Sindh Vaccinator Jobs 2026: 45 EPI Posts by District, STS Test Pattern and How to Apply by 30 November

Sindh's Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) is hiring 45 Vaccinators (BPS-6) on contract in 13 districts, and you apply online through the Sindh Testing Service (STS) at sts.org.pk by 30 November 2026. The minimum qualification is matric, and the age limit is 18 to 28. You must live in the district you apply for, and the paper application has to reach STS by post or courier.

We read the Sindh Health Department's advertisement, the STS project page, the online form and the test pattern sheet on 2 November 2026. Below are the seats in each district, who qualifies, the 50 question test, and the steps that trip people up, such as the 40 KB photo limit and the postal address.

45 Vaccinator posts are spread over 13 Sindh districts

Shaheed Benazirabad has the most seats at 8, followed by Karachi Malir with 7 and Umerkot with 6. Five districts get only one seat each. The advertisement says the district split will be strictly followed, so you can only compete for your own district's seats.

The posts are funded under the National Health Support Program (NHSP) and run on a one year contract, extendable on good performance. Quotas follow Sindh policy: 15 per cent for women, 5 per cent for disabled candidates and 5 per cent for minorities.

Matric, age 18 to 28 and a Sindh domicile are required

You need matric or an equivalent from a recognised board, a Sindh domicile, and residence in the district you apply for, proved by a resident certificate. Age is 18 to 28 years, with relaxation under Sindh government rules. A vaccination certificate and experience give you preference but are not required.

The resident certificate is the document people forget. The form also asks for your domicile and PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate). The STS test has 50 MCQs with negative marking

The screening test is paper based: 50 multiple choice questions worth 2 marks each, 100 marks in all, in 60 minutes. Each wrong answer costs 0.25 marks. You need at least 50 per cent to pass. Guessing blindly on ten questions can cost you two and a half marks, so skip what you do not know.

Apply online, then post the form with the paid slip

This is a two part application. You fill the form online on sts.org.pk, print it, pay the test fee on the deposit slip it generates, and then post or courier the printed form with the original paid slip and documents to STS. Applications handed in by hand are not accepted.

1. Open sts.org.pk and click the EPI Vaccinators (BPS-06) project, then Apply Online.
2. Fill in your details, choose your domicile district and pick a test city: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Umerkot, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana or Mirpur Khas.
3. Upload a passport size photo and both sides of your CNIC. Images must be JPG under 40 KB.
4. Submit and print the application form with its deposit slip. You cannot edit the form after submitting.
5. Pay the fee at a bank or through online, ATM or mobile banking, as the slip allows.
6. Send the form, the original paid slip (STS copy) and copies of your matric certificate, domicile, PRC and resident certificate to (EPI Project) Plot A/18, Kashmir Road, near Society Office Signal, Karachi, before 30 November 2026.

The advertisement and form page we read do not state the fee amount. It appears on the deposit slip after you submit. Keep a copy of everything you post, and use a courier with tracking, because STS says it is not responsible for late delivery.

What happens after the deadline

Only eligible candidates are called for the written test. Those who pass then appear for interview with original documents and attested copies of their certificates, domicile, PRC and CNIC. No travel or daily allowance is paid for the test or interview.
