Winter collection 2026 is live at all 11 Pakistani clothing brands we checked on 4 November 2026. Unstitched 3 piece khaddar starts at Rs 2,990 at full price (Bonanza Satrangi), or Rs 2,799 on sale at Limelight. Gul Ahmed and Edenrobe sit near Rs 3,300. Limelight, Alkaram, Gul Ahmed and Outfitters already show sale prices on some winter pieces. Every price below comes from the brand's own website on that date.

Winter shopping starts before the cold does. Most brands have been adding winter pieces since September, and several were still adding new ones on 2 and 3 November. The question for most of us is not "is it out yet", it is "where does my money go furthest". This guide answers that, brand by brand, with a budget pick for each.

If you want to know when real cold reaches your city, our winter 2026 weather outlook has the province by province picture.

Which brands have launched their winter 2026 collection

All 11 brands we checked had a winter 2026 range on their websites on 4 November. Khaadi lists a Winter Collection marked New, Sapphire shows Fall Winter '26, J. calls its range Winter Tales and Gul Ahmed calls its range the Winter Edit. None of them publishes an official launch date.

Brands do not announce a single launch day any more. They release winter in small drops, a few dozen pieces at a time, from late summer onwards. Bonanza Satrangi tags its own listings with drop dates, and its latest winter tags read 2 November 2026. J.'s new men's sweaters and Nishat Linen's women's shawls were also added to their sites on 2 and 3 November.

So if your favourite print is not there yet, it may still come. Check the "New In" page of the brand once a week rather than waiting for one big launch.

On 4 November 2026, the cheapest winter suits sat at Bonanza Satrangi, Gul Ahmed, Edenrobe and Limelight, all near Rs 3,000 for 3 piece unstitched khaddar. J. and Sapphire sit in the middle, and Khaadi tailored sets and Maria B formals cost the most.

Brands already showing winter sale prices

On 4 November, Limelight showed a cut price on almost every item in our sample, mostly 30 per cent. Alkaram, Gul Ahmed and Bonanza Satrangi also showed reduced prices on many pieces, and Outfitters ran a "Flat 50% and 30% Off" banner. J. and Nishat Linen showed full prices on new winter.

Bonanza Satrangi's home page carried an 11.11 Sale banner. Most reduced pieces are last season's stock or summer leftovers, not the newest winter prints. That is still good news if you only want a warm khaddar suit and do not mind last year's design.

Read the old price next to the new one before you get excited. A "was" price is the brand's own claim. If a sale looks too good on a lookalike site, use our checklist to check an online store for scams before you pay. Daraz runs its own event too; our Daraz 11.11 sale guide has the dates.

How to buy from the winter collection without overspending

Decide the fabric first, then set a budget per suit, then compare the same fabric across three brands. Buy unstitched if you have a tailor you trust, and wait for the sale on anything that is not urgent.

  1. Pick the fabric for your city. Khaddar is enough for Karachi and most of Sindh. Lahore and Islamabad nights need karandi, marina or a shawl over khaddar.
  2. Set a per suit budget. Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 buys a 3 piece printed khaddar at four brands. Rs 10,000 and up buys embroidery or velvet.
  3. Compare like with like. A 2 piece without a dupatta is not the same as a 3 piece. Read the piece count and the fabric line on each product page.
  4. Check the exchange window. Sale items often cannot be exchanged. Read the policy before you add to cart.
  5. Keep the receipt and order number. You will need them for any size or colour problem.

Unstitched or ready to wear this winter

Unstitched is usually cheaper and fits better if your tailor is good, but tailors are busy in wedding season. Ready to wear costs more but is ready the same day. Pick ready to wear if you need the outfit within two weeks.

Tailoring prices are not on any brand's site, and they vary a lot by city and by design. Ask your tailor for the stitching charge before you buy, and add it to the fabric price. Only then compare with a ready to wear set.

Ready to wear shines for co-ord sets and western pieces like sweaters and coats. Unstitched shines for shalwar kameez, where you choose your own cut.

Our budget picks from the winter 2026 collections

For under Rs 3,500, the best value 3 piece khaddar suits on 4 November were at Bonanza Satrangi, Limelight on sale, Gul Ahmed and Edenrobe. For a warmer fabric under Rs 6,000, Alkaram's karandi on sale stood out.

We did not wear or wash any of these suits, so these picks are about price and fabric only, not quality. Nobody paid us to mention any brand. If you can, touch the fabric in a store before buying online, because "khaddar" covers everything from thin to thick.

For a warm and smart look on a small budget, pair a plain khaddar suit with a good shawl. One shawl can lift three or four suits through the season.

Common questions

When does the winter collection 2026 launch in Pakistan?

It has already launched. All 11 brands we checked had winter 2026 pieces online on 4 November 2026. Brands release in small drops and do not publish one launch date.

Which brand has the cheapest winter suits in 2026?

On 4 November, the lowest 3 piece unstitched khaddar prices we found were Rs 2,799 at Limelight on sale, Rs 2,990 at Bonanza Satrangi, Rs 3,290 at Gul Ahmed and Rs 3,300 at Edenrobe.

Is the winter sale already on?

Partly. Limelight, Alkaram, Gul Ahmed, Bonanza Satrangi and Outfitters showed reduced prices on 4 November, but mostly on older stock. New winter prints at J. and Nishat Linen were at full price.

Are prices the same in stores and online?

Usually, but not always. Some sales run online only. Ask the store, or check the price on the brand's own website on the day you buy.

Should I buy khaddar or karandi for Lahore?

Khaddar is fine for days. For December and January nights in Lahore, karandi or khaddar with a warm shawl keeps you more comfortable.

Can I exchange a sale item?

It depends on the brand. Many brands limit exchanges on sale items. Read the policy on the brand's site before you pay.
