Zong Internet SIM Packages: Every Bundle, Price and the *6666# Code (2026 List)

Zong Internet SIM packages start at Rs 350 for 8 GB a week and go up to Rs 2,600 for 160 GB a month, and you subscribe by dialling *6666# from the internet SIM itself. The SIM costs Rs 100, works in a spare slot of a dual SIM phone, a tablet or an open market Wi-Fi device, and Zong says you can buy one even if five SIMs already sit on your CNIC.

Below is every internet SIM bundle on zong.com.pk with its price, the cost per GB, the night and day time windows that hide inside some of them, and the rules on auto renewal. We read Zong's pages on 31 October 2026. Prices are Zong's "consumer price", which includes tax.

Zong lists ten internet SIM bundles from Rs 350 to Rs 23,000

The internet SIM page lists two weekly bundles, five monthly bundles and three long bundles of 3, 6 and 12 months. Several monthly bundles include a share of data that only works at night or in the morning, which lowers their real value.

The listing does not make clear whether the 105 GB in the 6 and 12 month bundles is per month or for the whole period. The matching Zong device bundles are named "105 GB a month". Ask the retailer to confirm before you pay Rs 12,500.

The 160 GB and 25 GB bundles give the cheapest GB

Divide the price by the data and two bundles stand out. The 160 GB monthly bundle costs about Rs 16 a GB. The 25 GB weekly bundle costs Rs 18 a GB. The small 5 GB monthly bundle is the dearest at Rs 80 a GB.

These are our own sums from Zong's prices. The 65 GB bundle looks dearer per GB, but every GB works at any hour. If you work in the evening, the 40 GB bundle's night data will not help you much, and the 65 GB bundle can be the better buy.

Buy the SIM at a Zong centre and subscribe with *6666#

Zong says you buy the internet SIM at a customer service centre, franchise or retailer, and it is activated with a bundle at the time of purchase. The SIM itself costs Rs 100. Later bundles are bought by dialling *6666# from the internet SIM.

1. Take your original CNIC to a Zong centre, franchise or retailer. Biometric checks apply, as for any SIM.
2. Pay Rs 100 for the SIM plus the price of the first bundle.
3. Put the SIM in the 3G, 4G or 5G slot of your phone, or in a tablet or open market Wi-Fi device.
4. When the bundle ends, recharge the SIM and dial *6666# from it to choose the next bundle.
5. Check your MBs with *102#, which Zong says costs 10 paisa plus tax per check.

Zong says the internet SIM is a 5G SIM by default. On a 5G phone in a 5G area you get 5G speeds; elsewhere it falls back to 4G, 3G or 2G. The list of Zong 5G supported phones shows which handsets qualify.

Bundles renew on their own if there is balance

Zong's FAQ says internet SIM bundles renew automatically if you have enough balance, and auto renewal can happen within 90 days of the last bundle ending. After the data runs out, Zong charges Rs 0.15 per MB plus tax until the bundle ends.

So do not leave a large balance on the SIM unless you want the same bundle again. You can hold more than one bundle at once, but Zong says two bundles of the same validity cannot sit together. A newer one cancels the older one.

Zong also lists a Good Night add-on that gives 1 GB every night from 1 am to 9 am for the rest of your base bundle's days. You need a base bundle first. An older table on Zong's page prices it at Rs 220, but the current listing does not show a price, so check it on *6666#.

The internet SIM does not work in Zong's own Wi-Fi devices

This is the rule that catches people out. Zong says the internet SIM works in dual SIM phones, iPads, tablets and open market Wi-Fi devices and wingles, but it cannot be used in Zong's own MBB devices. Those devices have their own bundles.

If you have a Zong device, look at the Zong MBB device packages instead. If you want home internet, compare with Zong Z HomeFi. For settings on a phone, the APN for Zong is zonginternet.

Zong's own pages carry two price tables. An older table on the usage page lists bundles such as 35 GB for Rs 1,875 and 175 GB for Rs 3,300 that are missing from the current listing. We used the current listing for the main table. A shop may still offer an older bundle; the price on *6666# is the one that applies.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 31 October 2026. We read Zong's internet SIM page, its internet SIM usage page and the internet SIM bundles in Zong's online shop on zong.com.pk on 31 October 2026. Cost per GB is our arithmetic. We did not buy a SIM or dial *6666#, so we could not confirm the current Good Night add-on price or whether the 105 GB long bundles mean 105 GB a month.
