The FESCO complaint number is 118. FESCO's contact page also lists a toll free UAN, 0800-66554, and its head office lines in Faisalabad, 041-9220184 and 041-9220229. If 118 is busy, every FESCO division has an XEN (Executive Engineer) and a revenue office with an official mobile number. All 29 are listed below, by circle.

We took these numbers from FESCO's own website on 4 November 2026: the contact page, the FAQ page and the official telephone directory. The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) serves about 5.8 million customers in Faisalabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, Jhang, Bhakkar, Toba Tek Singh and Chiniot districts, according to its home page.

FESCO complaint numbers to call first

Call 118 first for a fault, such as no power, a burnt meter or sparking wires. The call creates a complaint you can track. For billing problems, the revenue office of your division is usually quicker, because it can correct the bill.

FESCO's FAQ page writes the complaint line as "041-118". From a landline outside Faisalabad, dialling the 041 code first may help. From a mobile, 118 is enough on most networks.

FESCO has six operation circles, each with its own head

Each circle is run by a Superintending Engineer (Operation), or SE. Call the SE only after the division has failed to act. The SE's mobile ends in 00.

The last column is the Assistant Director (Customer Service Centre) of each circle, from the same directory. The Faisalabad 1st circle desk also has an office line, 041-9200767, and the Sargodha desk has 048-9232378.

Every FESCO division: XEN and revenue office numbers

FESCO has 29 operation divisions. The XEN handles faults, transformers and new connections. The revenue officer (RO) handles bills, corrections and instalments. Your division's name is printed on your bill.

Two revenue office numbers, Abdullahpur and Jhang Division 1, end in 4 instead of 9. We copied them exactly as FESCO lists them. G.M. Abad division's revenue office is listed with a number outside this series, so we left it out.

FESCO numbers follow one pattern

All the operation numbers above start with 0370-1813. The next digit is the circle, from 1 for Faisalabad 1st circle to 6 for T.T. Singh. The digit after that is the division. The last digit is the post.

• A number ending in 00 is the circle SE, such as 0370-1813400 for Sargodha.
• A number ending in 0 is the division XEN, such as 0370-1813410 for Sargodha-1.
• A number ending in 9 is usually the division's revenue office, such as 0370-1813419.
• Numbers ending in 1 to 8 belong to the SDOs of that division.

How to make a FESCO complaint that gets fixed

A complaint with a number gets tracked. A phone call to an officer without one often does not. Follow this order.

1. Keep your bill ready. Note the 14 digit reference number and your division name.
2. Call 118 and give the reference number. Write down the complaint number you are given.
3. Give FESCO time to send a team. NEPRA sets time limits for each kind of fault, and they differ for a fuse, a meter and a transformer.
4. If nothing happens, call the SDO or the XEN of your division and quote the complaint number.
5. For a wrong bill, visit or call the revenue office of your division with the bill and a meter photo.
6. If FESCO still does not act, file a complaint with NEPRA, the power regulator.

FESCO's FAQ page answers some of the questions people call about most. These are its own words, in short.

• Grace period: FESCO allows 7 days to pay an electricity bill.
• Disconnection notice: the minimum amount for a disconnection notice is Rs 500 a month for domestic and commercial consumers.
• Reconnection: apply on the prescribed form at the revenue office, which FESCO says is free of cost.
• Change of tariff: apply to the SDO with a CNIC copy, the last paid bill and a Rs 20 affidavit. FESCO says it takes two or three days.
• TV fee: get the form from the revenue office, fill it and submit it with a CNIC copy.
