Pink Scooty Registration in Sindh 2026: Apply Online at SMTA, the 5 Documents You Need, and Track by CNIC
Apply for Sindh's Pink Scooty on SMTA's form: women students and working women only, 5 uploads incl. a learner licence. Track by reference number and CNIC.

Pink Scooty registration in Sindh is open online at smta.gos.pk/pink-scooty-registration, the Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) form. Only women can apply, as a student or a working woman, and you must upload five documents, including a learner motorbike licence. You then track your application at smta.gos.pk/track-application with your reference number and CNIC. The Pink Scooty helpline is 0309-1365354.
We opened SMTA's registration form, its tracking page, the Pink Scooty project page and the contact page on 25 October 2026, and read every step of the form in the page itself, without sending an application. Below is what each step asks for, the document most applicants will not have yet, and two things SMTA's own pages say differently.
SMTA's form takes four steps: personal details, eligibility, documents and review
The form opens with your personal details, then asks your gender and whether you are a student or a working woman, then takes five uploads, and ends with a review page and a security code.
| Step | What the form asks | Rules SMTA's form checks |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Personal | Full name, father or husband name, email, mobile, CNIC, division, district, address | Mobile must be 11 digits starting 03; CNIC in 12345-1234567-1 format |
| 2. Eligibility | Gender, applicant type, learner licence number if you have one | Only "Female" can be chosen; type is Student or Working Lady |
| 3. Documents | CNIC, domicile, PRC, learner motorbike licence, student or employee card | JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB each |
| 4. Review | Your details, a declaration and a security code | False information can lead to disqualification |
The division list has six options: Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur and Larkana. The form also checks your CNIC as you type it. If that CNIC has already applied, it says so and offers a "Track application" link instead of letting you apply twice.

You need five documents, and the learner motorbike licence is the one to get first
The documents step will not let you continue without all five uploads: your CNIC, your domicile certificate, your Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC), a learner motorbike licence, and your student or employee card. Each must be JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB.
Most women applying will have a CNIC and a student or office card. The domicile and PRC are district documents that many families already hold. The learner licence is the gap. It is a required upload, even though the eligibility step treats the licence number as optional.
So apply for a motorcycle learner licence first, following the usual steps for getting a driving licence in Sindh. SMTA's project page says the scheme includes support in obtaining a learner licence, but it does not say how to ask for that support, so do not wait for it if you can apply yourself.
- Apply for a motorcycle learner licence and print it.
- Scan your CNIC front and back, domicile and PRC.
- Scan your student card or employee card.
- Keep each file under 5 MB, as JPG, PNG or PDF.
- Open smta.gos.pk/pink-scooty-registration and fill the four steps.
- Note the reference number shown after you submit.

Track your Pink Scooty application with the reference number and CNIC
SMTA's tracking page, smta.gos.pk/track-application, asks for three things: your reference number, your CNIC number and a security code from an image. It then shows the current status of your application.
If you lose the reference number, start the application form again and type your CNIC. The form's duplicate check recognises an existing application and shows a "Track application" link. We did not submit a test application, so we have not seen the status messages themselves.

Selection is by ballot, with priority for widows, single mothers, working women and students
The registration page says applications will be verified, and the final selection will be made through a transparent balloting process. It gives priority to widows, single mothers, working women and students.
SMTA has not published a closing date, a ballot date or the number of scooters on any of the pages we read. Its publications page listed nothing about the scheme beyond the "Apply Now" banner. So there is no reason to pay anyone who says they can get your name into the ballot.
SMTA's pages call the scooter free in one place and subsidised in another
The registration page says the Government of Sindh is offering free motorbikes. The Pink Scooty project page calls it a subsidised scooter initiative. The two words do not mean the same thing, and SMTA does not state any amount that a winner would pay.
The project page also names five cities: Karachi, Larkana, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Shaheed Benazirabad. The form's division list adds Mirpur Khas. If you live in Mirpur Khas division, you can apply on the form, but confirm with the helpline that your area is covered. The scheme was first announced in 2025 as a Pink EV scooty scheme for women.
Call 0309-1365354 if the form or the tracking page fails
SMTA lists 0309-1365354 as its dedicated Pink Scooty helpline. Its head office lines are 021-99332206, 021-99332207 and 021-99332209, with a toll-free number, 0800-07682, and the email info@smta.gos.pk.
Only use these numbers and smta.gos.pk. The form asks for your CNIC and family details, so a lookalike page or a WhatsApp "agent" could misuse them. Women in Punjab looking for a similar scheme can compare the CM Punjab e-bike scheme for students.
Common questions
Who can apply for the Pink Scooty in Sindh?
Women only, applying as a student or a working woman. SMTA's form will not register male or other applicants.

Yes. The documents step requires a learner motorbike licence upload, and you cannot move on without it.
How do I check my Pink Scooty application status?
Open smta.gos.pk/track-application and enter your reference number, CNIC and the security code shown on the page.
Is the Pink Scooty free?
SMTA's pages differ. The registration page says free motorbikes, while the project page calls it a subsidised scheme. No amount payable is published.
What is the last date for Pink Scooty registration?
SMTA has not published one on any page we read on 25 October 2026. The form was open that day.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read SMTA's Pink Scooty registration form, the application tracking page, the Pink Scooty project page, the publications page and the contact page on 25 October 2026. We did not submit an application or call the helpline. We could not confirm the closing date, the ballot date, the number of scooters, the amount (if any) a winner pays, or how the learner licence support works.
