keeping training records. QAT is the quality assurance side of the training work.
Age, domicile and who is eligible
The age ranges are in the table above. The Directors must be between 35 and 55, so a candidate under 35 cannot apply for those posts even with strong experience.
