Allied Bank Schedule of Charges July to December 2026: IBFT, ATM, Debit Card and SMS Fees in Pakistan (Full List)
Allied Bank schedule of charges July to December 2026: IBFT free to Rs 25,000, Rs 35 at other ATMs, debit cards Rs 2,200 to Rs 19,500, SMS Rs 250. Every fee.

Allied Bank's schedule of charges for July to December 2026 keeps transfers to other banks free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then charges 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Cash from another bank's ATM costs Rs 35, debit cards cost Rs 2,200 to Rs 19,500 a year, and counter SMS alerts cost Rs 250 or Rs 425 a month. Raast transfers and account closing are free.
We read Allied Bank's 23 page schedule for conventional banking, effective 1 July to 31 December 2026, and its October addendum on 1 November 2026. Federal excise duty and other government taxes are added on top unless a line says otherwise. Below is every fee an ordinary account holder is likely to pay.
Allied Bank IBFT is free up to Rs 25,000 a month
Allied Bank charges nothing for interbank transfers through myABL or its ATMs until your total for the month passes Rs 25,000 per account. After that each transfer costs 0.1% of the amount or Rs 200, whichever is lower, including FED. Raast transfers are free at any amount.
| Transfer | Allied Bank charge, July to December 2026 |
|---|---|
| IBFT by myABL or ATM, first Rs 25,000 a month | Free |
| IBFT above Rs 25,000 a month | 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower |
| Raast, app or counter | Free |
| Allied to Allied transfer in myABL | Free |
| Pay Anyone in myABL | Rs 200 per transaction |
| Pay Anyone to a CNIC at the branch counter | Rs 250 |
| myABL registration and yearly subscription | Free |
So Raast is the obvious choice for a large transfer. A Rs 100,000 IBFT after your free Rs 25,000 costs Rs 100, while the same amount by Raast costs nothing. Raast works when you know the receiver's IBAN or their Raast ID, which is usually their mobile number. We cover the same choice for wallets in sending money from a bank to JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Allied Bank debit cards cost Rs 2,200 to Rs 19,500 a year

| UPI and PayPak Classic or Classic Plus | Rs 2,900 | Rs 1,300 |
| UPI and PayPak Gold, Visa Sapphire | Rs 3,200 | Rs 1,550 |
| Visa Classic | Rs 3,000 | Rs 1,650 |
| UPI Platinum | Rs 5,000 | Rs 1,650 |
| Visa Platinum, Visa Sapphire 200 | Rs 6,000 | Rs 1,650 |

| Virtual Debit Card | Free | Rs 500 |
The annual fee is taken in advance and is not refunded if you close the account. The Premium card adds a monthly Rs 3,000 fee if your savings balance falls below Rs 3 million. The Infinite card is free but costs Rs 8,000 a month when the required balance is not kept. Illiterate customers can only get the Basic card, the schedule says.

Allied Bank charges Rs 35 for cash at another bank's ATM
Cash from an Allied Bank ATM is free. A withdrawal from another bank's ATM on the 1Link network costs Rs 35 including FED. A balance check at another bank's ATM costs Rs 5.29, and a printed receipt adds Rs 4.67.
- Balance enquiry at an Allied ATM: free.
- Balance enquiry abroad: Rs 250.
- Card payments and online purchases settled in foreign currency: 4% of the amount or Rs 100, whichever is higher.
- A Visa card payment declined for low balance: Rs 90 each time.
- Card activation at a biometric ATM: free.
The Rs 90 decline fee catches people out. A subscription that keeps retrying on an empty account can cost Rs 90 per attempt, so keep a small buffer or cancel the subscription. If you have just received a card, activating your Allied Bank ATM card in myABL or at a biometric ATM costs nothing.
Allied Bank SMS alerts for counter transactions cost Rs 250 or Rs 425 a month
Allied Bank charges Rs 250 a month for SMS alerts on counter transactions in a current account and Rs 425 a month in a savings account. The October addendum also set a Rs 25 monthly fee for myABL WhatsApp Banking from 20 October 2026.
That WhatsApp fee is new this half year. Balance checks and mini statements on WhatsApp are listed as free in the main schedule, but the subscription itself now costs Rs 25 a month plus tax. Our page on Allied Bank WhatsApp banking explains how to stop it. Roshan Digital Accounts get SMS alerts free.
Electronic statements have their own price list. A daily e-statement costs Rs 600 a month, weekly Rs 80, fortnightly Rs 40 and monthly Rs 20. The half yearly statement SBP requires is free.
Cheque books, certificates and closing at Allied Bank
An Allied Bank cheque book costs Rs 33 a leaf for a current account and Rs 43 a leaf for a PLS savings account. Stopping a cheque costs Rs 750 or Rs 1,200, a returned cheque Rs 800 or Rs 1,200, and closing an account is free.
| Branch service | Current account | Savings account |
|---|---|---|
| Cheque book, per leaf | Rs 33 | Rs 43 |
| Stop payment, per instruction | Rs 750 | Rs 1,200 |
| Cheque returned for your fault | Rs 800 | Rs 1,200 |

| Account maintenance certificate | Rs 550 | Rs 600 |
| Allied Banker Cheque from your account | Rs 400 | Rs 800 |
| Account closing | Free | Free |
A withholding tax certificate is free. A current account below a Rs 25,000 monthly average, or a savings product below Rs 10,000 where a minimum applies, is charged Rs 50 a month including FED. Regular savings accounts are outside that rule, and students, government salary and pension accounts, and Freelancer and Rising Star accounts are exempt. A duplicate statement costs Rs 35 for each six months.
- Move large transfers to Raast to avoid the IBFT fee after Rs 25,000.
- Withdraw cash at Allied ATMs to skip the Rs 35 charge.
- Keep your current account above Rs 25,000 on average to avoid the Rs 50 monthly fee.
- Check whether you really need counter SMS alerts at Rs 250 or Rs 425 a month.
- Cancel WhatsApp Banking if you do not use it, since it now costs Rs 25 a month.

Closing is free at Allied Bank, but there are still steps to follow, and closing a bank account properly avoids a dormant account that keeps charging.
The Allied Visa credit card costs Rs 3,500 or Rs 7,000 a year
The same schedule lists Allied Bank's Visa credit card. There is no joining fee. The Gold card costs Rs 3,500 a year and Platinum Rs 7,000, with supplementary cards at Rs 900 and Rs 1,800. Late payment costs Rs 1,500 each time.
Service charges are 2.83% a month on retail, cash and banker's cheque balances, which the schedule translates into an APR of 34%. Balance transfers and Allied Easy Instalments carry 2.0% a month, an APR of 24%. A cash advance costs Rs 500 or 3% of the amount, whichever is higher.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Allied Bank's schedule of charges for July to December 2026 and the October 2026 addendum on 1 November 2026, both linked from Allied Bank's schedule of charges page. The Rs 100 Raast example is our arithmetic. We could not verify the temporary limit increase fees, whose table does not line up clearly in the document, or the helpline on a fresh Allied Bank page, so it comes from the bank's card guidelines.
