Sell on Etsy From Pakistan: Payoneer Setup, Every Fee and the Monday Payout (2026)

That answers the old question about whether Etsy is open to Pakistani sellers. Pakistan is on Etsy's list, but Payoneer is required
Etsy's eligible countries list marks Pakistan with an asterisk. That mark means sellers there accept Etsy Payments through a Payoneer Payment Account. Etsy says Payoneer is required in these countries, and shops that did not enrol were suspended from 31 January 2024.
Etsy partners with Payoneer in 16 countries, including Pakistan, India, Egypt, the UAE and Japan. You do not take payments from buyers directly into Payoneer. Buyers pay Etsy, Etsy deducts its fees, and the rest goes to your Payoneer account each Monday.
Two rules matter from day one. Your shop country is the country of your bank, and Etsy will not change it later except inside the Eurozone. And Etsy only deposits US dollars into a Payoneer account, so list your items in US dollars.
Etsy fees for a Pakistani seller come to about 15% of a sale
Etsy charges a $0.20 listing fee, a 6.5% transaction fee and, for a bank account in Pakistan, a payment processing fee of 6.5% plus $0.30. On a $25 order that is about $3.75, or 15%, before Payoneer's own withdrawal charge.

Here is the arithmetic on one sale. An item at $20 with $5 shipping makes a $25 order. The listing fee is $0.20. The transaction fee is 6.5% of $25, which is $1.63. The processing fee is 6.5% of $25 plus $0.30, which is $1.93. Total fees are about $3.75, so about $21.25 reaches Payoneer.

Price your items with all of this in mind, because the 6.5% plus $0.30 processing rate for Pakistan is higher than the 4% plus a small fixed amount Etsy charges in most of Europe.
How to open an Etsy shop and enrol with Payoneer
Open the shop on Etsy.com, then enrol in Etsy Payments from Shop Manager. In Pakistan that enrolment sends you to Payoneer to sign up or sign in. The names on Etsy, Payoneer and your bank must match.
- Create your Etsy account and start a shop, choosing Pakistan as your bank country.
- Set your shop currency to US dollars to avoid the 2.5% conversion fee.
- Go to Shop Manager, then Finances, then Payment settings.
- Choose Enroll now. If nothing happens, turn off any ad or pop-up blocker.
- Sign up for Payoneer, or sign in if you already have an account, and link it.
- Add a debit or credit card under Billing, which Etsy requires for most shops.
- Complete any Payoneer verification request within 30 days.
The card is for Etsy's fees, such as listing fees, when your sales do not cover them. A Pakistani debit card works only if online international payments are switched on, and every card counts towards your yearly limit, explained in the USD 30,000 card limit.
Verification requests have a 30 day deadline
Etsy uses Payoneer to verify sellers. If you receive a verification request, Etsy says to finish it in Payoneer's Verification Center within 30 days, or your shop may be interrupted. Use documents whose name matches your shop and bank account exactly.
If you enrol as a business, Etsy verifies your identity itself. Otherwise you verify only with Payoneer. Etsy accepts a valid driving licence, government photo ID or passport, and the details must match what you entered when you set up the shop. For a CNIC, enter your name exactly as it is printed.
A shop suspended for an unpaid balance is restored automatically once you pay it, unless there is another reason. So keep the billing card active.
Money reaches your bank 2 to 5 business days after you withdraw
Etsy sends available funds to Payoneer every Monday, and you cannot change that day. After you request a withdrawal in Payoneer, Etsy says the money usually appears in your bank in 2 to 5 business days. Payoneer may set a minimum withdrawal.
If a withdrawal does not arrive, the problem sits with Payoneer or your bank, not with Etsy.
