StormFiber Packages and Prices in Pakistan 2026: Every Plan by City, Tax Included
StormFiber packages run from Rs 1,699 for 2 Mbps to Rs 15,399 for 275 Mbps before tax. See every plan, Karachi and Lahore rates, tax totals and setup fees.

StormFiber's internet-only packages run from Rs 1,699 a month for 2 Mbps to Rs 15,399 for 275 Mbps, before tax, in most cities. Karachi and Lahore pay Rs 100 to Rs 250 more on the four cheapest plans. With tax, the 25 Mbps Typhoon plan comes to Rs 3,202 a month in Islamabad and Rs 3,537 in Lahore.
Most people only see the headline price and get a surprise on the first bill. We read StormFiber's plans page for all 26 cities it lists and opened its tax-included price lists for Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore on 24 October 2026. Below is every plan, the city differences, the real monthly cost after tax, and the one-time charges nobody mentions until the installer arrives.
StormFiber internet-only packages and prices in 2026
StormFiber sells nine internet-only plans, called single play. Prices before tax start at Rs 1,699 for the 2 Mbps Ice plan and reach Rs 15,399 for 275 Mbps. Eight of the nine plans include extra speed if you pay through NayaPay.
| Plan | Speed (with NayaPay bonus) | Most cities, before tax | Karachi and Lahore, before tax |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ice | 2 Mbps | Rs 1,699 | Rs 1,849 |
| Typhoon | 20 + 5 = 25 Mbps | Rs 2,414 | Rs 2,664 |
| Blizzard | 30 + 10 = 40 Mbps | Rs 3,649 | Rs 3,749 |
| Thunder | 40 + 10 = 50 Mbps | Rs 4,849 | Rs 4,949 |
| Tornado | 60 + 10 = 70 Mbps | Rs 5,899 | Rs 5,899 |
| Hurricane | 100 + 15 = 115 Mbps | Rs 7,399 | Rs 7,399 |
| Blitz | 180 + 20 = 200 Mbps | Rs 12,299 | Rs 12,299 |
| Storm Surge | 250 + 25 = 275 Mbps | Rs 15,399 | Rs 15,399 |
A ninth plan, Cyclone at 6 Mbps for work from home, appears on the tax-included price lists at Rs 2,000 before tax in Islamabad and Rs 2,150 in Lahore. It is not shown as a normal plan card on the website in every city, so ask for it by name.
The bonus speed matters. The 25 Mbps Typhoon plan is really 20 Mbps, plus 5 Mbps extra when the bill is paid through the NayaPay app. Pay by bank or card instead and you get the lower figure.

Karachi and Lahore pay more for the cheaper StormFiber plans
StormFiber's plan cards show two price groups. Karachi and Lahore pay Rs 150 more for Ice, Rs 250 more for Typhoon and Rs 100 more for Blizzard and Thunder. From 70 Mbps upward, the price is the same in every city we checked.
The other 24 cities on the list share the lower prices: Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Chitral, Daska, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Haripur, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhelum, Mardan, Multan, Okara, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahim Yar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Swat and Wah. The Abbottabad and Okara pages did not list the Ice plan at all when we checked.
Some cities also still show older promotional cards, such as a "Mega Summer Offer" with a Rs 999 one-time charge, in 15 cities including Islamabad, Faisalabad and Peshawar. We could not tell from the page whether that offer is still open in late October. Ask on the helpline before you count on it.
What you really pay each month after tax
Tax adds roughly 30 to 37 per cent to the plan price. StormFiber's own price lists show the 25 Mbps Typhoon plan at Rs 3,202 a month in Islamabad and Rs 3,537 in Lahore. The 275 Mbps plan comes to about Rs 21,000 in both cities.
| Plan | Islamabad, after tax | Lahore, after tax |
|---|---|---|
| Ice 2 Mbps | Rs 2,219 | Rs 2,417 |
| Cyclone 6 Mbps | Rs 2,632 | Rs 2,829 |
| Typhoon 25 Mbps | Rs 3,202 | Rs 3,537 |
| Blizzard 40 Mbps | Rs 4,899 | Rs 5,028 |
| Thunder 50 Mbps | Rs 6,548 | Rs 6,677 |
| Tornado 70 Mbps | Rs 7,991 | Rs 7,982 |
| Hurricane 115 Mbps | Rs 10,053 | Rs 10,044 |
| Blitz 200 Mbps | Rs 16,786 | Rs 16,777 |
| Storm Surge 275 Mbps | Rs 21,047 | Rs 21,038 |
Two taxes make up the gap. The Islamabad and Karachi lists apply 19.5 per cent sales tax on internet service, then 15 per cent advance income tax. That second tax is not lost money if you file a return. StormFiber issues an advance income tax certificate at the end of the fiscal year on my.stormfiber.com, and you can claim it when filing.

One-time charges: installation, Wi-Fi access point and HD box
An internet-only connection carries a one-time charge of Rs 12,000 before tax, or Rs 13,800 after tax in Islamabad. The price list also shows an instalment option of Rs 1,200 a month. Triple play promos replace this with their own one-time fee.
The Islamabad list does not say how many months the Rs 1,200 instalment runs, so ask before you sign. The extras are listed too:
- Dual-band Wi-Fi access point: Rs 7,399 on the plan cards, Rs 8,732 after tax.
- HD box for TV: Rs 4,999, or Rs 5,899 after tax.
- Static IP: Rs 500 a month before tax.
- StormSocial+ add-ons, which speed up social media and streaming sites: Rs 449 for 25 Mbps up to Rs 1,299 for 100 Mbps.
StormFiber's own help centre recommends a dual-band access point on the 70 Mbps and 275 Mbps plans, because the router it installs may not carry full speed over Wi-Fi. If you buy a fast plan, budget for that box. Our notes on placing a Wi-Fi router for the best signal help whichever device you end up with.
Triple play promos bundle TV and phone with a free month
StormFiber's triple play promos add TV and a phone line to the internet. The "Promo 2.0" range charges a one-time fee and gives the first month free. The 25 Mbps Triple Typhoon costs Rs 2,614 a month in most cities, Rs 2,864 in Karachi and Lahore.
| Triple play promo 2.0 | Monthly, most cities | Monthly, Karachi and Lahore | One-time cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Triple Typhoon 25 Mbps | Rs 2,614 | Rs 2,864 | Rs 5,999 |
| Triple Blizzard 40 Mbps | Rs 3,849 | Rs 3,949 | Rs 6,999 |
| Triple Thunder 50 Mbps | Rs 5,049 | Rs 5,149 | Rs 7,999 |
| Triple Tornado 70 Mbps | Rs 5,999 | Rs 5,999 | Rs 8,999 |
| Triple Hurricane 115 Mbps | Rs 7,499 | Rs 7,499 | Rs 9,999 |
Look at the arithmetic. In most cities, Triple Typhoon costs Rs 200 more a month than the internet-only Typhoon, but its one-time charge is Rs 5,999 instead of Rs 12,000. Over the first year the bundle can come out cheaper, even if you never switch on the TV.

How to check your city's StormFiber price and order

Common questions
What is the cheapest StormFiber package?
Ice, at 2 Mbps, for Rs 1,699 a month before tax in most cities and Rs 1,849 in Karachi and Lahore. For a family, the 25 Mbps Typhoon at Rs 2,414 before tax is the realistic starting point.
Are StormFiber prices the same in every city?
No. Karachi and Lahore pay more on the four cheapest plans. Taxes also differ by province, so the price after tax changes from city to city.
Is Cybernet the same as StormFiber?
Yes. StormFiber's help centre is run by Cyber Internet Services (Pvt) Ltd, the company behind Cybernet. Cybernet's own website now sells business connections, and home plans are sold as StormFiber.
What does "Extra with NayaPay" mean?
You get the higher speed only when you pay the bill through the NayaPay app. On the 275 Mbps plan, for example, the base speed is 250 Mbps.
Do I have to pay the installation charge?
Internet-only plans show a one-time charge of Rs 12,000 before tax, with an instalment option. Triple play promos have their own lower one-time fee instead.
Is StormFiber prepaid or postpaid?
The bill is generated monthly and carries a late payment surcharge if paid after the due date. Continued non-payment can lead to the connection being switched off.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 24 October 2026. We read StormFiber's plans page for all 26 cities, its tax-included price lists for Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore (dated 13 August 2026), and its help centre articles on speeds, taxes, late payment and advance income tax at helpcenter.stormfiber.com. Prices come from stormfiber.com/plans. The before-tax web price is Rs 1 below the PDF base price on several plans (Rs 15,399 against Rs 15,400); we show the web figure. We did not order a connection, and we could not confirm whether the older summer promotion cards are still honoured. Prices can change without notice, so check your city's PDF before you pay.
