Check FGEHA's F-14/15 Final Notice in Islamabad: 36 Allottees, 2 of 5 Instalments Paid, 15 Days to Settle
FGEHA's 29 September 2026 notice gives 36 F-14/15 allottees 15 days to pay 3 missing instalments or lose the plot. See the timeline, plot counts and checks.

FGEHA's final public notice of 29 September 2026 names 36 allottees of Sector F-14/15 in Islamabad who had paid only two of the five instalments due by 31 July 2026. They were given 15 days from publication to deposit the balance or lose the allotment. It is the fourth cancellation warning on the sector since February 2026, and FGEHA has already recommended cancelling six plots whose owners had not paid since 2016.
F-14/15 is the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority's Phase VII, a scheme of 6,746 plots that began in 2015 and where development work by the National Logistics Corporation started in early 2026. We read the 29 September notice, the earlier notices of 17 February and 22 June 2026, the press release of 24 June 2026 and FGEHA's Phase VII page on 19 October 2026. This is where an allottee stands, and how to check a file number against the list.
36 names, five instalments due, 15 days to pay
The notice says all F-14/15 allottees had five instalments due as on 31 July 2026. Those who had deposited only two were told, "finally", to pay the remaining balance and inform the office within 15 days of publication, failing which their allotments would be cancelled. The 36 names are printed with file numbers, which run from 1-CW-0004 to 3-OR-0173.
The notice was published on 29 September 2026, so the 15 days ran to about 14 October 2026. FGEHA has not posted a cancellation list since. The notice ends with one line that matters for anyone disputing a figure: for any discrepancy regarding the payment plan, approach FGEHA. It does not give an appeal window beyond the 15 days.
| Date | Notice | Who it covered | Deadline |

| 24 June 2026 | Press release | Committee recommends cancelling 6 plots unpaid since 2016 | Proceedings to follow |
| 29 September 2026 | Final public notice | 36 allottees with 2 of 5 instalments paid | 15 days, or cancellation |

The sector has 6,746 plots in three categories, and 989 consent letters never became offers
FGEHA's Phase VII page shows 2,457 plots of 50 by 90 feet for BPS 20 to 22, 2,259 of 40 by 80 for BPS 18 to 19, and 2,030 of 35 by 70 for BPS 16 to 17. It has issued 5,860 consent letters and 4,871 provisional offer letters. The gap of 989 is members who got a consent letter but did not pay the down payment in time.
Allotment is by age-wise seniority among members of FGEHA's Membership Drive Phase II. Consent letters have reached only the three top categories, so BPS 1 to 15 members are not in F-14/15 yet. The page still says land acquisition is in progress through the DC Land wing, and FGEHA published a compensation notice for F-14 land owners in February 2023, which is the land side of why the sector took a decade to reach development.

FGEHA says it is self-financed, so unpaid instalments stall the sector for everyone
The 17 February 2026 notice spelled out FGEHA's position. It is a self-finance body that allots plots on a cost to cost basis, so land purchase and development can only be paid from what allottees deposit. That notice told allottees who had been written to on 22 January 2026 to pay the third instalment by 30 January, and had not, to pay at once or face cancellation under FGEHA's rules.
The November 2025 update had already extended the third instalment date to 30 January 2026 at allottees' request, announced that NLC had been mobilised on site, and said payments could be made online through the members portal as well as at any Askari Bank branch. In March 2025 FGEHA also put out a rebuttal saying no revision of plot prices in F-14/15 was under consideration and that any revision would need Executive Board approval. So the amounts on the payment plan are the ones to pay; a rumour of a price change is not a reason to hold back.
The June notices targeted people who never paid the 2016 down payment
The 22 June 2026 final notice listed 14 allottees who received consent letters in 2016, were required to pay the down payment within 21 days, and had not done so more than eight years later despite reminders and a hearing. They were given seven days, after which the consent letter would stand cancelled without further notice.
Two days later, FGEHA's press release of 24 June 2026 said a special committee formed on the Executive Board's direction had reviewed the records and recommended cancelling the allotment of six plots whose owners had failed to pay since 2016. It added that a list of all F-14 and F-15 allottees with outstanding dues had been prepared and that cancellation proceedings would be started against defaulters as per law. The 29 September list of 36 is the next step in that process.

How to check your file and pay before the next list
The notice lists file numbers, not CNICs, so start with the file number on your provisional offer letter. Then compare the portal balance with the five instalment schedule. A payment made at Askari Bank that has not reached the portal is the most common cause of a wrong listing, and the notice invites exactly that query.
- Open the 29 September 2026 notice on FGEHA's Notice Board and search for your file number, for example 2-FG-0129.
- Log in at efms.fgeha.online with your CNIC number and open Payments. Count the instalments recorded against the five due by 31 July 2026.
- If a payment is missing, take the Askari Bank deposit slip to the Estate section (E-VII) at 10 Mauve Area, G-10/4, or raise it through the portal's feedback area.
- Pay the balance through the portal or at any Askari Bank branch and keep the receipt, then inform the office in writing as the notice requires.
- If the money is the problem, the instalments are a cost to cost plot price, and the Apna Ghar housing loan or a lender in the guide to a home loan to build a house are the routes that do not involve selling the file.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 19 October 2026. The 36 names, the five instalments due by 31 July 2026 and the 15 day deadline come from FGEHA's final public notice dated 29 September 2026 on its Notice Board at fgeha.gov.pk. The plot counts come from FGEHA's Phase VII page. The earlier notices of 28 November 2025, 17 February 2026 and 22 June 2026, the press release of 24 June 2026 and the March 2025 rebuttal are on FGEHA's news page. All were read on 19 October 2026. The 989 gap and the 14 October end date are our arithmetic. We could not verify the instalment amounts, which FGEHA sends to allottees individually, or whether any of the 36 allotments has since been cancelled.
