FPSC has rescheduled its postponed Phase-III/2026 recruitment tests in Peshawar and D.I. Khan to Saturday 7 to Wednesday 11 November 2026, and admission certificates for these papers will be on fpsc.gov.pk by 30 October. If your test centre is in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and your paper was cancelled in October, these are your new dates.

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) posted the notice on the evening of 26 October 2026. We opened the one page PDF on its notice board on 28 October and read it in full. Below are the new dates, how to get the new admission certificate, what to do if it does not appear, and the rules for test day.

The KP tests now run from 7 to 11 November 2026

The notice says the General Recruitment Tests Phase-III/2026 that were due from 12 to 19 October were postponed at Peshawar and D.I. Khan because of the law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They have now been rescheduled to Saturday 7 November to Wednesday 11 November 2026.

That is five days for papers that were spread over eight days in October. The notice does not list which paper falls on which day. That detail comes in the new time table, which FPSC says will go up with the admission certificates. Do not assume your old date order still holds.

Tests at every other centre went ahead in October, as FPSC said in its 11 October postponement notice. This notice covers only the two KP centres.

Download the new admission certificate after 30 October

FPSC says the admission certificates of all registered candidates and the time table will be uploaded on fpsc.gov.pk by 30 October 2026. Your October certificate shows an old date, so print a fresh one. The download needs only your CNIC number.

  1. Open fpsc.gov.pk and go to the Schedule menu, then Admission Certificates.
  2. Choose the General Recruitment Phase-III/2026 link for the rescheduled KP tests.
  3. Enter your CNIC number with dashes, in the shape 12345-1234567-1.
  4. Check the paper, date, time and centre printed on the certificate.
  5. Print it in colour or black and white, and keep a copy on your phone.

The full download steps and the common errors are in our FPSC admission certificate download walkthrough. FPSC does not post the certificate, and it contacts candidates only through its website, email and SMS.

Five steps to download the FPSC admission certificate for the rescheduled KP tests

If your certificate does not appear, call FPSC before 7 November

Wait until 30 October has passed, then try again with your CNIC. If the page still shows nothing, or shows the wrong centre, call FPSC on 051-9212427 or the UAN 051-111-000-248 during working hours. Do it early, not on the morning of the test.

Have your CNIC, your application tracking ID and the case number of the post ready when you call. A candidate who applied for two posts may get two certificates, one for each paper. Check that both appear.

Be careful with messages that promise a "new roll number slip" for a fee. FPSC does not charge for the admission certificate. A message asking for money or an OTP is not from FPSC, and you can check any notice on fpsc.gov.pk yourself.

Test day rules do not change with the new dates

The rescheduled papers follow the same FPSC exam day rules as October. Bring the printed admission certificate and your original CNIC or passport. Report well before the paper starts, and use a black ball point pen on the OMR answer sheet.

The FPSC exam day rules ask you to be in the hall 45 minutes early. The hall door closes 15 minutes before the paper starts, and nobody enters after that. Pointer, ink and gel pens are not allowed on the OMR sheet. If your post was on FPSC's calculator list, the same permission applies on the new date, because the notice changes only the dates.

Results for the other Phase-III centres have started coming out

FPSC posted the first written results for Phase-III/2026 on 27 October, for five posts tested outside KP. KP candidates will be ranked only after their November papers are marked. A result in the same case may therefore come out in two parts.

The five posts, and how few candidates passed some of them, are in our report on the first Phase-III written results. Your own result will appear under Results, then Merit Lists, on fpsc.gov.pk, by case number.

Common questions

When are the FPSC Phase-III tests in Peshawar now?

From Saturday 7 November to Wednesday 11 November 2026, for the papers postponed at Peshawar and D.I. Khan in October.

Is the D.I. Khan centre also rescheduled?

Yes. The 26 October notice covers both Peshawar and D.I. Khan.

When will the new admission certificates come out?

FPSC says by 30 October 2026, on fpsc.gov.pk, together with the time table.

Can I use my October admission certificate?

Do not rely on it. It carries the old date. Print the new certificate after it is uploaded.

My test was in Islamabad. Is it affected?

No. The notice covers only Peshawar and D.I. Khan. Tests at other centres were held in October as scheduled.

Who do I call if there is a problem?

FPSC gives 051-9212427 and the UAN 051-111-000-248, during working hours.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read FPSC public notice No. F.1/4/2026-T&S-Coord. (Phase-III/2026), dated Islamabad 26 October 2026 and signed by the Director (T&S), on 28 October 2026. It is linked from the alert "Conduct of Exams/Tests in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province (Peshawar & D.I. Khan)" on the FPSC home page, uploaded on 26 October. We also checked the FPSC schedule page on 28 October, where the admission certificate section had not yet been filled for the new dates. The notice does not give the day by day time table, the number of candidates or whether any paper moves to another city, and we could not confirm those.
