Toyota's toll free complaint line in Pakistan is 0800-11123, Atlas Honda's for motorcycles is 0800-24522, and Pak Suzuki's call centre is 021-111-789-854. We took each number from the company's own contact page on 24 October 2026, along with the complaint email, office hours and branch lines. Below is the full list, what to have ready when you call, and what to do when the company does not reply.

Most complaints start at the dealer, and most should. But when a dealer refuses a warranty repair, sits on a booking or sells a part that does not fit, the maker's customer care line is the next step. Calling the right number with the right details saves a week.

Every official car and bike helpline we could verify

Three makers published a toll free or call centre number that we could read on their own sites today: Toyota, Atlas Honda and Pak Suzuki. Honda's car company blocked our check, so its line below comes from our reading of its contact page on 20 October 2026.

Atlas Honda lists branch offices and customer care centres in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad and Rahim Yar Khan. A local branch can be quicker than the national line for a dealer dispute in that city.

Keep five details ready before you call

An agent can do little without the chassis number. Have it ready with your CNIC, the dealer's name, the date of purchase or booking, and any reference the dealer gave you. For a Toyota booking, that reference is the PBO number on your booking order.

  1. Write down the chassis number from the registration book or smart card.
  2. Keep the CNIC of the person the vehicle was sold or booked to.
  3. Note the dealer's name, city and the salesman or service adviser.
  4. Gather the invoice, booking order or service booklet pages.
  5. Write a three line summary of the problem and what you want.

Ask for a complaint number at the end of every call and write it down with the date and the agent's name. If you call again, quote it first. Then send the same summary by email, so the complaint exists in writing as well.

Details to keep ready before calling a car or bike company helpline in Pakistan

Which complaint goes to which line

Warranty refusals, booking delays and wrong parts go to the maker. Registration, token tax and number plates go to your provincial excise department, not the maker. A recall goes to the maker, and a crash or breakdown on the motorway goes to the motorway police.

When the company does not reply

Give the company a fair chance, usually two weeks after a written complaint. If it does not resolve the problem, a consumer court is the next step, and the email trail you built is your evidence.

Consumer courts are provincial. In Punjab a consumer court claim needs a 15 day legal notice to the company first. A Sindh consumer court complaint also starts with a written notice and a 15 day wait. Keep receipts, the complaint number and every email.

Do not pay anyone who calls you claiming to be from a car company and asks for a fee to speed up delivery or a warranty claim. Toyota's own booking page says to pay only Indus Motor Company Ltd, by pay order in your name. The same caution applies to every maker.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the contact pages of Indus Motor (Toyota), Atlas Honda and Pak Suzuki on 24 October 2026. Honda Atlas Cars' site refused our connection that day, so its UAN and email come from our reading of its contact page on 20 October 2026. We could not open the websites of Yamaha, Kia and Changan, so their numbers are not listed.
