Check Your SPSC Result Online: Written Test and Interview Results in Sindh
Check your SPSC written or interview result on spsc.gov.pk by roll number. See what datum marks mean, the 7 day document deadline and the 9 October results.

SPSC results are posted as signed press releases on spsc.gov.pk, under Results, then Written Results or Interview Results. Open the post name, then find your roll number in the PDF. There is no CNIC search for results, so keep the roll number from your admission slip.
The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) has been busy this week. Its Interview Results page lists nine new results for October 2026, including Agriculture Officer, Statistical Officer, Transport Officer and Enumerator posts. We opened the results pages on 10 October 2026 and read three result PDFs in full, to show you exactly what each one tells you and what you must do next.

Check your SPSC result in five steps
Go to spsc.gov.pk, open the Results menu and choose Written Results or Interview Results. Results are listed by post name and month. Click your post, open the PDF and search it for your roll number.
- Open spsc.gov.pk and hover over Results in the top menu.
- Choose Written Results for a test result, or Interview Results for the final list.
- Find your post name and department. Several posts have similar names, so check the BPS grade too.
- Open the PDF. On a phone, use "find in page" if the PDF is text, or zoom in on the roll number column if it is a scan.
- Note your marks and any instruction at the bottom, then save a copy of the PDF.

Your roll number is on your admission slip. If you have lost it, log in to the SPSC candidate portal with your CNIC, where your application is stored. SPSC's own results are scanned press releases, and most PDFs we opened were scans, so typing your name into a search box will not always work. Go by roll number.
What a written test result tells you
A written result lists only the candidates who qualified, by quota. Each row shows the roll number, name, domicile and marks out of 100. The note at the bottom gives the "datum marks", meaning the lowest score that made the list for that quota.
Take SPSC's written result of 1 September 2026 for Soil Conservation Assistant (BPS-16) in the Agriculture Extension Wing. It was a computer based test held the same day. Ten candidates qualified on the Open Merit (Male/Female) Rural list. The datum mark was 54.5 out of 100, and the top score was 69.
So if your roll number is not there, you did not qualify for the interview in that quota. If it is there, the clock starts at once. That same release directed qualified candidates to send attested copies of their documents to the Assistant Director (Recruitment-I) within 7 days, and to bring the originals on interview day.
| Document SPSC asked for | Form |
|---|---|
| Online application form | Copy, signed by you |
| Photographs | Three, attested on the back |
| CNIC | Attested copy |
| Fee challan | Copy, if you paid manually |
| Matric and Intermediate certificates | Attested copies, Matric showing date of birth |
| Degree, mark sheets and transcripts | Attested copies |
| No objection certificate | Original, if already in government service |
| Domicile and PRC (Form D) | Attested copies |
The PRC on Form D is the one that delays people most, because it comes from the district office. If yours is not ready, start the Sindh PRC certificate application the moment you sit the written test, not after the result.
What an interview result tells you
The interview result is the final list. It adds written marks to interview marks and ranks candidates in order of merit. A small table underneath shows how many posts were available in each quota, how many SPSC recommended, and how many remain.
SPSC's Agriculture Officer (BPS-17) result for the On-Farm Water Management Wing is a clear example. The interview was held on 8 October 2026 and the result was signed the same day. Five posts were available on the Open Merit Urban quota, and all five were filled. The recommended candidates' totals ranged from 113 to 137, with interview marks between 67 and 82.
The Transport Officer (BPS-16) post in the Health Department had one post. The interview was on 7 October 2026, the result came the same day, and one candidate was recommended with 157 marks.

Read the notes too. Every interview result we opened says the result "does not entitle the candidate to be appointed to the post as a matter of right". SPSC recommends; the department appoints, after its own checks. So a name on the list is a strong position, not a job letter.
SPSC can change or scrap a result
Every SPSC result reserves the right to correct errors at any stage. That is not just small print. On 10 October 2026 the Written Results page showed one Soil Conservation Assistant result marked "scrapped due to Technical Glitch".
So check the results page again before you travel for an interview, and again after it. A corrected list replaces the old one. Save each version you download, with the date, in case you need to raise a question later.
Court orders can also change a list. The Interview Results page carries separate results issued "in compliance with order" of the Sindh High Court, for example for Deputy District Attorney (BPS-18) and Secondary School Teacher (BPS-16). If you went to court over a result, look for one of these notices under your post.

Common questions
Can I check my SPSC result by CNIC?
No. SPSC publishes results as PDF press releases listed by post. You find yourself by roll number, which is on your admission slip.
What are datum marks in an SPSC result?
The lowest marks that made the qualified list for a quota. In the Soil Conservation Assistant result of 1 September 2026 it was 54.5 out of 100.
How long do I have to send documents after passing the written test?
The written results we read gave 7 days to send attested copies to the Assistant Director (Recruitment-I), with originals shown at the interview.
Does an SPSC interview result mean I have the job?
Not yet. SPSC recommends you. The result says it does not entitle you to appointment as a matter of right; the department appoints.
Why does a result say scrapped?
SPSC can cancel a result if it finds an error. One Soil Conservation Assistant result was marked scrapped due to a technical glitch on 10 October 2026.
How we verified this
