The Ufone codes most people need are *124# for balance, *706# for remaining MBs and minutes, *123*card number# to load a scratch card and *828*number*amount# to share balance. Below are more than 30 Ufone dial codes and SMS short codes, each checked on Ufone's own pages: account codes, call and SMS services, roaming, international calls and internet packages, plus the one code people often dial by mistake.

We read every code on Ufone's website on 25 October 2026, starting from its complaint page, which lists the basic checks, and its offer pages. Where a code was not on a Ufone page we could open, we say so rather than guess.

Ufone account codes: balance, MBs, recharge and 4G check

Five codes cover daily account tasks on a Ufone prepaid SIM. *124# shows balance and account expiry, *706# shows remaining data and minutes, and *4# checks whether your SIM supports 4G. Ufone lists all three on its complaint page.

TaskCodeNotes from Ufone
Check balance*124#Also shows if a prepaid account has expired
Remaining MBs, minutes, SMS*706#Also checks bundle and roaming data
Check 4G SIM*4#Run it in a 4G coverage area
Load a scratch card (prepaid)*123*card number#Free, also works on roaming
Load a card (postpaid)*125#, then *126*card number#*125# activates the service first, free
Share balance*828*number*amount#Rs 10 to Rs 600, Rs 4.78 per transfer

Balance sharing has a condition many people miss. Ufone says only customers who have used more than Rs 150 of balance on their number can send balance. For an emergency loan instead, see UAdvance emergency balance, which carries a 30 per cent fee.

Ufone service codes: call block, missed calls and Wi-Fi calling

Ufone's add-on services use a mix of dial codes and SMS short codes. Most carry a daily charge and renew until you stop them. These are the ones with codes printed on Ufone's pages, with the price Ufone lists.

ServiceStartStopPrice (prepaid)
UBlock (block calls and SMS)*420#*420#Rs 2.0 incl. tax a day
Missed Call NotificationSMS Sub to 180SMS Unsub to 180Rs 3.20 incl. tax a day
UNotifications*3031# or SMS Sub to 3030SMS Unsub to 3030Rs 1.20 incl. tax a day
U-BudgetSMS SUB to 5656See Ufone's pageRs 2.99 + tax a week
Wi-Fi calling (VoWiFi)*9921#*9922#Not stated

Daily charges add up. Rs 3.20 a day for missed call alerts is about Rs 96 a month. If you see deductions you do not recognise, the Ufone unsubscribe codes stop most services, and the Ufone Wi-Fi calling code covers which phones support VoWiFi.

Ufone roaming and international call codes

For travel, *506# is the main Ufone roaming code: it opens the bucket menu and turns on data roaming. For calls abroad from Pakistan, *2244#, *226# and *2288# switch on Ufone's international offers. Each is prepaid only.

  • *506#: roaming buckets and data roaming, from Pakistan or abroad. Postpaid users first need roaming switched on, as set out in activating international roaming.
  • *5061*number#: gift a Saudi or UAE roaming data bucket to another Ufone number.
  • SMS to 766 / 765: turn SMS roaming on or off. Each SMS costs Rs 1.79 incl. tax.
  • *2244#: IDD minute bundles, from *2244*1# (4 minutes, Rs 7 + tax) to *2244*4# (120 minutes, Rs 120 + tax).
  • *226#: Saudi, UAE, Gulf, India and Bangladesh rates for the day, Rs 2.99 + tax.
  • *2288# / *2299#: start or stop the 1 paisa a second offer to the USA, Canada and UK landlines.
  • 22 before the number: the Aadha Ghanta Offer, up to 30 minutes to the USA or Canada for Rs 12.5 + tax.

Ufone internet package codes from Ufone's offer page

Ufone's internet offers page prints a dial code for most bundles. Weekly Power Prime is *7777#, Social Grand *9876# and Mega Internet *550#. Ufone also lists *976# as the subscription menu for its weekly power bundles.

Monthly bundles and Super Cards have their own codes, listed with prices under Ufone daily, weekly and monthly packages.

*2256# is printed as the Daily Light subscribe code

Many people search for "2256" as a Ufone unsubscribe code. On Ufone's internet offers page, *2256# is printed as the dial code for Daily Light, a Rs 16.52 daily bundle, beside its Subscribe button. Ufone's page does not say it also stops the bundle.

So read the reply before you confirm anything. If the menu offers to subscribe you to Daily Light, cancel. To stop a package, use the method Ufone gives for that service, or the unsubscribe codes linked above. If you cannot stop a deduction, call 333 and ask for the active services on your number to be read out.

How to use a Ufone code safely

Dial the code from the Ufone SIM it applies to, read the reply before you press send, and keep the confirmation SMS. Check the price line in the reply: Ufone's packages show either a tax-inclusive price or a load amount, which are not the same.

  1. Dial the code from the right SIM in a dual SIM phone.
  2. Read the menu or confirmation text in full.
  3. Confirm only if the price matches what you expected.
  4. Keep the SMS Ufone sends after activation.
  5. Dial *706# or *124# to confirm the change.

Never share a code reply, an OTP or a balance transfer request with someone who calls you claiming to be from Ufone. Ufone's agents do not need you to dial a transfer code for them.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 25 October 2026. We read Ufone's complaint page, roaming FAQ, UShare, UBlock, Missed Call Notification, UNotifications, U-Budget, VoWiFi, internet offers, IDD offer pages, roaming pages and gift bucket page at ufone.com on 25 October 2026. Every code and price comes from those pages. We could not find codes for UAdvance, own number check or a general unsubscribe on the pages we opened, and U-Budget's stop method was not printed, so we do not list them. We did not dial the codes.
