vivo has opened a pre-launch page for the vivo V80 in Pakistan, and it confirms a 7,200 mAh battery, 90W charging, a 6.59-inch 144 Hz screen and three 50 MP ZEISS cameras, including a 3x telephoto. The price is not announced yet. vivo's Pakistan store did not list the V80 when we checked it on 4 November 2026, so any price you see in a shop or online right now is a guess.

The page went live with vivo's Pakistan campaign on 3 November 2026, when the company named singer Atif Aslam as the face of the V80 again. Below is everything vivo's own Pakistan page says, what it leaves out, and what the current V70 prices tell you about where the V80 may land.

vivo has confirmed the V80 specifications for Pakistan, not the price

The vivo V80 pre-launch page on vivo.com/pk lists the screen, battery, charging and cameras in detail. It does not give a price, a launch date, a chipset name, RAM and storage options, or an IP rating. We read the page on 4 November 2026.

The 7,200 mAh battery and 90W charging are the big changes

A 7,200 mAh battery is large for a thin camera phone. vivo claims 12 hours of navigation and 39.5 hours of local video playback, both lab numbers. Real use on 4G in a Pakistani summer, with the screen bright, will be lower.

The 90W charger matters as much as the cell. vivo says the V80 goes from empty to 50 per cent in 30 minutes. That means a short top-up before load shedding gives you most of a day. Check that the 90W charger is in the box when you buy. vivo's page does not say either way.

For comparison, vivo's current Pakistan store lists the Y500 with an 8,100 mAh battery and the X300 FE with 6,500 mAh. The V80 sits between them on battery but well above the Y500 on cameras.

Three 50 MP ZEISS cameras, and a real 3x telephoto

The camera section is the reason the V series sells. The V80 page lists a 50 MP main camera on a Sony LYTIA 700V sensor with OIS, which means optical image stabilisation, a small motor that steadies the lens against hand shake. The telephoto is also 50 MP, on a Sony IMX882 sensor, with 3x optical zoom and OIS.

Optical zoom is the useful number. 3x is clean. The 100x figure on the page is digital zoom, which crops the picture and loses detail. The front camera is 50 MP with autofocus and a 92 degree view, wide enough for a group selfie.

The ultra-wide camera is named on the page but its megapixels are not. We will add it when vivo prints it.

The V80 price is not out yet, and the V70 shows the likely range

vivo has not published a V80 price for Pakistan. We do not guess one. What we can show is the price of the phone it replaces, read on vivo's Pakistan store on 4 November 2026.

The V70 prices are context, not a forecast. Component prices and the rupee move, and vivo can price the V80 above or below the V70. Wait for the store listing before you pay a booking amount to anyone.

A separate model, the V80 Lite 5G, already has its own page on vivo.com/pk with a 7,050 mAh battery, 44W charging and a Dimensity 7360-Turbo chip. It has no price on the page either. Do not confuse the two in a shop.

How to buy the vivo V80 safely when it lands

Early stock is where fake listings and grey imports appear. A grey import is a phone brought in outside the official channel, often without PTA approval. Follow these steps.

  1. Wait for the price on vivo's Pakistan store at shop.vivo.com/pk, and use it as your reference.
  2. Buy from vivo's store or an authorised retailer, and ask for the official vivo warranty card.
  3. Dial *#06# and match both IMEI numbers with the box.
  4. Send the IMEI by SMS to 8484 or use the DVS app to confirm PTA status.
  5. Check that the 90W charger is in the box and take a stamped invoice with the IMEI on it.

The PTA check is explained step by step in checking a phone's PTA status with the DVS app. If you want to pay monthly, the bank and operator plans are compared in phone instalment plans in Pakistan.

Six years of security updates, with a catch in the wording

vivo promises six years of extended security updates for the V80. The catch is the start date. vivo counts the six years from the phone's first global launch, not from the day you buy it in Pakistan. If the Pakistan launch comes months after the global one, you get less than six years.

Security updates are not the same as Android version upgrades. The page does not say how many Android upgrades the V80 will get. Why update support matters for banking apps is covered in how long each brand updates its phones.

vivo's Pakistan support lines on the same page are the toll-free 0800-00111, WhatsApp and service@pk.vivo.com, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday, except public holidays.
