4G Internet Device Packages in Pakistan: Zong, Ufone and Jazz Prices

A 4G internet device in Pakistan costs Rs 5,500 for Ufone's Blaze or Rs 7,000 for Zong's discounted device, and a month of about 200 GB costs Rs 2,749 to Rs 3,000. Jazz did not list a device on its own site on 29 September 2026, only its Data SIM bundles. The cheapest big monthly plan we found was Ufone's 120 GB for Rs 2,499.

These devices go by many names: MBB (mobile broadband), MiFi, pocket Wi-Fi or "device internet". They all do the same job. A small battery box takes a data-only SIM and shares 4G internet over Wi-Fi with your phone, laptop or TV. We read every price below on each operator's own website on 29 September 2026.

4G device prices from Zong, Ufone and Jazz

Ufone sells its Blaze device for Rs 5,500. Zong lists its device at Rs 7,000, cut from Rs 8,300, with a first 65 GB bundle for Rs 700. Jazz showed no device for sale on its site when we checked.

Jazz's "Wifi Devices" link in its own site footer led to a page-not-found error on 29 September 2026. Its online store listed phones only. That does not prove Jazz has stopped selling devices in shops. It means we could not read a Jazz device price at source, so we do not give one.

Zong 4G device monthly packages

Zong's online shop lists MBB bundles from Rs 2,500 for 65 GB to Rs 3,300 for 200 GB a month, with longer plans up to 12 months for Rs 23,000. It says all prices include tax.

Two things look odd, and we will say so. The Rs 3,300 "200 GB" plan gives less daytime data than the Rs 3,000 one, so pick the Rs 3,000 plan. And Zong's separate "Activate MBB Plans" page shows slightly different figures, such as 100 GB a month on the 6 month plan and Rs 440 for the add-on. We used the online shop page, where you actually pay.

Zong also lists comeback offers for devices unused for 60 days or more: Rs 1,000 for one month, Rs 1,500 for two months and Rs 2,100 for three months, at 35 GB a month.

Ufone Blaze monthly packages

Ufone's Blaze bundles are 120 GB for Rs 2,499, 200 GB for Rs 2,749 and 300 GB for Rs 2,999 a month. Half of each is night and morning data, from 1 am to 1 pm.

On paper Ufone gives the most data for the money. The catch is the time window. If you work in the evening, only half of each bundle is yours at that hour. The 1 am to 1 pm half suits students with morning classes and anyone who downloads overnight.

Jazz Data SIM bundles

Jazz lists bundles for its Data SIM, a data-only SIM, from Rs 900 for 15 GB to Rs 3,000 for 180 GB a month. Dial *444# on the Data SIM for the menu. Prices below are the recharge you need.

Jazz's page does not say which devices it sells the Data SIM with. We could not confirm that on Jazz's site, so check at a Jazz franchise before you buy a device for it. Jazz says all its Data SIM bundles are once-off and do not renew on their own.

Which 4G device package gives the best value

For about 200 GB a month, Ufone costs Rs 2,749 and Zong Rs 3,000. Jazz's nearest is 180 GB for Rs 3,000. But coverage in your own street matters more than a few hundred rupees.

• Cheapest to start: Ufone. Rs 5,500 for the Blaze plus Rs 1,000 for the first 120 GB is Rs 6,500.
• Most all-day data: Zong's Rs 3,000 plan, 200 GB with no time window stated.
• Best for night users: Ufone's 300 GB for Rs 2,999, if half your use is before 1 pm.

A device is only as good as the signal where you sit. Ask a neighbour on the same network, or run an internet speed check on a phone SIM from that operator at home first. PTA's own quality survey for April to June 2026 found the weakest results in mobile broadband, not in calls or SMS.

Operators also advertise 5G coverage in more cities now, and 5G packages from Jazz, Zong and Ufone are sold separately. Most MBB devices sold today are 4G. Tax works the same way as on a phone, and the tax on mobile internet in Pakistan is set by law.

How to buy a device and subscribe a bundle

Buy the device at the operator's service centre, franchise or retailer with your CNIC. Give a "master number" when you buy. That is your own phone number, used to manage the device's bundles.

1. Take your original CNIC to a Zong or Ufone service centre, franchise or retailer. Ufone's site also has a home delivery form.
2. Give your own mobile number as the master number. Use the same network if you can, because only then can you manage bundles from your phone.
3. Recharge the MBB number printed on the SIM jacket or device box. Keep that jacket.
4. Subscribe a bundle. Zong: dial *6767# from a Zong master number. Ufone: dial *3045# from a Ufone master number, or use the UPaisa, Easypaisa or JazzCash app.
5. Connect to the Wi-Fi name and password printed on the device label.

A plain recharge is not enough. Both Zong and Ufone say the internet will not work until a bundle is subscribed, and neither renews bundles on its own. Zong's device page is 192.168.8.1 in a browser, and Ufone's is 192.168.1.1.

What is the price of the Ufone Blaze device?

Rs 5,500, one time, at Ufone 4G service centres, franchises and retailers. A new customer can then take 120 GB for Rs 1,000 within 90 days.

What is the price of a Zong 4G device?

Zong's site lists Rs 7,000, reduced from Rs 8,300, plus a first 65 GB bundle for Rs 700. That is Rs 7,700 to start.

Does Jazz sell a 4G Wi-Fi device?

Jazz's own site did not show one on 29 September 2026. Its device link returned a page-not-found error. Ask at a Jazz franchise.

Can I put my phone SIM in a 4G device?

Not on Ufone. Its site says a Ufone phone SIM cannot be used in the Blaze. The device comes with its own data SIM, and Zong's works the same way.

Do MBB bundles renew automatically?

No. Zong, Ufone and Jazz all say these bundles are once-off. You must subscribe again after the bundle ends.

How do I check remaining data on a Zong device?

Dial *102# from the MBB number, or open 192.168.8.1 in a browser while connected to the device.
