Toyota Delivery Status Check Online: Track Your Booked Car by PBO Number and CNIC in Pakistan
Check your booked Toyota's delivery month on Indus Motor's Invoicing Status page with the PBO number and CNIC. See the input rules, fixes and who to call.

You can check the delivery status of a booked Toyota car on Indus Motor's Invoicing Status page at toyota-indus.com/invoicing-status: type the PBO number without its leading zeros and the CNIC or NTN without dashes, tick the terms box and submit. It shows the tentative delivery month for your booking. Below is what each field means, why a search comes back empty, and what to do if the month keeps slipping.
A dealer's salesman may tell you one month on the phone and another a week later. The Invoicing Status page is Indus Motor's own answer, linked to your booking order, so it is the place to start. It is still an estimate, and Toyota says so in its own terms.
The status check needs only your PBO number and CNIC
Indus Motor's page asks for two things: the PBO number, without preceding zeros, and the CNIC or NTN number, without dashes. You then tick "Yes, I agree to terms" and submit. No login, phone number or fee is needed.
| Field | Where you find it | How to type it |
|---|---|---|
| PBO Number | Your Provisional Booking Order from the dealer | Drop zeros at the start: 000123 becomes 123 |
| CNIC Number | The CNIC the car was booked on | 13 digits, no dashes |
| NTN Number | For a company booking, the company NTN | Digits only, no dashes |
| Terms box | Below the fields | Tick "Yes, I agree to terms" |
PBO stands for Provisional Booking Order. It is the booking document your dealer issues when you pay, in full or in part. The CNIC must be the one written on that order. If your father or a company booked the car, use their CNIC or NTN, not yours.

How to check your Toyota booking status in five steps
The check takes about a minute on a phone. Keep the booking order next to you, because a single wrong digit returns nothing.
- Open toyota-indus.com/invoicing-status in a browser.
- Type the PBO number from your booking order, without zeros at the start.
- Type the CNIC or NTN of the person or company on the order, without dashes.
- Tick "Yes, I agree to terms".
- Submit and note the delivery month shown.

Take a screenshot each time you check. If the month moves later, you will have a dated record of what the company's own page said, which is useful when you speak to the dealer.
The delivery month is tentative, and Toyota says so in its terms
By using the page you accept that the information is "merely indicative", that the delivery month is "only tentative" and can change under your Provisional Booking Order, and that your details are collected to run the service. The page also carries a legal disclaimer on accuracy.
So treat the month as a forecast. Your rights are set by the terms on your booking order, not by the status page. Read those terms, especially any clause on delivery delay and on refunds if you cancel.
Toyota's own site also shows which models are taking orders. On 24 October 2026 its model menu listed the Prius Hybrid as "Order Intake on Hold", and showed one Corolla Cross entry from Rs 7,235,000 and a second Corolla Cross entry also marked "Order Intake on Hold". The Corolla started from Rs 6,099,000, matching the Corolla 2027 prices by variant.
Book only at a 3S dealer and pay only Indus Motor
Toyota's booking guidance says to book only through a Toyota authorised 3S dealership and to pay by pay order or demand draft in favour of Indus Motor Company Ltd, with your name on it. Never pay cash or a cheque to a person or another company.
The same page warns against unauthorised dealers who promise early delivery for a large premium, the "own money" that buyers know well. If a delivery is more than a month away, Toyota allows a booking against partial payment from as low as Rs 1,500,000. It also points buyers to a vehicle availability search by dealer, model and city.
| Do | Do not |
|---|---|
| Book at a Toyota authorised 3S dealership | Pay "own money" to an agent for early delivery |
| Pay by pay order in favour of Indus Motor Company Ltd | Give cash or a cheque to any person |
| Make sure your name is on the pay order | Accept a booking without a PBO number |
| Check availability on Toyota's own page | Rely on a salesman's verbal delivery date |

Buyers under the scheme for disabled persons need an authorisation letter from the Ministry of Commerce, according to the same page. Once the car is delivered, registration is the next cost, set out by province in the new car registration fee for Punjab.
When the status page shows nothing or the date keeps moving
An empty result usually means a typing problem: leading zeros left in the PBO, dashes in the CNIC, or the wrong person's CNIC. Check all three. If it still fails, ask the dealer to confirm the PBO number on their system.
If the month keeps slipping, call Toyota's Customer Assistance Centre on 0800-11123, which is toll free, or the UAN 111-86-96-82 (111-TOYOTA). You can also email customer.relations@toyota-indus.com with your PBO number, CNIC and screenshots. Keep the exchange in writing where you can, and if your money is held well past the terms of your order, the written record is what a consumer court complaint rests on.
Common questions
What is a PBO number for a Toyota car?
It is the number on your Provisional Booking Order, the booking document the dealer gives you when you pay for the car.
Why does Toyota's status page say my record is not found?
The most common reasons are leading zeros in the PBO, dashes in the CNIC, or using a CNIC other than the one on the booking order.
Is the delivery month on the page guaranteed?
No. Toyota's terms say the month is only tentative and can change under your booking order.
Can I check a company's Toyota booking?
Yes. Enter the company's NTN without dashes in place of a CNIC, with the PBO number.
What is Toyota's complaint number?
The Customer Assistance Centre is toll free on 0800-11123. The UAN is 111-86-96-82.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Indus Motor's Invoicing Status page, its booking process page, the customer relations page and the vehicle availability page on 24 October 2026. We did not run a search with a real PBO number, because we do not hold one, so we cannot show what a result page looks like.
