Zong Advance Code: Rs 15 or Rs 30 Loan Balance, the Fee, Repayment and the Emergency Pack (2026)
Zong's advance code *911# lends Rs 15, or Rs 30 to Super customers, twice per recharge. See the fee, how repayment works and when the Emergency Pack is better.

The Zong advance code is *911#: dial it and Zong lends you Rs 15, or Rs 30 if you recharged at least Rs 650 in the last three months. You can dial it a second time for one more loan, and Zong takes the loan plus a service fee of Rs 4.50 or Rs 8 plus tax from your next recharge. Below are both loan levels, the real cost in percent, the SMS route, why a new SIM gets nothing, and Zong's Emergency Pack for when the advance is not enough.
We read Zong's Super Advance Loan page and its Emergency Pack page on zong.com.pk on 24 October 2026. The amounts and fees below are Zong's own; the percentages are our arithmetic.
Zong advance code *911# gives Rs 15 or Rs 30 per loan
Dial *911# from your Zong prepaid SIM. A standard customer gets Rs 15 per loan, and a Super Advance customer gets Rs 30. Each customer can take two loans per recharge, so the most you can borrow is Rs 30 or Rs 60.
| Customer type | Who qualifies | Per loan | Most per recharge | Fee per loan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Recharged less than Rs 650 in the last 3 months | Rs 15 | Rs 30 (two loans) | Rs 4.50 plus tax |
| Super Advance | Recharged Rs 650 or more in the last 3 months | Rs 30 | Rs 60 (two loans) | Rs 8 plus tax |
Zong words the Super rule two ways on the same page: "recharge PKR 650 in last 3 months" and "monthly recharge amount of greater than Rs. 650 in last 3 months". The safe reading is a total of Rs 650 over three months, but if you are close to the line, expect the smaller Rs 15 loan.

Take a Zong advance by code or by SMS in four steps
Dial *911#, or send a blank SMS to 6911. For a second loan, repeat the same step after the first loan balance arrives. Super Advance customers must activate each of the two loans separately.
- Check that the SIM is prepaid and at least 30 days old. Zong does not give an advance to a new SIM for its first 30 days.
- Dial *911#, or send an empty SMS to 6911.
- Wait for the loan balance message before you try again.
- For a second loan, dial *911# or send the blank SMS to 6911 once more.
Zong also lists IVR and the My Zong App as channels for the Super loans, without giving the menu path. The code is the simplest route, and it works with no balance at all.
A Zong advance costs about 27 to 36 percent of what you borrow
The standard fee is Rs 4.50 on a Rs 15 loan, which is 30 percent before tax. The Super fee is Rs 8 on Rs 30, about 27 percent. Zong adds tax on the fee but does not say at what rate.
If the sales tax of 19.5 percent that Zong prints on its usage pages applies to the fee, the standard fee becomes about Rs 5.38, or roughly 36 percent of the loan. That is our arithmetic, not a Zong figure. Either way, it is an expensive way to buy a few minutes of talk time.
| What you take | Loan | Fee before tax | Deducted at next recharge (before tax) |
|---|---|---|---|
| One standard loan | Rs 15 | Rs 4.50 | Rs 19.50 |
| Two standard loans | Rs 30 | Rs 9 | Rs 39 |
| One Super loan | Rs 30 | Rs 8 | Rs 38 |
| Two Super loans | Rs 60 | Rs 16 | Rs 76 |
Ufone's equivalent charges about the same share; we compared it in Ufone UAdvance. For a side by side of all three networks, see the advance balance codes for Jazz, Zong and Ufone.

Zong takes the loan back from your next recharge, and can go further
When you recharge, Zong deducts the loan and its fee from your main balance without asking. The minimum recharge to clear an advance is Rs 80. Zong can also take back an unused loan after 30 days.
One line on Zong's page deserves a careful read. If a loan stays unpaid, Zong says it can recover the amount and fee "from the said SIM or other related SIMs registered on the same CNIC" without further notice. So an old Zong advance on one SIM can come out of another Zong SIM in your name.
- Recharge at least Rs 80 when you next top up, so the deduction does not leave you at zero again.
- Do not borrow on a SIM you plan to stop using. The debt can follow you to your other Zong numbers.
- Prepaid only. Postpaid Zong numbers cannot take an advance.
Zong Emergency Pack is the other option when balance runs out
Zong's Emergency Pack on *2445# gives reserve local calls, missed call alerts, short SMS and some data when you have no balance. It renews every week by itself, and Zong prints two different weekly charges for it.
The page's charges line says Rs 10 a week. The FAQ on the same page says Rs 7 plus tax a week. The resources stay valid for 30 days even though the charge is weekly. Even without subscribing, Zong says every prepaid customer gets one free connected call of 60 seconds, two missed calls and two SMS through *2445#.
- Turn it on: dial *2445#. Zong also lists Easypaisa under Mobile Package, then Zong, then Zong Emergency Pack.
- Use it: dial *2445# and choose call, missed call, SMS or data. Free SMS must stay within 50 characters.
- Check what is left: data on *102#, everything else in the *2445# menu.
- Turn it off: dial *2445# and press 5.
- Limits: local numbers only, including landlines. No international calls.
If you only need someone to call you back, Zong Yaari Call and the other zero balance options may be enough. And if a relative can send you balance directly, sharing Zong balance avoids the loan fee.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Zong's Super Advance Loan page and its Emergency Pack page on 24 October 2026. Zong's advance page prints an advance income tax rate of 12.5 percent on recharges, while its other offer pages print 15 percent; we could not tell which is current. The Emergency Pack page gives both Rs 10 and Rs 7 plus tax as the weekly charge. We did not take a loan or dial any code, so we could not confirm the tax charged on the fee or the exact deduction on a real recharge.
