Jazz Unsubscribe Code: Stop Any Jazz Service With *6611# and UNSUB
Dial *6611# to see active Jazz services, then send UNSUB to 6611. Every Jazz stop code, what each service costs, and how to get a refund within 60 days.

To unsubscribe from a Jazz service, dial *6611# to see what is active, or send "List" to 6611. Then send "UNSUB" followed by a space and the service name to 6611. Most Jazz call and data bundles do not renew on their own, so the daily charges you see are usually from a value added service, not your package.
Rs 1.80 a day does not look like much. Over a month it is about Rs 54, from one service you may not remember turning on. We read Jazz's own dial code list and its service pages on 10 October 2026. Below are the codes Jazz publishes, what each service costs, and what to do if a service was started without your consent.
Jazz's unsubscribe codes start with *6611# and 6611
Jazz lists *6611# as the code for "Active VAS Services". VAS means value added services: paid extras like caller tunes, missed call alerts and insurance. Send "List" to 6611 to get them by SMS, then "UNSUB" plus the service name to 6611 to stop one.
The SIMOSA app shows the same list. Jazz says to open SIMOSA, go to "Services" and tap the "Subscribed" tab. That shows every active service on your number, and Jazz lists this check as free of cost. SIMOSA is the new name of the Jazz World app.
- Dial *6611#, or open SIMOSA, then Services, then Subscribed.
- Note the exact name of each service you do not want.
- Send UNSUB, a space, and that name to 6611. Or use the service's own code from the table below.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS. Keep it until the next day.
- Next day, dial *6611# again and confirm the service is gone.

Each Jazz service has its own stop code
Jazz's dial code list gives a separate deactivation code for most services. Using that code is the most direct route, because it does not depend on typing the service name exactly. These are the codes as Jazz publishes them.
| Jazz service | How to stop it |
|---|---|
| Call Back Notification | Send UNSUB to 7002 |
| End Call Notification | Dial *122*4# |
| Missed Call Alert | Dial *180*1# |
| Jazz Tune (Apni Dhun) | Dial *230*8# or send unsub to 230 |
| Jazz Caller Name | Dial *7773*5# or send UNSUB to 7773 |
| Jazz Notify Me | Dial *6528*1# or send UNSUB to 6528 |
| Jazz My Status | Send UNSUB to 6526 |
| Jazz Auto Reply | Send Unsub to 7071 |
| BIMA insurance | Send Unsub, NO or Cancel to 9878 |
| Mofun | Send Unsub to 6113 |
| Beep Call | Send UNSUB to 5188 |
| Collect Call | Send Unsub to 503 |
| Jazz Double Number | Send UNSUB to 4030 |
| Jazz Discount Bazaar | Dial *5005*1# |
| Direct Operator Billing | Send UNSUB to 6170 |
| Call and SMS Block | Dial *420# or send DEACT ICS to 420 |

Direct Operator Billing is the one people miss. It is what lets an app store or game charge your Jazz balance. If money goes from your balance after an in-app purchase you did not make, that is the line to stop.
Call forwarding is not a paid service, but it can cost you on every forwarded call. Jazz lists ##002# to cancel it. If calls are going somewhere strange, read checking and cancelling call forwarding before anything else.
Jazz bundles mostly end on their own, so you rarely unsubscribe them
Jazz's main call and data bundles are non-recursive, which means they do not renew automatically. When the validity ends, the bundle stops. You do not need an unsubscribe code for them, and dialling one will not get you a refund of an active bundle.
Two examples from Jazz's own pages. Weekly Super Plus costs Rs 521 including tax, on *505#, and Jazz says it is "non-recursive". Monthly Freedom costs Rs 2,608 including tax, on *733#, and Jazz says you must dial the code again after it expires.
The real leak comes after a bundle ends. Jazz charges a base rate of Rs 5 per MB for data with no bundle. That can empty a balance in minutes. PTA's advice of 19 March 2026 is to dial *275# on Jazz for the free Balance Save service, which stops internet once your bundle runs out. The other networks' codes are in balance save codes for every network.
Daily charges come from services that renew until you stop them
Services renew every day, week or month until you unsubscribe. Jazz says this plainly on its End Call Notification page: the subscription "will continue unless unsubscribed", even if you switch to another package. That is why charges carry on after a package change.
| Service | Charge, as Jazz lists it |
|---|---|
| Call Back Notification | Rs 1.80 a day or Rs 35.8 a month, tax included |
| End Call Notification | Rs 1.2 a day, tax included |
| BIMA insurance | Daily charge depends on the cover chosen, from Rs 3 a day |

To see where your money went, Jazz gives three free routes. SIMOSA's "View History" shows the last 7 days after an SMS PIN. Jazz WhatsApp on 0300-3008000 shows the same after you send "Hi". Dialling *7050# gives the last 3 days of usage. Checking the balance itself on *111# costs Rs 0.24. Remaining minutes and MBs are covered in checking remaining Jazz MBs.
A service started without your consent can be refunded within 60 days
Jazz says a complaint about a service activated without consent, or a refund of what it charged, must be made within 60 days of activation. After 60 days Jazz says it will not take the complaint. So act the day you notice.
PTA's notice of 3 March 2026 says no value added service can be activated without your clear consent. Activation needs a one time password (OTP) or a code you dialled yourself. If you did neither, PTA calls the activation unauthorised.
- Stop the service first, using the code in the table above.
- Take a screenshot of your SIMOSA history showing the charges.
- Complain in SIMOSA under Support, then "Submit a complaint", or call 111. Jazz sends a complaint ID by SMS.
- Ask for a refund of every charge since activation.
- If Jazz does not resolve it, complain to PTA with your Jazz complaint ID.
The PTA route, with its portal and app, is in filing a telecom complaint with PTA.
Common questions
What is the Jazz unsubscribe code?
Dial *6611# to see your active services, then send UNSUB and the service name to 6611. Many services also have their own code, such as *122*4# for End Call Notification.
How do I stop a Jazz monthly package from renewing?
You usually do not need to. Jazz says bundles like Monthly Freedom and Weekly Super Plus are non-recursive, so they end at expiry unless you dial them again.
Why is Jazz cutting my balance every day?
Usually a daily service like Call Back Notification at Rs 1.80 a day, or data at Rs 5 per MB after your bundle ended. Check *6611# and turn on Balance Save with *275#.
Is *6611# free on Jazz?
Jazz lists the SIMOSA "Subscribed" check as free of cost. It does not state a charge for *6611# itself.
Can I get my money back for a service I never asked for?
Yes, if you complain within 60 days of activation. Jazz states that limit, and PTA says no service can start without an OTP or a code you dialled.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We checked on 10 October 2026. The deactivation codes, *6611#, "List" and "UNSUB" to 6611 are from Jazz's self-service dial code list. The SIMOSA checks, WhatsApp number, *111# charge, *7050#, the 60-day rule and the complaint route are from Jazz's FAQs. Prices and the non-recursive wording are from each service and bundle page on jazz.com.pk. The *275# code is from PTA's advice of 19 March 2026, and the consent rule from PTA's notice of 3 March 2026. We did not dial any code or send any SMS ourselves.
