The cheapest new cars in Pakistan in November 2026 are the Suzuki Every at Rs 2,965,200 and the Suzuki Alto VXR at Rs 2,994,861. Next come the Suzuki Cultus VXR at Rs 4,089,490, the Suzuki Swift GL at Rs 4,460,160, the Toyota Yaris at Rs 4,649,000 and the Suzuki Fronx at Rs 5,999,999. We read these on the makers' own sites on 7 November 2026.

This list covers makers whose websites showed a price we could read that day. Honda's site refused our request, and Kia's price list was blank when last checked, so those are left out rather than filled in from elsewhere. Every price below is the starting variant unless we say otherwise. Registration and tax come on top.

Only two new cars cost under Rs 3 million

The Suzuki Every and Alto VXR are the only new cars under Rs 3 million on the sites we read. They are just Rs 29,661 apart, but they do very different jobs: one is a small van, the other a small family hatchback.

Suzuki Every: Rs 2,965,200

The Every comes in one variant, the VXR, with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Suzuki's page lists driver and passenger airbags, ABS with EBD and an immobiliser. Colours are white, mineral grey, silky silver and black. Pick this if you carry goods or a big family load. It is a van first, so ride in one before you decide it can replace a car.

Suzuki Alto: from Rs 2,994,861

Three variants: VXR manual at Rs 2,994,861, VXR AGS at Rs 3,166,480 and VXL AGS at Rs 3,326,446. AGS is an automatic style gearbox, and it adds Rs 171,619 over the manual. All three have dual airbags and ABS according to Suzuki's table. For most small families, this is the first car to test drive.

The Rs 4 million to Rs 5 million group gives you a bigger car

Moving from the Alto to the Cultus costs about Rs 1.09 million. The Cultus, Swift and Yaris sit inside Rs 560,000 of each other, so look at the variant you actually want, not just each car's starting price.

Suzuki Cultus: from Rs 4,089,490

The variants are VXR at Rs 4,089,490, VXL at Rs 4,359,160 and VXL AGS at Rs 4,591,460. Suzuki lists dual airbags, ABS with EBD and electric windows among the main features. The top Cultus costs more than the cheapest Swift, so compare those two directly.

Suzuki Swift: from Rs 4,460,160

The Swift costs Rs 370,670 more than the Cultus at the bottom of the range. The variants are GL at Rs 4,460,160, GL CVT at Rs 4,605,600 and GLX CVT at Rs 4,766,190, in single colour or two tone at the same price. Listed features include a rear view camera, parking sensors and climate control, though you should check which variant has which.

Toyota Yaris: from Rs 4,649,000

The only sedan in this list. The 1.3 GLi MT is Rs 4,649,000, the 1.3 GLi CVT is Rs 4,809,000 and the 1.3 Ativ MT is Rs 4,829,000. The range climbs to Rs 6,049,000 for the 1.5 Ativ X CVT with black interior. If you need a boot, this is the cheapest new one we could price from a maker site.

The Fronx marks the top of the small car range

At Rs 5,999,999 to Rs 6,874,999, the Fronx costs about as much as a Corolla. Suzuki calls it a new XUV class. It is on this list as the next step up in Suzuki range, and it is the priciest choice here.

Suzuki Fronx: from Rs 5,999,999

The GL 5MT is Rs 5,999,999 and the top GLX 6AT Hybrid ADAS two tone is Rs 6,874,999. The Suzuki Fronx variants are worth reading in full before you choose, since the difference between the top and bottom is Rs 875,000. The base Toyota Corolla at Rs 6,099,000 is only Rs 100,001 more than the base Fronx.

The sticker price is not what you will pay

Registration, tax, insurance and number plates all sit on top of the listed price. Non-filers pay much more when registering, so check your tax status first. Work out the full total before you compare two cars.

  1. Choose the variant, not just the model, and read its price on the maker's page.
  2. Check your filer status, because car tax for filers and non-filers is very different.
  3. Add your province's registration cost, for example the new car registration fee in Punjab.
  4. Get a written quote from an authorised dealer with the delivery date.
  5. Pay through the bank account named by the company, never in cash to a person.
