Check Why Your Jazz Balance Was Deducted in Pakistan: Dial *7050# for the Last 3 Days
Jazz balance dropped for no reason? Dial *7050# to see the last 3 days, *6611# for active services, then use SIMOSA for a deduction query. Follow the steps.

To see why your Jazz balance dropped, dial *7050#. Jazz lists it as "Check Last 3 Days Usage Details" on its self service code page. Then dial *6611# to list active services, and take any disputed deduction to the SIMOSA app, where Jazz says queries are addressed within 12 hours.
A balance that falls by Rs 20 or Rs 50 with no call made is one of the most common complaints on any network. We opened Jazz's own self service pages on 11 October 2026 and followed the codes listed there. This guide covers Jazz prepaid numbers only.
Step one: look at the last three days
The code *7050# shows your usage details for the last three days. That window is short, so check as soon as you notice a drop. A deduction from last week will not appear.
- Dial *7050# from the Jazz number in question.
- Read each line, and compare the time and amount with what you remember doing.
- Note any line you cannot explain, with its date and amount.
- Dial *111# to check your current balance and save a screenshot.
- Repeat the check each day for a week if the drop keeps coming back.
Jazz's page does not state a charge for these codes. We did not dial them on a test number, so we cannot say how the lines look on your phone. Watch your balance before and after the dial, to be sure.
Step two: list the services running on your number
Dial *6611# for active value added services. These are subscriptions such as alerts, tunes or paid content. Jazz's code page says you can also send LIST to 6611, and that UNSUB followed by the service name to 6611 stops one.
If a service appears that you never asked for, stop it right away. Our guide to the Jazz unsubscribe code explains the steps and what to check afterwards.
| Code or channel | What Jazz lists it for |
|---|---|
| *7050# | Last 3 days usage details |
| *6611# | Active value added services |
| *111# | Prepaid balance |
| *444# | Offers and your package plan |
| SIMOSA app | Usage, history and queries |
| WhatsApp 03003008000 | Send "Hi", then pick a menu |
Step three: use the app or WhatsApp for older history
Jazz's self service page says the SIMOSA app and its WhatsApp service both offer balance and usage details and call and recharge history. For WhatsApp, send "Hi" to 03003008000 and choose the option you want. The code page also lists *444# for your offers and package plan.
These channels may show more than three days. The page does not say how far back they go, so check what yours shows. Save screenshots of every unexplained line. You will need them if you complain. Our guide to checking remaining Jazz MBs, minutes and SMS shows another way to read your balance.
Step four: dispute a deduction you cannot explain
Jazz tells customers with queries on "incorrect deductions", packages, bundles or signal problems to contact Jazz Customer Experience through the SIMOSA app. The same notice says queries are addressed within 12 hours. The prepaid support number listed on the code page is 111.
Write the complaint with the facts. Give the date, the time, the amount and the code or screenshot that shows the line. Ask Jazz to say in writing what the deduction was for and to refund it if it was not a service you used. Keep the complaint reference.
If Jazz does not fix it
You can then complain to PTA, which regulates mobile networks. PTA's toll free helpline is 0800-55055. Our guide on how to complain about your mobile network to PTA shows what to attach, and it works best when you can show that you complained to Jazz first.
Check that it is not a tax or validity rule
Some drops are not a hidden charge at all. Mobile load carries tax, and PTA set a 180 day minimum validity for prepaid balance in a regulation dated 31 August 2026. See our guide to restoring expired mobile balance before you assume a wrong deduction.
And if your balance keeps vanishing on data use in the background, switch off background data for apps. Then stop any automatic bundle renewals you do not want. Jazz's *444# code shows your active offers.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 11 October 2026. We opened Jazz's self service dial code page and its self service page on jazz.com.pk. The codes *7050#, *6611#, *111# and *444#, the SIMOSA app, the WhatsApp number 03003008000, the call and recharge history option and the 12 hour query notice come from those pages. PTA's helpline number comes from pta.gov.pk. We did not dial the codes on a test SIM, and Jazz's pages do not state how far back its app or WhatsApp history goes, or what each service costs. Codes and fees change, so confirm on jazz.com.pk.
