Zong Saudi Arabia Call Bundles in Pakistan: Rs 300 for 15 Minutes on *6966#
Zong's Saudi call bundles start at Rs 300 plus tax for 15 minutes. Compare the all-operator *6966# bundles with the Mobily *6911# bundles and cost per minute.

To call Saudi Arabia from a Zong SIM in Pakistan, dial *6966# for the all-operator bundles from Rs 300 for 15 minutes, or *6911# for the Mobily-only bundles. Mobily-only gives more minutes per rupee, but the minutes work on Mobily numbers only. Every Zong price below is before tax.
Many families here talk to a husband, son or brother in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam every week. Standard international rates add up fast, so a bundle matters. We read Zong's Saudi Arabia pages on 14 October 2026, and the numbers below come from Zong's Saudi Arabia IDD bundles page and its Mobily bundles page.
Zong sells two kinds of Saudi bundle: all operators and Mobily only
The all-operator bundles work on any Saudi network and are bought with *6966#. The Mobily bundles work on Mobily numbers only and are bought with *6911#. Check which network your relative uses before you choose, because the wrong choice wastes the minutes.
| Bundle | Price (+ tax) | Minutes | Validity | Works on |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Rs 300 | 15 | 7 days | All Saudi operators |
| Fortnightly | Rs 550 | 30 | 15 days | All Saudi operators |
| Monthly | Rs 1,500 | 75 | 30 days | All Saudi operators |
Zong lists the same three prices for prepaid and postpaid SIMs. The weekly and fortnightly names come with validity of 7 and 15 days on the postpaid side of the page. The page says the offer is for Saudi Arabia, all operators, and is not valid for roaming subscribers.

Mobily-only bundles give more minutes per rupee
Zong lists four Mobily bundles: Rs 300 for 15 minutes, Rs 700 for 40 minutes, Rs 1,200 for 90 minutes and Rs 2,400 for 200 minutes. All prices are plus tax. The two weekly bundles are for prepaid, and the monthly ones are for prepaid and postpaid.
| Mobily bundle | Price (+ tax) | Minutes | Cost per minute |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Rs 300 | 15 | Rs 20 |
| Weekly | Rs 700 | 40 | Rs 17.50 |
| Monthly | Rs 1,200 | 90 | Rs 13.33 |
| Monthly | Rs 2,400 | 200 | Rs 12 |
The cost per minute is our own arithmetic: price divided by minutes, before tax. Compare it with the all-operator monthly bundle at Rs 1,500 for 75 minutes, which is Rs 20 a minute. So the Mobily Rs 1,200 bundle is cheaper and gives 15 more minutes, but only if the person you call has a Mobily number.
Zong's terms say that if the dialled number is on any other network, the bundle minutes are not used and standard rates apply. Ask your relative to confirm the network, or the name of the SIM company on the card.

How to subscribe and how to stop a Saudi bundle
For the all-operator bundles, Zong lists *6966# or an MML subscription, and *139# to unsubscribe. For the Mobily bundles, one code, *6911#, is used both to subscribe and to unsubscribe.
- Decide whether your relative uses Mobily or another Saudi network.
- Pick the bundle that fits your calls per week or month.
- Dial *6966# for all operators, or *6911# for Mobily only.
- Read the reply to confirm the price and the minutes.
- Keep the confirmation message in case of a dispute.
Zong also says you cannot buy the same Mobily bundle again while it is still valid. Another Mobily bundle can be added. If you activate another IDD voice bundle, the remaining minutes of the first are not added to the new one. So finish a bundle before you switch.

This is not a roaming bundle
The Saudi bundles are for calls from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. Zong says the all-operator offer is not valid for roaming subscribers. If you or a pilgrim are travelling in Saudi Arabia, a roaming bundle is the right product.
For that case, read the Saudi roaming bundles for Umrah instead. After the bundle minutes finish, standard charges apply, and Zong does not carry forward unused minutes.
If you want to know what is left, the guide to check remaining Zong MBs, minutes and SMS shows the codes. When a bundle ends and you no longer need it, the steps to unsubscribe from Zong packages list the other stop codes.
Calling Saudi Arabia: other choices and one warning
Internet calling apps work well when both sides have mobile data. They need no bundle. If your relative has a data connection, the app costs only your data. For calls to a landline or to someone without data, a Zong bundle is the practical option.
The warning is about tax. Zong shows prices as "+Tax", so the amount taken from your balance will be higher than the list price. Zong's pages state advance income tax of 15 per cent on recharge and sales tax of 19.5 per cent on usage. Read the amount on your phone before you confirm, and compare it with the line on Zong's page.
