FESCO will cut power on dozens of feeders across Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh and Mianwali on 7, 9, 10 and 11 November 2026 for line and grid maintenance. Most cuts run from 9 am to 1 pm. A few start at 7 am, and some feeders in Jhang district and Kot Momin are off from 12 noon to 4 pm. There is no shutdown listed for Sunday 8 November.
FESCO, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, posted the schedule as an Urdu press release on its website on 6 November 2026. It says the cuts are for "necessary repair, extension and replacement" of power lines and needed work at grid stations. We read the full release and set out every date below. Feeder names are our English spelling of FESCO's Urdu, so check the spelling against the name on your own bill.

How to find out if your feeder is on the list
The release names feeders, not streets. Your feeder name is printed on your electricity bill. Then follow these steps.
- Find the feeder name on your FESCO bill. If you do not have the bill, download it from our FESCO bill check guide.
- Look for that feeder name under the date and time above.
- If the name is close but spelled differently, it is probably the same feeder. FESCO wrote it in Urdu.
- Charge phones and fill water tanks before the window starts.
- If power is still off well after the end time, call 118 or your sub-division.
Numbers for every FESCO office are on our pages for the FESCO complaint number and FESCO SDO and XEN mobiles. A planned shutdown should be announced in advance, and our guide to the planned power cut rules explains NEPRA's limits.
