On 5 November 2026, we counted the sale items at 9 Pakistani clothing and shoe brands on their own websites. The deepest typical cut was 50 per cent at Gul Ahmed, J. and Edenrobe. Bonanza Satrangi and Stylo call theirs an 11.11 sale, and Stylo's ends on 11 November. Maria B's typical cut was only 15 per cent. Bonanza and Alkaram say sale items cannot be exchanged. We counted the sale items and their real discounts on each brand's site.

A banner that says "up to 70% off" tells you very little. What matters is the cut on the pieces you actually want. So we read each brand's sale section and worked out the discount on every item from the old and new price. Nobody paid us to name any brand, and we did not buy anything.

Daraz has a separate 11.11 event with its own dates, covered in our Daraz 11.11 sale guide. For White Friday dates, see our White Friday 2026 guide.

The cheapest sale suits we found

The cheapest 3 piece suits on sale on 5 November were a stitched linen 3 piece at J. for Rs 1,695, a printed cambric 3 piece at Limelight for Rs 1,999, and a Bonanza Satrangi 3 piece at Rs 2,793. For warm khaddar, Limelight, Gul Ahmed and Bonanza had 3 piece suits from Rs 2,729 to Rs 3,995.

  • J.: digital printed linen 3 piece stitched at Rs 1,695 (was Rs 3,390). Printed khaddar 3 piece stitched at Rs 4,245 (was Rs 8,490).
  • Limelight: printed cambric 3 piece unstitched at Rs 1,999 (was Rs 3,499). Printed khaddar 3 piece unstitched at Rs 2,729 (was Rs 3,899).
  • Gul Ahmed: printed lawn 3 piece at Rs 2,874 (was Rs 4,790). Printed khaddar 3 piece at Rs 3,290 (was Rs 4,790).
  • Bonanza Satrangi: 3 piece unstitched at Rs 2,793 (was Rs 3,990). Cream khaddar 3 piece ready to wear at Rs 3,995 (was Rs 7,990).
  • Alkaram: stitched printed dobby 3 piece at Rs 3,995 (was Rs 7,990).
  • Stylo: 2 piece embroidered khaddar unstitched at Rs 2,210 (was Rs 2,800).

Many of these are last season's prints or summer lawn. That is fine if you want a warm, plain suit and do not mind last year's design. For the newest winter prints, our winter collection price guide has full prices at 11 brands.

Sale items you cannot exchange

Bonanza Satrangi's site says "No Return or Exchange on Sale Items". Alkaram says only non-sale items can be exchanged, within 15 days of delivery. Stylo does not exchange its Online Exclusive items at all and only gives a coupon on return. Check the rule before you add a sale item to your cart.

A sale price is only a saving if the size fits. If a brand will not exchange sale items, a wrong size is money lost. Measure yourself first with our kameez size chart, and read the brand's own policy page. Our exchange policy list has the days for each brand.

How to tell a real sale price from a banner

Look at the old price next to the new one on the product page and work out the cut yourself. A banner of "up to 70%" may cover only a few items. At Stylo, for example, most items were 21 per cent off while the banner said 51 per cent.

  1. Screenshot prices now. Save the price of the pieces you like this week. If the "old price" goes up before White Friday, you will know.
  2. Work out the real cut. Divide the sale price by the old price. Rs 3,290 out of Rs 4,790 is about 31 per cent off, not 50.
  3. Compare the same piece count. A 2 piece without a dupatta is not the same as a 3 piece.
  4. Check the season. Read the product code or title. W25 or Summer means older stock.
  5. Check delivery charges. Stylo's sale delivery is a flat Rs 99. Other brands differ.
  6. Type the brand's address yourself. Do not buy from a sale link in a message or a lookalike page.

Buy now or wait for White Friday

Buy now if you need the outfit for a wedding in the next few weeks, or if the piece you want is already at 40 to 50 per cent off. Wait for White Friday on 27 November only if the piece is at full price and you can risk your size selling out.

Popular sizes go first. A medium khaddar suit at 50 per cent off today may be gone by the end of the month. On the other hand, new winter prints at J. and Nishat Linen were still at full price on 5 November. Those are the pieces most likely to see a first cut later in the month.

For shoes, Borjan's sale was the broadest we saw, with 1,685 items and most at 30 to 50 per cent off. Stylo's 11.11 sale ends on 11 November, so do not wait on those.
